A neat and brand new hotel with rooms decorated in a kind of industrial style, blended with minimalist style. The staffs there could satisfy client's needs in time and avoid disturbing him/her. There are Swiss-made hairdryer, smart television with mainstream channels in Europe, fine tissues and a bag for packing something. The environment of Ruby Molly was cordial and restful, the bar on the ground floor was not noisy, or was filled with miasma. Here're some suggestions regqrdinh the improvement and settlement of existing drawbacks: 1. Maybe it'll be better to equip the rooms with electric kettles or water dispensers. 2. The hotel is beautiful and steeped in history. Breakfast was very nice and location is convenient for the airport. My only issue was we stayed in room 003 and in the morning about 4am delivery trucks starting driving back and forth down the side alley which actually woke us up as the window was open. One of the trucks even decided to back up down the alley with a constant beep beep beep which was really annoying. I'm not sure why he just didn't turn around but clearly he chose not to. The other small issue was the shower took forever to drain but this is an easy fix which the hotel said they would look after. Other than that, the stay was wonderful.

Had a lovely stay, staff very friendly. Food was lovely with a great selection to choose from. With a nice selection of gluten free, which some hotels dont have. Great location.

This hotel Is perfect for visiting Dublin. The hotel staff are brilliant, especially Caoimhe and Martha who are very friendly and helpful. The location Is great, everything is nearby but you still are guaranteed a good nights sleep. If you are using the Airport the next morning it's perfect because the Airport shuttle bus is a short walk away from the hotel. The restaurant and Bar are also excellent. I will definitely be using this hotel again.

A beautiful Dublin townhouse in leafy Ballsbridge. Only a 2 minute walk to Landsdowne road to the Aviva Stadium and the Dart rail service. A 5 minute walk both ways to some lovely restaurants, cafes and bars so an ideal location. I stayed here because I had a Visa appointment at the US embassy which is also only a 5 minute stroll from the hotel door. The room was clean and very spacious, high ceilings and large windows. Microwave and fridge in the lounge which came in very handy as we had brought our own breakfast. Would stay here again in a heartbeat. Only negative was one of the curtains in the bedroom seemed to have come off its rail and was half hanging down and could not be fixed because the window was too high!! However it just about covered the window to block the street lights so no big deal. Just to note, check out is 10am which is earlier than other hotels and the cleaners were knocking on the door at 9.55 so it's pretty much on the dot!!

A perfect stay in a perfect hotel ! It was my first trip to Dublin and was so happy we chose this hotel. The reception area was spacious & decorated lovely ! All of the staff were friendly, professional and helpful. The prices of drinks were good seeing Dublin is expensive! The room was perfect with a kitchen area and all we needed. The bed and sofa bed were so comfortable and so clean ! We would definitely stay here again!!

The Bonnington is usually my go to hotel in dublin, however the stay before this and now this stay has made me look for somewhere else in future. The staff as always were exceptional, however our room was incorrectly rang my reception at 5am, (and on a previous stay we were awoken in the middle of the night by a false fire alarm, so a full nights sleep is not a guarantee). What was the most frustrating is the general disrepair of the hotel. The rooms are fairly small so for the higher price point you are really paying for the facilities. The smaller issues like furniture being old and leather chairs peeling and flaking were not a big problem, just a mild annoyance. However the bath/shower leaking everywhere when used from the base of the tub and leaving the floor soaking wet, the steam room being out of order and us not being informed of this when or even after booking, and the crowdedness and of the pool and other facilities because of non hotel users with memberships to the leisure clubs taking up the whole hot tub and sauna at once in personal groups was frustrating. The room was also extremely hot, and the AC very very loud while not actually doing much to cool the room. There was nothing particularly stay ruining about it however if you’re paying over 200 euro for one night somewhere you would expect things to be at least average. The main redemption was the friendliness and kindness of the staff.

I booked this hotel for my husband who was on a business trip and decided to come along as it gave me a chance to visit Dublin. Am so glad I did. I had a polished, gracious welcome, a lovely room (thankfully facing away from the main streets) which was quiet, stylish but most of all, very comfortable. I enjoyed the vibe in the lobby, it’s well used by guests as well as locals and the breakfast was generous and extensive. It’s always great when a hotel will continue to look after you after check out and my bags were taken care of and transport advice offered. Perfect stay!

Allowed us early check in on the day when we went to drop our bags off for later. Staff really friendly and room was very nice. Only downside was there was no air conditioning so it was rather hot in the room.

The room is comfortable to live in, the facilities are perfect, giving people a feeling of home, and the hotel will be selected for business trips in the future
