"Good value for a 2 star hotel. Perfect location for us on the edge of town to tour (Seville, Cordoba etc). Osuna was a bit of a 'pin in the map' location for us, bit we were pleasantly surprised by the town. Pleasant 20 minute walk to town centre. Lovely square with cafe/bars on edge. The hotel had a good restaurant downstairs where we had breakfast, lunch and evening meal on a few occasions. Clean rooms, friendly staff and good food. One request from me (Mr H. not bothered); please add some decor to your restaurant. ☺️"

"Hello. I have never stayed in such a dirty and old hotel (I mean old, not antique). We saw the hotel in photos, it looked very nice, it seemed like a good 4-star hotel at a good price, and we decided to book 4 nights. First of all, they didn't have a designated area for unloading luggage from the car. Then we checked in and there were several high steps to get to the room… But the worst part was discovering the deplorable state of the room. Old, in dire need of repair, and dirtier than I've ever seen. I'm not particularly fussy, but this was unacceptable. We immediately went to look for another hotel in the area and canceled our reservation. The only good thing was the woman who checked us in; she didn't hesitate to leave the hotel (another option would have been to file a complaint immediately). In fact, she apologized… I urge whoever assigns stars to hotels to visit this one and give it a thorough review. What they offer on their website is a scam. It's a shame. It has a lot of potential, but the management is terrible."
