Pretty good location, downtown. However, a lot of homless around during day and night, a bit sketchy but overall, the service of the hotel is great.

It is in a strategic location which 10 minutes walk to Disneyland Anaheim and 5 minutes drive to Walmart/Mcd/KFC/ Burger King. The opposite of the hotel is Toy Story Parking Lot, Disneyland will provide shuttle bus services to/fro Disneyland. 2 minutes walk to CVS pharmacy/ 7-11/ and Walgreen for your snacks or souvenirs. The amenities ie toothpaste/ brush will be provided on a request basis. Photos provided are Disneyland for your reference.

It is almost the fabulous like we thought from the website pictures but the swimming pool. It doesn’t have it at all only a giant earth pit.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Conrad Los Angeles and it was absolutely fantastic. From the moment I arrived, I felt the warmth and professionalism of the staff. The hotel itself is very new and beautifully designed, making for an incredibly comfortable stay. I’ve stayed in hotels that cost significantly more—sometimes 800 to 900 dollars a night—and yet this one exceeds them all in both quality and value. It truly is the best hotel of its kind, bar none. I especially want to mention Lila at the front desk. She was kind enough to upgrade my room, and her helpful nature made me feel so welcome. Throughout my stay, housekeeping was excellent—my room was always spotless and well-stocked. Whenever I asked for extra items like a microwave or an iron, the staff brought them to my room right away and made sure I had everything I needed. The only minor hiccup was with the mini-bar: I removed a few drinks to make space for my own water, and the next day I noticed a charge for using the mini-bar. However, once I let the staff know, they immediately assured me there would be no charge. Overall, Conrad Los Angeles stands out for its beautiful facilities, attentive service, and superb value. I highly recommend it, and I look forward to returning in the future. Thank you again to Lila and the entire team for making my stay so memorable!

Classic vintage charm with spacious rooms that work well for a family of 3. The hotel is well-maintained and comfortable, though a bit of warmth at the reception would really elevate the experience.

My recent stay at Grand Hyatt was nothing short of extraordinary. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with impeccable service and a warm welcome that set the tone for an unforgettable experience. The hotel's location is simply stunning, offering breathtaking views and easy access to all the major attractions in the city. The accommodations were spacious, elegantly decorated, and equipped with every modern convenience to ensure a comfortable and luxurious stay. The staff at Grand Hyatt went above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction. They were attentive, friendly, and always went out of their way to assist me with anything I needed.

Overall a satisfactory experience of a 5 star hotel. Breakfast is good but could add more variety food. But not happy about the high parking fees and amenity fees which is kind of way to add additional charges to the room rate.

The Grand Hyatt from entry to exit was a “Grand” experience! The staff was friendly and welcoming. The food was great! We had lunch, dinner, and cocktails onsite and did room service for breakfast. The most enjoyable, was the “Grand” views we had of the runway from the room!
