Hotellilta on bussikuljetus Yuanshanin asemalle, ja bussikuljetus Jiantanin asemalle, joka on lähin asema Shilinin yömarkkinoita, on saatavilla vain lauantaisin ja sunnuntaisin. Luulen, että useimmat tässä hotellissa yöpyneet ihmiset menevät Shilinin yömarkkinoille, mutta menevät ensin bussilla Yuanshanin asemalle, sitten MRT 1 -asemalta Jiantanin asemalle ja kävelevät sieltä. Stayed at the Regent for our 20 year anniversary. The room was very clean, perfect temperature, and they offered a welcome snack. There weren't any personalised welcomes unfortunately but the room was great. They no longer offer disposable bathroom amenities like toothbrush, toothpaste, cotton, combs, hair brush etc, you need to bring your own. We had the pleasure of enjoying Tai Pan Lounge. They are open 24/7 for tea and coffee but offer snacks during breakfast, lunch, and dinner for a specific period. We also enjoyed the spa. They don't have communal wet facilities, only in the room, so your time there is limited depending on the treatment you booked. They do have a health and fitness club in B3 though where you can enjoy such facilities at your leisure. We had our anniversary dinner at Robins Grill and it was perfect. Service was amazing, food was exquisite, and the vibe was so pleasant. Definitely coming back to Robins Grill, it was our second time there! Overall, our stay was beautiful and we didn't want to leave.

Grand banyan hotel is above my expectations, I am very thankful for the reservation team and front desk staff for helping me when I mistakenly booked my hotel room on the wrong date. I will definitely comeback to this outstanding hotel in the future when return to Tainan.

The room is quiet and clean with thong, shamboo and body wash still being offered to guest in the room.I had a high and good view from my room.There are 2 train stations nearby the hotel, local train (station behind the hotel) and banana line train about 7 minutesof walk. Also, a local market- Huaxi street tourist night market, We loved so much a local breakfast that served simple boiled meat and noodle soup by an hard-working lady, and a dessert of sticky rice ball covered with lots of blended sesames and some nuts( unsure) in evening. Lots of food that you will not worry being hungry. Self-laudry is about 10 mins walk.

Everything was very good. Staffs are kind and warm welcoming. There is free shuttle bus service from kaoshung to hotel, it’s very convenient. A bar located on the beach. Grab some beer at night with good vibe. It’s perfect!

Delightful place to stay in central Tainan. Convenient to the train but also close to great restaurants on the other side of the station. Staff were very friendly and my stay was pleasant.

First time business trip in Taichung. This hotel is close to the train station, however not the high speed rail station so do not get mistaken if you take HSR from Taipei or Taoyuan. Hotel is pretty new and room is spacious. Generally good facilities. Nearby pretty busy area with quite some restaurants but a lot a full during dinner time with long lines.

Älytelevisioiden puute ja pistorasioiden rajallinen määrä saavat sen tuntumaan sopimattomalta vastaavien viiden tähden hotellien joukossa. Suurin ongelma on kylpyhuone. Suhteellisen vanhanaikainen muotoilu aiheutti veden roiskumista joka kerta, kun lavuaaria käytettiin. Suihkupää oli heikko, ja kylpyamme tyhjeni hitaasti ja vaikutti tukkeutuneelta. Hotelli tarjoaa itsepalvelupesulapalvelun, mutta pesukoneita ja kuivausrumpuja on vain yksi, eikä pyykki ollut aivan tarpeeksi puhdasta. Maksullisena palveluna ehdotan sen vaihtamista, lisäämistä tai jopa poistamista kokonaan. Kaiken kaikkiaan, jos hotelli olisi neljän tähden hotelli, se olisi hyväksyttävä. My overall experience at Hotel Kuva Chateau was pleasant, though I was a bit disappointed that the pool is closed during winter and only open from May to September. However, there is a public pool opposite the hotel where you can pay NT 100 to enjoy a nice swim and hot spring. The location is excellent, with a very clean and well-maintained park nearby. The hotel itself was clean, and I particularly liked the bathroom, which featured a spotless bathtub.

Absolutely fantastic hotel. Nicely renovated, spacious, and right next to a mall. Kids club is so good - my kids don’t want to go anywhere else. Definitely would revisit next time!
