Our recent stay at Palm Suite was a pleasant and straightforward experience. The standout feature was definitely the front desk service—the staff were consistently friendly, efficient, and helpful throughout our check-in and stay, which always makes a trip nicer.
The apartment itself was spacious and very comfortable for the price. It had everything we needed for a relaxing visit and felt like a good home base.
The location is a major plus. Being close to a McDonald’s was unexpectedly handy for a quick, reliable breakfast or a late-night snack. The surrounding area in Tanjong Tokong has plenty of other dining and convenience options within easy reach.
A small point to note is that the property does not have covered roof parking. While we found parking, it's something to be aware of if you're traveling with a car, especially during rainy weather. N no lift to 2nd floor
In the bathroom, we noticed the jacuzzi jet function in the bathtub could use an upgrade, as it wasn't operating at full power. That said, the bath itself was perfectly fine for a relaxing soak, so it wasn't a big issue for us—just something the management might look into for future updates.
Overall, I’m not complaining! Palm Suite delivers solid value: it's comfortable, well-located, and backed by great service. It’s an excellent choice for a practical, no-fuss stay in Penang.

The room is very spacious and clean. Comfy bed but lack of necessity furniture such as dressing table with mirror, closet to hang clothes and towels. Customer service assistance is very prompt. Since there is no hangers provided, we request some hangers and do got it the same day. Tqvm. Things to be improved :-

Location a bit tricky for first timer. Road sign ”Lava Mansion” quite small. The landmark ,Mayfair condominium.
Parking were free. Just verified your car plate no.
We booked two room.
1) Suite with spa bath (2 kingbed, 2 sofa, tv, iron) located at ground floor. Room is big enough to gather my whole family (8 peoples). Car parked infront of room. Suitable for elderly & family with kids.
2) Suite with 2 room ( 2room, 1 toilet, 1 bathroom inc huge spa bath). All is good. Can accomodate 4 pax. I booked for my siblings. Located at level 1.
Batu cafe, just a 2 minutes walk. Can chilled and have a tea time tea. Facing sea ! Nice view. We spend around 1 hour to take a family pic there before checkout 😅
Overall. Satisfied with this hotel. Calm & chill area. Not to far from georgetown (only 3 minutes away)
Definitely will come again!

Staying in this villa was one of the best decisions of my trip. From the very first moment, I received a warm and professional welcome. The staff were extremely friendly, attentive, and helpful, making me feel truly valued as a guest.🙏🏻🙏🏻👍🏻😊 One of the biggest advantages is the location. There are three different beaches just 600–800 meters from the villa. This is incredibly convenient for tourists,you can reach the sea with a short and easy walk anytime.
The villa offers a real home-like comfort. The room was very clean, spacious, and well organized. Every detail seemed thoughtfully prepared, and the overall environment was very relaxing. The combination of privacy, comfort, and quiet surroundings made it perfect for a restful stay. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for comfort, cleanliness, and excellent hospitality💃🏻🙏🏻⛱️

For our trip to Escape Theme Park, this accommodation was perfect! (Location wise)
The host thoughtfully switched on the air conditioner and lights before our arrival, making us feel comfortable and welcomed.
The spacious layout more than enough for our group of 3 families (10 people in total). The photos shown accurately reflect the unit.
Cleanliness was spot-on, and the most impressive part was the bed comfort, it was of excellent quality. All the pillows smelled fresh, and everything was well-prepared.
The only minor was the RM500 deposit, which is only returned 3 to 5 days after checkout, and I had to send a reminder to the host on the 6th day. I'm used to receiving the deposit back the day after checking out.
However, this did not affect our stay at all, overall, it was a great experience with the unit!
Most importantly, thanks to the Trip platform for the worthwhile promo price!

コンセントのタイプが合わず持参した充電器が使えませんでしたが、代わりのものをすぐ用意してくれました。
いくつかの棟（一軒家）のうちの一部屋を借りる形で、施設はどこも清潔でした。
他のゲストも静かだったので、問題なく使用できて、値段と比べたらリーズナブルでかなり満足できました。

SSpielyWe had a really enjoyable stay at Comfy Bungalow Family House NR Pg Hill & Kek Lok Si. The house is very spacious, especially the master room, which is huge and super comfortable. Overall, the rooms were good and the air conditioning worked well throughout our stay.
The house layout is also convenient: the single room is on the first floor, while the other three rooms are on the second. The stairs are manageable, and there’s a toilet on the first floor plus two on the second floor (one in the master room and one shared), which made it very practical for a group stay. The bunk bed setup is quite unique, but guests may need to be a bit careful when sharing, especially at night, as there isn’t much space for the upper bunk occupant to step down easily.
The place was clean and hygienic, with towels and basic amenities provided, and the check-in and check-out instructions were clear and straightforward to follow. The location is a big plus — it’s near the market with lots of great local food options within easy reach, which made the stay even more convenient and enjoyable.
There are just a few small areas that could make the experience even better, such as having simple instructions for using the combined microwave and oven, providing hand soap in the toilets and switching off the timer for the dining room aircon.
Overall, it’s a comfortable and value-for-money stay, especially for families or groups. We would definitely consider coming back again!
