Great place ! Good for relax . Receive warm welcome from the receptionist and the service staff . The staff picked us up from the carpark and help to check-in. Check-in process fast n smooth ,and serve with ice cream . The staff all are friendly . Room is clean and spacious with the amenities and gym,pool facilities. Like the quietness, spacious and friendly environment. They also provide us with a complimentary breakfast., simple local food. Overall stay is good but the area is still new,not develop yet hence the outside road abit bad, and try not to open the door which the flies will fly in

What our group of friends loved most: · Private Karaoke System: The KTV setup was awesome with a massive, up-to-date song library. We found all the latest hits, classics, and Cantonese songs · Retro Arcade Games & Pool Table: The arcade cabinet had so many classic games for a serious nostalgia trip. After that, switching to a competitive game of pool kept the energy high. These facilities really made our trip unforgettable. Thoughtful Touches That Made All the Difference Beyond the fun, it was the thoughtful details that truly impressed us: · Water Dispenser in the Kitchen: Incredibly convenient! No need to boil water or buy loads of bottles. Having instant hot and cold water on tap was a game-changer. · Luxurious Bathtub & Bath Salt: The biggest sweet touch was the owner providing bath salt for us! After a full day of activities, sinking into a fragrant, hot bath was the perfect way to unwind and felt like pure luxury. This small gift added such a personal, caring touch. Verdict: We Will 100% Be Back! This villa perfectly combines a luxurious private space, premium entertainment, and heartfelt service. From swimming to singing, gaming to soaking, everything was seamless—we never had to think about what to do next. I will HIGHLY RECOMMEND this place to all my friends. Owner very friendly, big space and clean

Amazing property with great amenities provided beyond expectations like Conway water filters hot & cold. Karaoke, game machine, lots of activities for family bonding. Towel supply is great too, what needed improvement, it’s a huge villa, so 2 person to clean is definitely not sufficient to enable us to check in at 3pm. Also pls ensure water heater is in working condition in every single bathroom for guests stay. This had inconvenienced us. Thank you.
