Nice hotel, friendly staff, well thought breakfast...whether arriving by ferry, plane or train easy to reach, awesome roof terrace, gorgeous room, close to attractions - except the amazing beaches are a little trip to reach 😀

Bem localizado , próximo a marinha de Orosei , a cidade não tem muito o que fazer, apenas passeios de barcos pelo golfo de Orosei, que por sinal é lindo.
O hotel tem restaurante, piscina, é antigo mas bem conservado. Bom custo x beneficio.

I had an amazing stay at Catalunya Hotel.
The rooms were spotless and comfortable. The restaurant served typical dishes, with fresh ingredients and impeccable service.
Overall, the hospitality and attention to detail made my stay comfortable.
Highly recommended!

The receptionist man was extremely helpful in directing us where to park and moved our 2 heavy luggages up the staircase to 2nd floor.
The buffet breakfast was extremely well served, even with Prosecco. The restaurant was facing the garden which was so comfortable under the beautiful weather. The room was very cleaned and professionally equipped with all amenities.
The building was a heritage building with lots of art pieces to admire. It was a very pleasant experience to stay here.

Muy bien todo, aunque a nuestra llegada tenían un problema con la electricidad por lo que no nos dejaron entrar en la habitación puesto que sin el ordenador no supieron decirnos que habitación teníamos.
Si tenéis un SUV el parking del hotel es bastante estrecho asi que decidimos dejar el coche aparcado en la calle.
La ducha algo estrecha
A parte de estos dos detalles, el resto perfecto, la recepcionista muy amable, las habitaciones bien, desayuno también, repetiría estancia en este hotel sin problemas

I had an amazing stay at Jazz Hotel. The rooms were spotless and comfortable, with stunning views. The spa and fitness center seems to be excellent we haven’t the time to test it 😅 but looks good. Overall, the hospitality and attention to detail made my stay unforgettable.
Personally Highly recommended!

GGlobetrotter_SKIt is located in the Chia Laguna, one of the clusters of 4 and 5 stars of hotels. Beautifully managed landscapes and access to private beaches make this resort very attractive. However, it is for those who don't care about the quality of the hotel and for those who want to just sleep at night and take the most of the activities outside of the room. In terms of quality of the room, it requires lots of attention. You are most likely to enter your room through the sliding door, and then there is your bed, and there is a bathroom with a shower and toilet, bidet, and the sink. The bed is not comfortable, and there is a weird sewage smell coming from the bathroom, we had to spray our perfume and close the bathroom door, and leave the bathroom windows open. Typically, the hotel bathroom is a joy to enter, but this bathroom was one of those bathrooms that wanted to get out as fast as possible, especially with sewage smell. I had to dry my hair outside of bathroom so the sewage smell doesn't get to my hair. (Enough said) On top of our not-so-impressed experience, our neighbor left the TV on loud and party in their room until 3am, we couldn't sleep at all. Contacted the front desk at 1am, but loud noise still continued. Thank God, we only had to stay 1 night. I would have looked for another hotel if we had to stay one more night. Hotel reservations came with 2 meals, breakfast, and a dinner buffet. It was one of the worst food experiences not only in Italy but also in all the places we have ever been. At a glance, the buffet seemed fine and attractive, but as soon as we started tasting the food, we felt right away, we cannot expect much. Most of the dishes were extremely salty, lacked flavors, and the quality of each ingredient was bad compared to the dishes that we experienced in Cagliari.
If you only care about the location and the beautiful beach access, this is the place for you, but if you care about all the aspects of what the resort hotel supposed to offer, it might be wise to either spend a bit more money and stay at either Curio or Conrad properties or consider different location or hotels. Hope this review helps you to decide where to stay in Chia Laguna.

VVieraskäyttäjäThe hotel is really nice, the beach is quiet, white sand, clear waters. The staff is really friendly and helpful, in special the bar staff, the entertainment staff and the concierge for being very accommodating.
The bad things about the hotel is that everything is extra. You have to pay extra for the beach chairs, towels and I think for a beach resort that is non-sense. I understand giving a deposit for the towel (as many people tend to steal or damage it) but not to pay for a new one every day. The beach chairs, 15 euros per person - not per umbrella+2 chairs as it is generally done. It's very expensive.
Another thing is that the breakfast is very poor. I was expecting nice natural squeezed juice but got the boxed ones, the italian bread - that is always very good - were dry and tasteless. A lack of fruits too (except pear and oranges). The coffee is from a machine. Needless to say that the breakfast was a big disappointment.
ANother thing is that we are not allowed to use any restaurant so you are designated to one, which is fine but they need to make it more clear in the reception.
If you're ready to pay more extras and maybe keep getting a taxi to go around for dinner, this is a great place to stay.

VVieraskäyttäjäWe stayed for 2 nights because we had a catamaran tour day booked from the marina: We loved the orange and blue interior of the Junior suite which was spotless and well appointed. As ports go, it is nice port to have a view of from the balcony (over the car park). It was October and we had no problem parking directly in front of the hotel in the public parking for €12 a day and it was therefore also a quiet sleep. Reception were very courteous and efficient checking us in and recommending restaurants after we found out that La Gritta had closed for the season already. The location could not be more convenient for bars restaurants and shops too which suited us very well as we were in a road trip and it’s sometimes nice to ditch the car on arrival. The breakfast buffet was extensive especially the variety of pastries but there was also scrambled eggs and bacon which we had not seen in other hotels. The breakfast coffee was from a machine and not as nice as when it is made by a barista during the breakfast service elsewhere.

