Just 3 mins drive from the airport. There's a mall walkable around 7-8 mins and there's public bus to the city centre. Parking lots available and chargeable. They have a common area at the top of the hotel with great view. Guest can use the common area to do own stuff - reading, working, playing board games and there's free coffee and water. If lucky, you can watch aurora from the roof.

Usein tunnen itseni torjutuksi, kun en varannut illallispöytää tässä kaupungissa. Joten tämä hotellin ravintola voi olla turvaverkkosi. Vinkkejä minun näkökulmastani: - Huone on melko pieni, vaikka varasin kahden hengen huoneen. Se näyttää minusta kompaktilta huoneelta. Mutta hyväksyin sen, koska matkustan yksin ja olin tyytyväinen näköalaan. Jos välität tilasta, valitse isompi huone. - Kylpyhuoneen koukut harvoin pitävät pyyhkeitä putoamatta lattialle. Sinun on mietittävä tapoja käsitellä tätä. - Hammasharjaa ja -tahnaa ei ole saatavilla ilmaiseksi. Tuo omasi tai osta ne täältä. - Saatat huomata, että tässä kaupungissa on melko kalliita asioita. Tämä hotelli ei ole poikkeus. Tämä on kallein hotellihuone, jonka olen koskaan maksanut elämässäni. Tämä raha on enemmän kuin tavallisissa 5 tähden hotelleissa, mutta ole hyvä ja hallitse odotuksiasi... Kaikki on suhteellista. Joten ole varovainen kantaessasi arvoesineitä käsin sen sijaan, että jätät ne matkatavarahuoneeseen. - Talvisää täällä ei välttämättä ole kovin suotuisa lämpimämmästä paikasta kotoisin olevalle. Hyvä hotelli ja huone ovat siis yksi tärkeimmistä syistä, miksi voin tuntea oloni turvalliseksi ja lämpimäksi täällä Tromssassa. -

We received a free upgrade. The lady who checked us in was bubbly and helpful. Our room was warm, clean and spacious. Very happy with our stay.

The location is quaint and just a minute’s away from a street with cafes and eateries.

Stunning full sea view resorts we had… resort are clean. We stay for 5 nights. Daily breakfast is good… staff & reception are friendly, courtesy & helpful…. Beautiful scenery around the resorts…& we are lucky , 2 of the night we witnessed auroras northern lights right from our resort balcony… amazing with the beautiful stars…..but most importantly to stay here you must drive…

The hotel is outdated and is scheduled to be refurbished in 2025 or 2026. The lobby is ”super” small with no design theme (for what that matters). My room was small and poorly laid-out...plus, the bed was so soft it was uncomfortable and I knew my back would suffer, so I placed the thin topper on the floor and slept on that. Once housekeeping left at the end of the day you could not obtain extra blankets or pillows...all I had was one small, rectangular pillow....I did not get a good sleep! The gym could only be accessed by climbing a narrow, winding set of stairs...I never got there. The front office staff was amazing...so pleasant and accommodating....despite all the demands placed on them. I was thankful I was only staying for 1 night.

A hotel that is located conveniently to many pick up points for tours. Grocery stores, 7-11 and restaurants are also located nearby. Simple amenities such as shampoo/body soap, towels, hairdryer are available. Love it that there is breakfast and dinner that comes together with your stay. Nothing too fancy but good enough to fill your bellies considering the restaurants are quite pricey. You will need to get hot water on your own at the dispenser as there are no kettle in the room. Reception was always friendly in answering any questions, and even helped with my cab booking to the airport. Worth it for the price, would stay here again.

Amazing hotel! Perfect location- right in the heart of Tromso so you can get around super easily. The hotel was lovely- it had everything you wanted and the breakfast was delicious. 10/10 would recommend!

This was a great location slightly out of the city to catch the Northern Lights without going on a tour (we saw it two nights out of five! Cabins were well kept and clean, we were two adults and two teens and there was enough space for everyone. It is 10mins walk to the bus stop to the city, of 40mins walk across the bridge to the city, both of which were manageable for us. Note that there aren’t many restaurants nearby. All in I was extremely happy we chose this place for the Tromso leg of our trip.

Simple cozy place nearby the area of Sommarøy, with a nearby convenience store for any replenishments! My wife and I went via car, so we cannot advise on the way to get there via bus. Parking is free, right outside the hotel. Breakfast was amazing and there was a good spread, with the restaurant serving dinner. Our time was short, we didn't manage to try the sauna facilities. We would have loved to stay a couple more nights!
