Price is good so everything is good when you have this price. Beach is few minutes from the hotel although it is not the best beach in the island but price of hotel is good, so it is good

If one wants to visit the El Arenal Area of Palma de Mallorca, the Hotel has the ideal location. It is easy to reach by Bus A51 (only two stops from the Airport), which already departs at 5 a.m. in the morning on the way back and therefore making it possible to reach flights departing at 6:30 a.m. without the need of an otherwise expensive Taxi. 10 minutes stroll to the beach. Receptionist on duty was from Austria, therefore she spoke, besides Spanish and English of course, fluent German - which is quite common in Palma. The room was big and clean with a comfortable bed and a powerful A/C, but the walls are really thin. One can hear everything that is going on in other rooms as well as outside.

Koska se on ilmastohuone, jossa on balkoni, huoneen merialue on todella hyvä, varsinkin aamulla Saint Antonion satamassa, se on sekunnin päästä ymmärtää, että Euroopassa on ilta, koska lähellä on paljon baareja ja klubeja, se voi olla hieman ääni, mutta balkonin oven sulkeminen on melkein kuullut. Mutta loppujen lopuksi se on Ibiza, joten tunnen musiikin, että tämä tunnelma on oikea 🤩 receptionistin nainen on myös erittäin ystävällinen, erittäin miellyttävä auttaa, lainaa aloitteellisesti minulle rantahuus, suosittele matkaa, on todella tarpeellinen, todella intiimi 🥰 Ei aamiaista, mutta he tekevät yhteistyötä vieressä olevan ravintolan kanssa. Majoitusliikkeellä on 9 alennuslipun ja myös ～ Ibiza asuu täällä ensi kerralla. Kaikki on täydellistä, paitsi kallis.

Lovely hotel for a great price! With in walking distance to mambos & ocean beach. Also 5 minute walk to lots of restaurants and bars. The hotel doesn’t have its own pool but provides details for sister hotels which both have lovely pools. Bed was comfy and cleaning was provided every day. I would recommend this hotel.

We had a fantastic stay at The Unexpected Hotel in Ibiza! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome and well taken care of. At check-in, we were pleasantly surprised with the option to upgrade our room—and we’re so glad we did! The upgraded room was spacious, stylish, and offered stunning views that truly elevated our experience. Even came with a hot tub on the balcony. The hotel itself lives up to its name in the best way—full of delightful surprises, from the chic decor to the vibrant atmosphere. Every detail was thoughtfully curated, and the service throughout our stay was exceptional. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a memorable and luxurious Ibiza getaway. Worth every penny. We’ll definitely be back!

Good place, calm vibe. By mistake we booked only for one person and I just wish the staff were more compreensive about that. We ended up paying almoust double the online price because for the hotel refused to cancel our stay so we could book again for 2 people. Perfect beach just 5 minuts from the hotel!

Hotel jeni is een juweel in es mercadal op menorca. De service is goed, de hygiëne is voortreffelijk en de maaltijd in het restaurant is van goede kwaliteit en niet duur. Ik ben erg tevreden zelfs in een 1-persoon kamer die redelijk groot is voor mij alleen. De lokatie is goed want het is op een loopafstand van het centrum van es mercadal en van een supermarkt. Ik gebruik es mercadal als een tussen station op weg naar de kust in het noorden want de bus van de luchthaven naar de kust gaat via es mercadal en beperkt tot maar 4x per dag. Hotel Jeni ligt strategisch op 2 minuten loopafstand van de busstation. Het weer medio maart is niet warm, zelden volle zon en winderig. Maar als de zon doorbreekt dan is het erg prettig.
