Die Lage des Hostels in Sichtweite zur Bucht von Praia da Vitória ist sehr gut. Die Zimmer sind sauber und liebevoll eingerichtet. Der Service ist überaus freundlich, allerdings nicht rund um die Uhr vor Ort (eine Telefonnummer ist jedoch hinterlegt). Die Zimmer sind mit allem Notwendigen ausgestattet; qualitative Ausstattung und Sauberkeit in der Gemeinschaftsküche sind jedoch nur bedingt gegeben.

Very pleasant stay in the hotel. Thank you very much for an early checkin without extra charge (I checked in at 10 am!). Very helpful service, clean and cosy rooms

Parfois le personnel était très gentil et serviable et parfois rigide et rude. Il n'y a pas de cuisinette ni de réfrigérateur pour accomoder les clients. Les dortoirs sont très petits et les lits sont bruyants. Sur 6 lits, les deux du centre n'ont pas de prise ni de lumière. Pas de serviette ou de savon fournis. Les services sanitaires sont loin des dortoirs. Les toilettes coulaient et il y avait toujours de l'eau sur le plancher. Risque de glisser ! Pas d'air climatisé, pas de ventilateur et les armoires ne barrent pas. Il faut apporter son propre cadena. Pour terminer sur une note positive c'était propre et l'architecture de cet ancien bâtiment est magnifique.

Большой номер, большая ванная комната. Очень чисто. Отель отличный, уютный, хорошее местоположение, рядом есть рестораны, завтраки вкусные, персонал очень вежливый и милый. Немного жестковата кровать для меня, но это дело вкуса. Однозначно рекомендую.

Die Mitarbeiter des Passal Hostels waren sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Zimmer sind super ausgestattet und insgesamt wirkt alles sehr neu und gepflegt. Das Frühstück war auch super. Das Hostel kann ich nur weiterempfehlen.

I had an excellent stay at Island Bliss. I was there for only one night, during a 19-hour layover in Ponta Delgada. The dorm room I stayed in was super comfortable, each bed having a lamp, 2 outlets, and a towel free of charge (which most places don't offer without a fee). The bathrooms were very clean and comfortable, with a nice shower and plenty of room. Everything was very smooth. Self check-in is excellent and very convenient, especially since I was arriving late at night. I didn't end up using the kitchen, but it seemed well-organized and clean as I passed through it. After checking out, I was able to stay in the main seating area and download some shows for the plane, which was very nice of the owner. I should clarify that I stayed here in the off-season, which might be why I was allowed to stay after my check-out. I didn't have much time to explore Ponta Delgada, but it seemed to be a good spot, near several restaurants and botanical gardens. I would easily recommend this place to travelers, one of the best hostels I've ever stayed at!

Absolutely stunning place, house with history. Beautiful design, well equipped, tea/coffee facilities, nice staff, and very close to the airport. All in all highly recommended
