A Surprising and Rejuvenating Journey I was immediately smitten with the Meihao Li Zhi Hotel upon my first stay. The experience was flawless! As soon as I entered the lobby, I was enveloped in a subtle fragrance that was calming and natural. The “fragrant” atmosphere permeated everything, from the public areas to the rooms. Even the toiletries had the same scent. It was an olfactory cure. The room facilities are fantastic. The smart voice control for lighting and curtains is incredibly convenient. The bedding on the 2-meter-wide bed is soft and skin-friendly. The bathroom, with its separation of wet and dry areas, features a smart toilet. The free laundry room and gym equipment are newly installed and fully equipped. All needs for business trips and travel are met. The environment is even more impressive, with a blend of Eastern aesthetics and modern luxury, featuring bamboo and wood elements that add a touch of tranquility and sophistication. The public areas are clean and well-organized, and the room’s soundproofing is excellent, allowing guests to feel completely at ease. The hygiene standards were impeccable, the floors were spotless, the bedding was pristine and odor-free, even the corners and drainpipes were clean and free of any nooks or crannies. Walking barefoot felt safe. The service was even more heartwarming; the customer service manager, Xiao Qiu, recommended nearby restaurants, responded to requests 24 hours a day, and showed great attention to detail. What was particularly fortunate was that, upon check-in, we received a complimentary gift from the hotel. Upon checking out, we discovered that some forgotten items had been carefully preserved. This unexpected joy made our journey even more fulfilling. From the facilities to the services, from hygiene to the ambiance, every aspect showcases thoughtful attention to detail. It’s definitely the top choice for future trips! A very lucky trip. I’ll come back next time and highly recommend it.

Convenient and comfortable — perfect for transit in Guangzhou! I recently stayed at the JI Hotel near Guangzhou South Railway Station, and I’m very pleased with my choice. The hotel is ideally located for travellers arriving by high‑speed rail — it’s just a short walk from the station’s East Square, which made my arrival and departure incredibly easy. Location: 9/10. The proximity to Guangzhou South Railway Station is the hotel’s biggest advantage. I reached the hotel in under 5 minutes on foot from the station exit. This is a real lifesaver if you have an early train or a late arrival. The area is safe and well‑lit at night. While it’s not in the city centre, the metro (Shibi Station) is accessible, allowing you to reach downtown Guangzhou quickly. The room was compact but very well designed. It felt modern and clean. Everything was in good condition, and the room was spotlessly clean upon arrival. Staff were polite and efficient. Check‑in was quick, and the front desk staff spoke enough English to help me with basic questions. Value for money: 10/10. For the price I paid, the quality of the accommodation and the convenience of the location were excellent. This hotel is clearly designed for practicality — it’s not a luxury resort, but it delivers everything a transit or business traveller needs. I would highly recommend the JI Hotel to anyone using Guangzhou South Railway Station. It’s clean, convenient, and offers great value. It made my trip stress‑free, and I would definitely stay here again.

Location： Superb。 At city center. Less than 100m to the subway. Easy to get around. There are plenty of food around. Close to several shopping mall. Cleanliness: Good. Service: front desk is helpful and friendly. Overall experience is excellent. Kids love it. We took the executive twin room. Room is large. Will definately come back and stay in this hotel again. Highly recommended.

We are a retirees from Canada. We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The location is ideal for visiting the Nantou ancient city. The surrounding area has nice shops and many places to eat. The laundry facilities are clean and the machines are modern and powerful. There is no cost to do laundry. The gym only has an elliptical, treadmill, rowing machine, a slanted bench and a yoga mat. There are no free weights or kettlebell - those would make a nice addition. I will note that the rowing machine needs some cleaning and lubrication. The staff at the desk, the housekeeping staff, and the kitchen staff were all helpful and friendly. The hotel has a couple of grey cats that spend most of their time in a large enclosure near the package reception. However one like to wander and is sometimes kept me company in the gym and laundry area.

Location is superb, very convenient to all locations regardless of food or sight seeing locations . Hotel staff was also very helpful, patient, we ask the staff 小业 to help us book the river cruise, he made the reservation, collected the tickets and even help us make the payment first, it was so easy for us. He’s really very helpful, always following-up promptly on our requests, lucky that we met him. Very happy with the stay

I stayed at the Mahjong room with 3 single beds . Location was good cause a few shopping malls was just around the corner . There is a taxi stand in front of the hotel. This hotel is actually in an office /commercial building was on the 10th floor . The only complain is there is NO towel/ clothes hook in the bathroom .

1) Strategic location. You walk out of the lift and in front is Dafo Si Temple. And behind the temple is Beijing Road. The recommended good food are all nearby within walking distance of 1km. Min Ji Claypot Rice. Shunde Claypot Rice. Dian Dou De Dim Sum etc. It’s also walking distance to the Gongyuanqian Metro station. 2) Service is good. I appreciate there is Washer and Dryer here . They offer to dry your clothes after you washed your laundry in case you’re out when the washer finishes. Breakfast is a decent spread. There is coffee to takeaway as you start your day. The provide porridge for supper and also instant noodles which they help to make for you and I took it back to the room to eat while watching TV. 3) The room is clean and I must say the beds are very very comfy with good quality pilllow, duvet and mattress. 10/10 will stay here again!

The location is not where the most tourist attractions are, but there are also good choices of food around and a number of buses around. The room size is good. It would have been better if the bathroom door is sliding as with the present setting, you need to close the door before you can use the sink. The carpet is old and has stains. We saw a couple of cockroach during our 4-day stay. The staff at the concierge were very helpful. They tried hard and helped us to buy our bus tickets back to Zhuhai as we could not do so with our phone. Overall it's value for money.
