Hotelli aamiainen on tavallinen valkoinen aamiainen, jossa on aina parempi aamiainen kuin ei. Mutta varaus on kaksinkertainen huone, yksinkertainen huone, joka on lisätty pieniä sängyjä, ja sen jälkeen on pyydetty reception, joka on aina sanonut, että huone on täynnä vaihtoa, on todella huono kokemus.

Clean, Convenient, and Caring – A Perfect Transit Stopover” I had a truly pleasant and comfortable stay at the hotel during my 2-day, 1-night transit from 16–17 March before my flight back to Singapore. The hotel was exceptionally clean and conveniently located—just about 10 minutes from Istanbul International Airport. Breakfast was also provided, which was a nice touch. The front desk staff were very warm and welcoming. Although I didn’t catch his name, one of the staff members was especially helpful in guiding me on how to get around Istanbul city. A special thanks to the hotel manager, İrfan, for making me feel safe and well-informed during my short trips to and from the city. His practical tips on taking a taxi or Uber were invaluable, and I appreciated how he stayed connected to ensure everything went smoothly. One small note for springtime travellers: the air conditioning system provides warm air by default, but if you prefer cooler air, simply switch off the heater. Thank you again for making me feel at home, even during a short solo stay. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient airport accommodation!

I can't say I stay in a proper Hotel. This hotel holds the name of the Hilton but it was a terrible experience. The first problem is the bathroom. Shower equipment was broken, it was very hard to maintain the water temperature and pressure. The design of the bathtubs-shower combination was horrible. You need to step up into the bath tube and it is so dangerous. The breakfast was very good but the coffee and tea were terrific. A good hotel can't buy an automatic espresso machine. They were serving low quality instant coffee. And I couldn't even drink a proper Turkish tea. Location is not bad and the city view was avarage.

I live in the centre of Istanbul, I just wanted a night in the middle of nowhere to relax and this place is great. Super clean, huge comfy bed, best shower ever, amazing buffet breakfast with huge variety of dishes, spotless spa in the basement with sauna, hamam, steam room and heated pool. Not a sound in the room, I had a great sleep. The receptionists are rude and won't even say Hello but it's Turkey, I expect it. The breakfast staff will take your plate away while you're eating but again, Turkish behaviour. There are cockroaches in the room but not too many and not too big. Would definitely recommend it, great value for money

The hospitality was not good at all, at least a smile can make travelers happy when they check in! The breakfast was complete and good. The cleanliness of the rooms was acceptable. In general, it is recommended for business trips at an economical cost

This is my third visit to the hotel after two previous good stays, but unfortunately, this time was different. The room was not as described in the booking — it was smaller than expected, had no sofa, and there was noticeable noise from the street. When I informed the receptionist about the issue, he said the hotel was fully booked and refused to change or upgrade the room. After I mentioned that I would write my feedback, Ms. Zainab from the reception kindly contacted me and handled the situation with professionalism, providing the correct room. I truly appreciate Ms. Zainab for her cooperation and attentiveness, and I hope the hotel management improves the attitude of some front desk staff.
