Spacious room, sufficient for two colleagues. Thoughtful amenities, provided additional pillow options, as well as turndown service. Good strong coffee with Nespresso machine. WiFi wa rather intermittent, kept getting disconnected during zoom online meeting but otherwise able to do emails. Short walk to conference venue (Lille Grand Palais). Limited food options nearby, often walked to Lille Flandres side or Town Centre for meals. Service was very responsive, some housekeeping staff were able to speak English. Nice touch at the end with door chocolates upon checkout. Overall a good experience.

Close to a metro station, but not close to any of the sites. Still, they are within walking distance and there are plenty of restaurants in the area. The food court / common room is nice, with lots of couches and power outlets. It closes at night though, and then there is no place to go except back to your room. The dorm rooms have air conditioning, which is nice. Mattresses and pillows are very comfortable. Good Wi-Fi throughout. The morning and daytime front desk staff is very friendly and helpful.

Good hotel handy because of the superchargers on the parking lot. Had some minor issues with the room and even at a very late hour deep in the night at 1 they came and fix this issue for us. Good service.

Bel hôtel mais pas de Spa. Petit déjeuner extrêmement décevant pour le tarif de 14 euros. Peu de choses à manger en sucré. Pas de yaourts nature, pas de sirop d'érable, pas de quatre-quart, de madeleines, ou de brioche... De plus, il manquait de tout et en cas d'affluence il n'y avait absolument plus rien à manger. Certaines personnes ont attendu près de 20 minutes pour avoir ne serait-ce qu'un croissant.

Hele ruime kamer en dichtbij allemaal winkels. Prima badkamer met lekkere douche. Om 11:30 uur kwam ik terug van een wandeling en werkte de cijfercode van de kamer niet meer terwijl ik tot 12 uur in mijn kamer mocht blijven. Bij de receptie aangegeven en toen liep er iemand mee die de deur open deed. Eenmaal op mijn kamer bezig kwam er weer iemand van housekeeping binnen. Gelukkig was ik mij niet aan het omkleden. Ik snap niet waarom ze de kamer in gaan als je tot 12 uur mag blijven en ik nog niet had uitgecheckt. Ik zal de volgende keer het kaartje aan de deur hangen met niet storen. Verder waren ze wel erg vriendelijk en raad ik dit hotel aan iedereen aan.

We were assigned an accessible junior suite though we didn't request an accessible room.. The bathroom was half finished and the wiring was not completed with the switches for the separate toilet and bath located in the doorway. There were signs pasted on the door to the toilet and the door to the shower stating that the hotel offered its apologies for the inconvenience! There was a workman's support pole found under the sinks which had to be removed by the technician when we complained. There was not a single hook, clothes stand, towel rack or rail anywhere in the bathroom, toilet or room. The hotel staff explained that they would send a technician a second time to drill hooks in the bathroom, we didn't bother since we were staying only 2 nights and didn't want the dust. The shower glass in the shower stall could not contain water within the stall and the floor became wet after we showered. Location wise the hotel is perfect and the staff were polite. Breakfast was a mix of hot cooked food and the usual cold cuts, cheeses, breads, yoghurt, fruits and juices. The breakfast room changes to a bar at night which serves affordable and nice cocktails.

Hotel rooms are small, show is tiny and sound insulation is terrible. Take Ear Buds if you want to get any sleep in these rooms, you can hear conversations so clearly through the walls of neighbours on the side and above. Staff are friendly, breakfast for EUR 6 is not worth it, there is a much better buffet breakfast for double that price across the parking if you are hungry in the mornings. Overall, would not return due to the lack of ability sleep with all the noise. If you are looking for a cheap option with secure parking, this is potentially a decent option. More than 2 nights is difficult to justify.

A Convenient Stop for Drivers: This hotel offers excellent value for money, especially for those on a road trip. We were very grateful that the receptionist allowed us to check in at 11 PM, well past the 9 PM cut-off, which was incredibly helpful after a long drive. The room was small, just enough for a double bed. The bathroom was compact yet functional, though it had barely enough space to stand up comfortably for a shower, even for someone with a lean build; we weren't sure how heavier individuals would manage. A big plus was the ample parking space. While it's a bit outside the city with no other amenities, it's a nice place for a sleepover if you're driving.
