Pros: 1) One of our best stay in our 2 weeks long trip in Xinjiang 2) They accept foreigners and the service staffs are very friendly and very willing to assist us. 3) They even gave us a complimentary upgrade to the suite room! 4) They give complimentary snacks and fruits 5) Room is spacious, clean and shower pressure is adequate with consistent hot water. 6) Near to many convenience stores and restaurants Cons: 1) Price is a little steep

I had a long layover at Ürümqi International Airport—my first time there—and booked this hotel the night before. It was very easy to find; you don’t even need to leave the airport. It’s about a 10-minute walk from the exit gate. Check-in was quick and efficient. The room was spacious, clean, and appeared to be in a newly built or recently renovated hotel. The staff were friendly, polite, and helpful throughout my short stay. Breakfast was included in the rate, which was a nice bonus. I managed to get a solid 8 hours of incredibly comfortable sleep—something I really needed during my layover. Overall, this is an excellent choice if you have an overnight layover at Ürümqi. Convenient, clean, and restful.

Big room, super clean, great views, very good location with many small restaurants and nightlife around. Very copious breakfast with enough seating. Efficient laundry room. One window in the guest room can be opened. The aircon was not noisy! Bed linens of the highest quality. Special thanks to the most helpful staff at the reception. Xiao Pan and Sha Sha earn special points for helping me with a Captcha with Chinese characters! Free transfer from the railway station and back to the airport. 100% recommended.

This is a new hotel with perfect location to tour the Grand Bazaar and 金泉商城, with a local night market operating in front of the hotel on the weekends. Front desk upgraded us to a bigger room upon request, comfy bed and pre packed light breakfast for our earlier flight the next day. Love Atour for their efficient laundry room, 4 each of wm & dryer, if all are in-use, guests can request for staff to do the laundry. And it comes with shoes cleaning facility which is so convenient after touring any deserts in Xinjiang!

Hotel is new and environment is great. Service was also excellent. The only downside is the room has poor soundproofing and it is very warm. As it is winter, there is only the heater and you have to open the window to allow cold air in, if not the room is a sauna and impossible to sleep. With the windows open, you can hear everything outside. Even at 2am in the morning, I get woken up multiple times because of someone talking outside the room or room doors closing.

This hotel was an excellent choice on my first visit to Kashgar. It's located outside the Kashgar City Walls, but close to the East Gate (the water gate is even closer, and the closest is through the Kashgar City Hall😊), and the Kurun Tower is right next door. The staff were all very friendly and helpful, which was a huge plus. The room was so comfortable that I had no issues during my three-night stay. Thank you.🙏

We had a great stay at this hotel! The location is excellent—very close to the airport, which made our travel super convenient. It’s also just about 1km from the nearest metro station, so getting around was easy. A big bonus was the free self-service laundry on the 5th floor, complete with washing machines, dryers, and even complimentary detergent provided at the front desk. Breakfast was pretty good too, and they thoughtfully packed it for us when we had to leave early for a flight. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful—they even assisted us with ordering food since we didn’t have any Chinese apps. Their hospitality really made us feel welcome. Overall, a very comfortable and hassle-free stay. Highly recommended for travelers, especially if you're flying in or out of the city!

We booked the building 6,and it was apartment type. Didn't like the idea of walking down the stairs after came out the lift to go into the room. We smelled bad when waking on the corridor.
