Had a long layout of 15 hours and booked this hotel to have a rest before a 13-hour flight at midnight. Arrived in the morning and the receptionist was extremely kind to allow early check in and upgraded my room.
The room is dated but clean. Bed is comfortable and the best is that free shuttle service to and from airport is available. Could use the service to go downtown from airport.
Overall, a great place with favorable location for a stay for long layout.
Thanks to the 2 kind ladies at the reception who attended to my check in and check out.

Great location. Only about a 5-7 minute drive from the airport. Shuttles running every 30 min or so. The room was alright, just no mini fridge or microwave like I'm used to. It was just a temporary stay until I get my flight back out.

My flight has been canceled at Seattle airport. I booked this hotel temporarily. They have free shuttle bus from hotel to airport, about half an hour once. Room looks okay but a little bit old. Location is good.

Everyone was extremely friendly and extremely helpful! The place is in a tough location but it's surprisingly well appointed with all the conveniences of home. Will definitely stay there again!

Some electrical problems in the room, but the excellent professional staff took care of it quickly. The room was spotless, and the bed was very comfortable. I will definitely stay here again.

I have been flying to Seattle from Seoul and back every 90!-180 days year. I always stay at Skyway Hotel each time to eat at Bob Burgers. This js the first time on a short stay they wasnt open. But the hitel is very convenient from the airport with shuttle service.

こんなに安いのに大きなベッド、清潔な室内、バスタブのあるお風呂、お部屋は最高でした。
朝の食事は、温かいワッフルを作ってくれました。
ロビーにCoffeeがあるのも良かった。
周りにはホテルしかないので、
夕飯を空港で食べるか、購入してから行くことをお勧めします。

MMylene WWe booked it for a fun convention. I was disappointed right off the bat. I put both my husband's name and mine on the prepay reservation. They insisted that my husband had to come in to show photo ID so they could confirm it really was us. The kitchenette had no towels or anything to wash with. They said they don't have kitchen towels or cloths. We booked 3 nights, they gave us 2 washcloths, 2 hand towels and 2 bath towels. They said they had a towel shortage. Brought our garbage to the front desk because we didn't know what else to do so they said, put it outside your door and give us a call about it being there. Although, there was no replacement bags in the room. When I went to take a shower, I learned that we had 2 hotel type conditioner bottles and 2 lotion bottles. No shampoo. We only got one mini bar of soap so I used it to wash my hair. The heater in our room didn't work right either. It was either blowing cold or hot when set on Auto. We did try several settings. We froze the first night. Cooked to death second night. Third night just cold but not freezing. I heard the restaurant isn't open yet. I could see things were being worked on but they also seem to have a lack of staff. I don't feel the cost was appropriate for the level of care. I did find 2 of the staff that really did seem to care. One stuck up woman and then lazy ones. Notice the unclean porch. The tore up base of front door.

VVieraskäyttäjäOli hienoa, että motellissa oli 6 EV-maksuasemaa. Vaikka se oli vain 7.3kW/hr, se on vapaa ja tarpeeksi tehdä suuri ero matkan. Varasin tämän paikan nimenomaan EV-maksutoiminnon. Käytin J1772-maksulaitetta.
Aamiainen oli vakio mannermainen aamiainen ja mukavaa saada jogurttia ja hedelmiä.
Ainoa asia, mitä tekisin eri tavalla, oli pyytää yläkerran huoneen. Olimme toisella kerroksella ja heillä on korkeat katot ja suuria huoneita, mutta yläpuolellamme juhlittiin lattialla, eli jalat juoksivat. Olin huoneessa 201 ja menin 301 klo 1030 puhumaan heille. Sanoin heille, että olemme valmiita sänkyyn ja se oli melko äänekäs, kun he olivat huoneemme yläpuolella. Vaikka englanti ei ollut selvästikään heidän ensimmäinen kieli, he sanoivat ”oh, anteeksi!”. Luulin, että se alkaa hiljaisempi, mutta kesti 12:30 asti. rehellisesti sanottuna, huoneet olivat pimeät, varjot suljettu ja jos ne olisivat juuri sammuneet valot, Ei olisi mitään keinoa, jolla kukaan voisi juosta pimeässä.
Se oli ainoa negatiivinen oli seinät/katot saattavat olla hieman ohut, mutta se riippuu naapureista ja jälleen, pyyntöni olisi ollut yläkerrassa välttää tämä seuraavalla kerralla.

CCourtneyRMy trip would have been wonderful except for the fact that I accidentally booked it for one day in advance so I asked the front desk what to do and she said to call you guys it happens all the time and I should be able to get my money back and so I canceled it talked to trips.com and they said they would get back to me with the answer. So in the morning I called the front desk and I asked about the cancellation and they said it was definitely canceled they were going to reimburse me but then I get home and I have a message from ships.com saying that they denied it and then when I further talk to them they said no there's a third party involved and they denied it I asked him to try again and tell him the whole scenario and they still denied it so I feel like you guys don't care about your customers and that I will never use your services again because people make mistakes all the time like this like I was told and you should be more understanding just something like this I've called you right away right after I made the cancellation he didn't tell me for a day and a half later after I was already home. So beware unless you are perfect and I don't know any humans that are if you book with them you might not get the help you need when I need.
