Amazing hotel with fantastic service. The lobby to the hotel is vast, grand and extremely clean and well maintained. All reception staff were extremely friendly and very helpful. The room was superbly clean and very well presented and large. The bed was so comfortable. Dressing gowns and slippers provided). The Gym was free to use anytime and the Spa was very nice and for the price (£5 per hour per person) was a fantastic price. The breakfast choice was vast with hot food, cold meats and cheeses, salads, breads, pancakes and other cakes, coffee, teas and various cold juices. The hotel is very well located right next to the Old Town Square which has plenty of restaurants and bars for a good night out. A perfect stay and I would 100% stay there again. 5 out 5 for me and would advise anyone looking to stay in Wroclaw to stay here. You certainly wouldn't be disappointed.

Da wir auf den Weihnachtsmarkt wollten und das Hotel sehr nahe liegt, haben wir es gewählt.
Das Parkhaus war sehr eng, aber mit Hilfe sind wir reingekommen.
Die Zimmer sind rustikal eingerichtet.
Die Betten waren sehr weich

Es war sauber und sehr schick. Wir haben das Frühstück genutzt, was erst teuer erschien, aber wirklich gut war und es gab sogar eine Live Cooking Station. Besonders gut ist die Lage für den Durchgangsverkehr.

It's about a 10-minute walk from Wrocław Central Station. There's a convenience store nearby, and tram and bus routes run through the area, making transportation convenient. The staff was friendly, and the hotel was clean. The breakfast was varied and delicious.

Zimny pokój i lazienka po zameldowaniu się. Kurku ustawione na najnizsze z mozliwych warianty. W łazience śmierdziało kanalizacją. Śniadania bardzo smaczne,obsługa miła. Pierwsza winda nieczynna,w drugiej windzie zepsuty wyświetlacz i nie można było odczytać na którym piętrze się już jest. Raczej nie wrócę.

It was a very nice hotel personals, good parking zone, and room refreshments.... There are a lot of cafeterias and restaurants near hotel and nice architecture if you like to walk....

Hotel ładny, ale pod kątem wystroju pozostał w poprzednim stuleciu, wymagany byłby remont. Obsługa niezwykle miła i pomocna. Kuchnia otwarta do późna, jest smacznie. Dostępny jest parking oraz woda pitna do karafki uzupełniana samodzielnie w hallu na piętrze przy windach, jako fajne ekologiczne rozwiązanie problemu butelkowanych porcji.

AAlexey_SwissIch bin restlos begeistert! Dieses Hotel hat meine Erwartungen nicht nur erfüllt, sondern bei weitem übertroffen. Vom ersten Moment an war alles perfekt – der herzliche Empfang an der Rezeption, das stilvolle Ambiente und der makellose Service haben meinen Aufenthalt zu einem echten Erlebnis gemacht.
Das Zimmer war geräumig, modern und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Besonders beeindruckt hat mich die Sauberkeit und der traumhafte Ausblick vom Fenster aus. Auch das Bett war außergewöhnlich bequem – ich habe selten so gut geschlafen!
Was dieses Hotel aber wirklich außergewöhnlich macht, ist das Personal: aufmerksam, zuvorkommend und immer mit einem Lächeln. Man merkt sofort, dass hier Gastfreundschaft gelebt wird.
Ich kann dieses Hotel jedem wärmstens empfehlen – ob für einen Kurzurlaub, eine Geschäftsreise oder einen längeren Aufenthalt. Ich komme definitiv wieder!

KkthérèseI had a wonderful stay at this apartment-hotel. It’s located right in the heart of the market square, making it perfect for exploring the area. Despite being in such a central location, it was very quiet at night and I was able to sleep well. The apartment itself is modern, beautifully maintained, and spotlessly clean. I was especially glad to have a washing machine available, which made my stay much more convenient. Highly recommend for anyone looking for comfort and great location!

The place is not a modern (glass and brick) hotel, it is located in an old-style building, old-fashioned, but if you spend time out in town, it does not matter. No air conditioning so it could matter if you get to visit the place during hot summer. There are pubs nearby so (I guess) it could get noisy (I guess as I did not experience this during my stay).

The hotel has places to eat around (especially breakfast and lunch) and the town centre isn't that far. The room is nice, but could do with a bit more lighting, especially if you want to work. The breakfast seems to be rather on the expensive side for Wroclaw.

Very close proximity to the town, just 5-6 min walk in a quiet place.
Negatives are they need a deposit of 500 PLN, a bit too much and the area around is a bit deteriorated or there are road works around.

VVieraskäyttäjäThis apartment is close to market square,10 minutes of walk. Perfect location. Apartment is clean and having reception from 7am. We also parked the car with reasonable extra expense. Reception desk also offer free coffee and tea. Room is with welcoming drinks and chocolates. Definitely will come back in future visitings.
