The hotel is ina good location for the airport and the shared taxi stand. The buffet breakfast was really good. The room was very spacious and comfortable. The free airport shuttle is not as good as it sounds. It only goes 3 times a day.

Located on Alger hillside, can enjoy the entire city scenery within walking distance. The rooms are clean and tidy, the breakfast is plentiful, and the facility decor is modern. Good for sightseeing and short business trips.

Location is perfect, room is very clean even though it has some moist smell at the beginning.
Overall facilities were maintained very well.
However, this hotel lacks international power point facilities such as USB charging port and universal plug point.
Others, I am happy.

I'm Algerian, this hotel is amazing ❤️ the location is perfect being so close to the airport (the hotel will provide the shuttle service). More importantly, the people who work there are very very professional and nice. I came so early before the check-in time and yet they allowed me to take my room. The breakfast is also so yummy and diverse. I will, of course, book here again when coming back to Algeria. Hopefully, the price will go low a bit or at least remains as it is.

I’ve found from experience in Algeria, customer service is not their forte. I’d suggest this is not just the HI but all service sectors in general, perhaps it’s the French influence, but regardless, across the whole residence I did not meet one cheery, polite or energetic person, everything just seemed to be troublesome or beneath them, I blame management however and somewhat by need, I will return however, let me conclude by suggesting the hotel is very nice, my room was well appointed and clean, the restaurant and food within, commendable.
As an aside, do book the hotel taxi service to and from the airport, it was efficient and very cheap compared to other countries I visit.

J’ai passé un excellent séjour à l’Hôtel Suisse à Alger. L’accueil a été remarquable dès mon arrivée, notamment grâce à la réceptionniste Célia, dont le professionnalisme et la gentillesse font toute la différence. Toujours souriante, attentive et disponible, elle a su répondre à toutes mes demandes avec efficacité et bienveillance. Grâce à elle, je me suis senti immédiatement à l’aise et parfaitement pris en charge. L’hôtel est confortable, propre et idéalement situé, mais c’est vraiment la qualité de l’accueil, en particulier celui de Célia, qui rend l’expérience exceptionnelle. Je recommande vivement cet établissement !

RRakhLovely hotel masha Allah - standouts include both the reception staff as well as the restaurant staff who were exceptional with their attentive service.
Restaurant food at Le Grand Bleu was of high quality, we experienced a lovely dinner service and we made sure to thank the head chef who was very friendly as well as the waiters.
The two young male waiters were super friendly and professional, lovely to see. Breakfast service was very good too.
Only thing about the hotel that would have been nicer is if the private bathroom had a bath tub in the Executive/Privilege with sea view and a cooler room during summer months. Still highly recommend this hotel.

VVieraskäyttäjäBonjour, je tiens à remercier tout le personnel de l’hôtel pour sa gentillesse, son professionnalisme, sa compréhension, notamment le respond le se caisse et le responsable lui-même. Il était précisé que les animaux de compagnie sont autorisés alors que ce n’est pas le cas. Malgré tout, les responsables m’ont autorisée à garder mon animal sinon j’étais à la rue après plus de 5 heures de route. Merci à Trip.com de bien vouloir rectifier les informations transmises à l’hôtel afin que d’autres clients ne vivent pas de situations désagréables comme cela aurait pu être le cas pour moi si le personnel n’avait pas eu ce fond humaniste et de compréhension. Merci encore, cordialement. Une cliente qui recommande cet hôtel pour tout le charme qui le compose tant au niveau pro que par son style atypique et vraiment beau en plein centre 👌🏼🙂
