Amazing hotel with fantastic service. The lobby to the hotel is vast, grand and extremely clean and well maintained. All reception staff were extremely friendly and very helpful. The room was superbly clean and very well presented and large. The bed was so comfortable. Dressing gowns and slippers provided). The Gym was free to use anytime and the Spa was very nice and for the price (£5 per hour per person) was a fantastic price. The breakfast choice was vast with hot food, cold meats and cheeses, salads, breads, pancakes and other cakes, coffee, teas and various cold juices. The hotel is very well located right next to the Old Town Square which has plenty of restaurants and bars for a good night out. A perfect stay and I would 100% stay there again. 5 out 5 for me and would advise anyone looking to stay in Wroclaw to stay here. You certainly wouldn't be disappointed.

Jos haluaisin löytää rakenteesta vikaa, en löytäisi sitä. Kaikki täydellistä. Tervetuloa, mahdollisuus 24/7-vastaanottoon/baariin, siivoukseen, keskuslämmitykseen, vedenkeittimeen huoneessa. Minulle se on viiden tähden hotelli, ei vain kahden tähden! Yksin matkustavalle se oli täydellistä, koska tunsin oloni erittäin turvalliseksi.

The hotel is about a 10 min walk from Wroclaw train station, and also about a 10 minute walk to the old town square where the Christmas market was. Perfectly situated I must say. The room was well maintained, and I really appreciated the wall in the bathroom that was heated (warm towel and clothes after shower in winter = bliss). The staff were all very friendly and helpful, sharing with us the map of the attractions and also bringing to our attention all shops would be closed on Sundays l. We had the most enjoyable stay here.

What a great find! Lovely hotel in a convenient location. Genuinely helpful and knowledgable staff. Good service and all food/drink beautifully presented with care and attention to detail. We had a classic king room, comfortable big bed and chaise , beautiful yet simple decor, with a nod to the 1930's art deco style , spacious acccommodation, modern bathroom with quality fittings, well equipped room with safe, minibar, coffee machine, desk, plenty of hanging space/ drawers, range of lighting to create different moods. close to train station, tram stop and 106 bus stop from airport , yet quiet overnight. Had spa facilities to ourselves on the two occasions we used them during a 4 night stay - Jacuzzi, sauna, turkish and attached Gym. Chocolate time was an added bonus. Decor in attached cafe and restaurant also lovely. Staff advised hotel was recently refurbished. Really good value accommodation- great base for a city break. Wrocław is a wonderful city (As a traveller from UK it is a ' hidden gem') and we hope to be back soon. Would choose this hotel again.

Gutes Hotel mit großem Zimmer.
Service hat noch Luft nach oben, Freundlichkeit und an der Rezeption darf man keine Fragen stellen als Antwort bekommt man, das man ins Internet schauen kann, usw.
Kennen wir von anderen 5 Sterne Hotels anders.

Es war sauber und sehr schick. Wir haben das Frühstück genutzt, was erst teuer erschien, aber wirklich gut war und es gab sogar eine Live Cooking Station. Besonders gut ist die Lage für den Durchgangsverkehr.

Hotel ładny, ale pod kątem wystroju pozostał w poprzednim stuleciu, wymagany byłby remont. Obsługa niezwykle miła i pomocna. Kuchnia otwarta do późna, jest smacznie. Dostępny jest parking oraz woda pitna do karafki uzupełniana samodzielnie w hallu na piętrze przy windach, jako fajne ekologiczne rozwiązanie problemu butelkowanych porcji.

Booking the hotel was a breeze, especially through Trip.com. The process was straightforward and hassle-free, which added to the convenience of our trip.
The location is fantastic, offering easy access to the city centre and public transportation. One of the highlights of our stay was the mulled wine and winter tea served at the hotel café. They were absolutely delightful and perfect for the chilly winter weather!
The room ambience was almost similar to Hotel Hetman in Warsaw—cozy and functional—but there were some issues. Every time we entered, the room smelled like wet carpet, which was unpleasant. Additionally, it lacked basic amenities such as an iron, ironing board, fridge, and slippers, which was disappointing. The room also wasn’t warm enough for winter, although the water heater and pressure were consistent, which was a relief. Unfortunately, the walls were quite thin, and we could hear our neighbours talking, which affected the overall comfort.
Housekeeping did an excellent job of ensuring the room was tidy, though they strictly followed the “clean my room” tag system. On one occasion, even with the tag hung, our room wasn’t cleaned, but it was resolved the next day.
The café staff were friendly and attentive, even though one staff member had limited English. Their effort to serve us to the best of their ability was commendable. Breakfast, however, was underwhelming, especially compared to our previous stays at Hotel Hetman in Warsaw and Hampton by Hilton Krakow Airport, which offered a more varied and higher-quality breakfast experience.
Overall, while the hotel has its advantages, such as its location, easy booking process, and some friendly staff, the room conditions, breakfast, and service inconsistencies leave room for improvement. That said, don’t miss the mulled wine and winter tea if you stay here!

KKasper KasperThe first thing to point out is the great location: right in the heart of the city, in front of Wrocław's iconic town hall (visible from the windows of the ”common room” on the 3rd floor, see my photos). Despite the area being almost constantly busy with tourists, we didn't hear any noise from our room, which faced the inner courtyard. The room, on the 2nd floor, was tiny but sufficient. The common kitchen is equipped with a fridge. The showers are of push-button type, each dose annoyingly short, and the cabins are small and have no clothes hangers. You need a strategy to avoid your things get wet, or keep them outside the cabin. No elevators in the building. The whole place (except the classy common room) is slightly shabby and could be tidier and cleaner, but it is a clean and decent hostel overall. Upon checking out, we were able to keep our luggage in the hostel until the evening, for which we are very grateful.

Breakfast area really small (only a few tables available for eating plus a few sofas with coffee tables; definitely not good for the amount of people/rooms) and not comfortable either (peaple squeeze to move anywhere near buffet), but breakfast itself was tasty.

AABengkr_orzI stayed here with a friend for one nights and was honestly surprised by how well-equipped the apartment was. We had a microwave, induction hob, cooking utensils, dishes, and even a proper sink and workspace—it’s the kind of setup you usually don’t get at this price range.
The room was clean and bright, the bathroom was spotless, and yes—the air conditioning actually works! It was such a relief after spending a long hot day walking around the city.
There was no hairdryer, which is something to note, but overall the comfort level was great.
Location-wise, it’s a bit far from the city center—we decided to walk and it took us about 50 minutes on foot (yes, we’re a bit crazy). But it’s also reachable by public transport if you prefer not to go full-pilgrimage mode like we did.
All in all, it’s a great spot for travelers who want a quiet, clean, and functional base for exploring Wrocław. Would definitely stay here again!

Rrhee0606It's about a 10-minute walk from Wrocław Central Station. There's a convenience store nearby, and tram and bus routes run through the area, making transportation convenient. The staff was friendly, and the hotel was clean. The breakfast was varied and delicious.

VVieraskäyttäjäThis is a nice and modern hostel located just in the middle between central railway station and city centre. Rooms are large and clean, each one has it's own toilet and shower. Kitchen is for an additional fee but it's fully equipped and clean, so would highly recommend to pay for it. In addition you will have access to huge dining room and usually there are no people at all so it's possible to use it for work as well.
Some drawbacks: no aircons, so it can be very hot during summer and if windows are facing the street it can be quite noisy. There was no soap in the shower and it would be good to put curtains between the beds otherwise if you use bed light at night it will disturb your neighbours.
A common problem for the rooms with several beds is you can occasionally get a snoring neighbour...