FFlyTorpedoHotelli on erittäin siisti ja vastaanoton henkilökunta on erittäin ystävällistä ja avuliasta! Aamiainen on keskinkertainen. Pysäköinti maksaa 15 euroa päivässä, mutta läheiseltä kadulta löytyy ilmaista pysäköintitilaa.
Hotelli on noin 1,3 km:n päässä satamasta, ja sinne kulkee bussikuljetus joka tunti klo 9.30–19.00. Sinne pääsee kävellen, mutta takaisin kävellessä täytyy kiivetä mäkeä ylös.
Huoneemme on päätielle päin, ja jotkut moottoripyörät olivat erittäin meluisia.
On myös mielenkiintoista, että he veloittavat (noin 2 euroa) vesipullon täyttämisestä väittäen, että tämä auttaa ympäristöä, vaikka vesipullon voi ostaa kaupasta alle eurolla. Yövyimme eri hotellissa, ja heillä on samanlaiset käytännöt. Mielestäni tämä on rahan ansaitsemista ympäristönsuojelun nimissä. Jos kyse on todella ympäristönsuojelusta, ehdottaisin ilmaisen täytön tarjoamista.

HHayley PheifferMeillä oli upea yksi yö jäädä tänne ennen aamulla lennon seuraavana päivänä. Meitä tervehtii ystävällisimmät isännät, jotka tekivät meidät nopeasti. Todella hyvää viestintää koko ajan.
Löysimme parkkipaikan muutaman minuutin kävelymatkan päässä, joka maksaa vain muutaman euron (ilmaiseksi klo 8:00) Huone oli hyvin puhdas, yksinkertainen koriste ja jääkaappi, jossa on joitakin komplimentaarisia kylmiä vettä ja kokaiini, joka oli kaunis lahjakas kosketus.
Kylpyhuone oli täydellinen tarpeidemme.

Televisio Netflix, joka tyytyi teini-ikäiselle poikallemme.
Asunto oli hämmästyttävä näkymät parvekkeelta!
Kun kysyttiin, kauniit isännät suosittelivat kaikkein hämmästyttävä pizzeria illalliselle.
Sijainti - helppo kävellä ympäri ja lähellä monia baareja ja ravintoloita. Cagliari on niin kaunis kaupunki.

LLCA23I had a pleasant stay. The location is convenient and the hotel is clean, which I truly appreciated.
That being said, I was hoping for a slightly warmer atmosphere. While the staff were polite and professional, I did find them a bit reserved at times. A little more warmth, smiles, and energy would have gone a long way in making the experience feel more welcoming.
Unfortunately, I didn’t have access to the Wi-Fi during my stay, which was inconvenient. Also, the soundproofing in the hotel could be improved — I could clearly hear noise from other guests, including people speaking loudly in the hallways.

From the moment we arrived, everything about this hotel exceeded our expectations. The staff were unbelievable – super helpful, genuinely friendly, and always ready to assist with a smile. It’s rare to find service this warm and professional.
The hotel itself was spotless, beautifully maintained, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The attention to detail in both the rooms and shared spaces really stood out.
We truly loved everything about this place – from the atmosphere to the people to the amenities. It’s without a doubt one of the best hotel experiences we’ve ever had, and I honestly couldn’t recommend it more. We’ll definitely be coming back!

Wir hatten eine wundervolle Zeit in diesem Hotel und können es von Herzen weiterempfehlen. Der Service war durchgehend herzlich, professionell und aufmerksam – das gesamte Personal hat unseren Aufenthalt besonders gemacht.
Das Frühstück war ein echtes Highlight: große Auswahl, frische Zutaten, köstlicher Cappuccino und dazu der traumhafte Blick auf das Meer – einfach perfekt für einen entspannten Start in den Tag.
Ein besonderes Plus ist der private Strandbereich, der sehr gepflegt ist und genug Platz für alle Gäste bietet. Das Wasser ist kristallklar, und es gibt immer genug Liegen und Sonnenschirme – kein Stress, kein Gedränge.
Die Lage des Hotels ist ebenfalls top – direkt an der wunderschönen Bucht von Baja Sardinia, mit Restaurants, kleinen Läden und Ausflugsmöglichkeiten in unmittelbarer Nähe. Trotzdem ist es ruhig und ideal zum Entspannen.
Alles in allem: ein Ort, an den wir definitiv zurückkehren möchten! Vielen Dank für diese unvergessliche Zeit! 💙

Henkilökunta oli ystävällistä ja erittäin avuliasta.
Aamiainen oli runsas ja herkullinen.
Vaikka hotelli on melko uusi, kylpyhuoneen saumausaineessa oli jo hometahroja ja wc-paperiteline oli löysällä.
Huone oli kauniisti mutta minimalistisesti sisustettu. Vaatekaappi olisi hienoa. Sänky oli erittäin mukava.
