I had a comfortable stay at this hotel. The check in and check out were smooth, the hotel is located in a great location in the jewish district of Krakow. The room was a bit not to my expectations because I didn’t have the city views as mentioned and it didn’t make sense to pay extra for the balcony. I think at least a chair and a table on a balcony would improve the experience.

Sijainti on täydellinen. Todella mukava paikka aivan vanhankaupungin vieressä ja kaupunki oli kaunis. Hotellirakennuksessa voi aistia historiaa. Ilmastointi toimi hyvin. Huone oli siisti ja ihmiset olivat mukavia, ja tarjolla oli herkullinen aamiainen noutopöydästä. Klo 7.00-10.00. Ja uloskirjautumisaika on ihana klo 12.00 asti. Vierailuni Hotel Wyspiańskissa oli yksinkertaisesti upea. Saapumishetkestä lähtien olin vaikuttunut sen erinomaisesta sijainnista Krakovan sydämessä. Ravintolan ruoka oli hienoa.

Tämä oli kolmas kertani täällä. Wi-Fi ei toiminut kahden ensimmäisen päivän aikana, mutta muutaman kerran vastaanotossa siitä ilmoittamisen jälkeen se parani hieman. Muut palvelut olivat yhtä hyviä kuin aina ennenkin. Sateenvarjoja oli vuokrattavissa sateisina päivinä. Lähellä on Aldi ja suuri Carrefour, ja se on tärkeä raitiovaunuterminaali. Myös aamiainen oli erittäin monipuolinen.

Bardzo udany pobyt,hotel położony na uboczu ale stanowi świetną bazę wypadową do pobliskich atrakcji Oświęcim, Energylandia ,Wadowice,Kęty. Na miejscu świetny personel i bardzo dobre udogodnienia kryty i odkryty basen,spa,restauracja,przytulne duże pokoje a na deser smaczne sniadanko

Brilliant from the first greeting to the farewell! Lovely staff who went the extra mile to welcome you and helped in any way they could. Impeccable English spoken; Brits are rubbish at other languages, in my experience. Nothing to be proud of 😌 The room was amazing. A very new hotel, so everything was still pristine. Probably the smartest place I have ever stayed in. Quiet - I guess it was well soundproofed; heard nobody else - like we had the floor to ourselves. Reception and bar/ cafe- style area was welcoming, serving snacks and great coffee. Did not use the dining facilities, but the area looked very good, on Level -1. Very good quality toiletries. Luxurious towels and bedding. Nespresso coffee machine Fridge Water filter/ ‘kettle’. Really cannot fault anything. I would try another Tribe hotel and would hope it would be of the same standard.

Booked a twin room. facilties in the room great ipad style device for the lights heating tv etc. breakfast outstanding. very chic bar which has a restaurant also. urban hip coffee shop frequented by student and young adults. I assume good coffee and WiFi. Spa very nice will sauna and steam. please note you have to be naked sat on a towel if you use the sauna. and naked for steam. I highly recommend the location 15 minutes walk to old town 5 minutes to the Jewish quarter. Hotel offers free guided walking tours.

Lovely hotel! Decorated the room for our anniversary! Great location, will be staying there again next time we come to Krakow!

It's about a 15-minute walk from the station, but there's a bus stop nearby so it's easily accessible. The hotel was very clean. The shower was also fine. I'd like to stay here again if I have the opportunity.

The hotel is right opposite to the Krakow Main Station and a big shopping mall, and is around 10 minutes from the gate of the Old Town. The hotel has a cool lobby too. The staff was friendly and polite. The room was slightly too small but it got a very decent and cool decoration and could be controlled with a tablet (including the TV). The bed was comfortable. Yet, the lack of a gym/pool might be an issue to those who want to exercise. Overall, this is a hotel of very decent quality and professional staff!
