We arrived 7 am to stow luggage. We sat for several hours before leaving for business. The staff is engaging and very helpful, including wifi before check-in. Upon completion of business, we returned to check-in. No elevators, so staff helped take luggage up. The rooms and facilities are immaculate with hot water showers. The rooms are very large with TV. TRULY better than the hotels stayed at before. For Breakfast, the bread we chose and the coffee were excellent. We will be back there in about a month, and will stay again for about three days. Truly excellent find. Our new Davao hotel!!!

SM Lanang Premier -ostoskeskus sijaitsee 3 minuutin ajomatkan päässä ja Victoria Plaza (ostoskeskus) 11 minuutin ajomatkan päässä majoituspaikasta. Tämä hotelli sijaitsee 5,6 km:n päässä kohteesta Gaisano Mall (ostoskeskus) ja 6,2 km:n päässä kohteesta People's Park (puisto).

Great location,very accommodating staff and the room is soo spacious for 2pax..I booked the twin single bed room and select with window ur view at night is the Roxas Night Market during our stay..what u see on the page is what you see in person..😉 P.S sorry forgot to take pic on my room..😁😉

It was an advantage that it was right next door the Central Lab building. Penong's was also also near and a good alternative to hotel food. A grocer was also nearby so buying essentials was not much of a hassle.

My daughter and I arrived at the hotel around 10 in the evening. We went straight to the hotel from Davao Airport. Good thing it was late in the evening as we were able to escape the heavy traffic in the city area. The hotel attendant was nice and was able to assist us with our room. He was kind of having a hard time finding our booking, good thing he was able to sort everything out. We got a room on the 3rd floor, we got two beds, and didn't check if the TV was working though. The water pressure in the shower is okay. We have towels and toiletries provided. Air-conditioning is working fine. Just a bit of cleaning needed under the bed. We had a good sleep and went to check out before noon the next day as we needed to catch the bus going to Gen San. Thanks GV Hotel for a safe and sound stay in Davao

Hotelli on melko vanha eikä hyvin ylläpidetty, yhteinen katto vuotaa koska ei hyvä katto, näyttää yläjuttu ei koskaan valmis. Wi-Fi ei toimi huoneessa tai toisella kerroksella sinun täytyy istua hotellin lobby. Hotelli on yleensä puhdas, mutta sängyn alla, ja kulmat yhteisillä alueilla on peitetty pöly.
Yleensä se on OK muutaman yön hyvään hintaan, mutta hotelli heikkenee nopeasti huoltopuutteen vuoksi.

The place seems to be residential so the taxi driver had difficulty searching for the hotel since it was situated inside.
The room was not spacious enough as we expected. We have five luggages and we have difficulty in accomodating the space.
The bathroom door doesn't have lock.
The water in the bathroom is very slow especially the shower.
The bed and the bedmaking was presentable.

Booking through TRIP.com made the entire process hassle-free, and I truly felt that every penny spent was worth it.
Upon arrival, I was impressed by the security and cleanliness of the property, we also had complimentary bottled 500ml water, and guest kit (tooth brush, toothpaste, shampoo, and bar soap). The friendly staff made me feel right at home, and the amenities exceeded my expectations. I loved having access to free Wi-Fi and a TV in my room, which helped me unwind after busy days. The hot and cold shower was a nice touch, ensuring I felt refreshed throughout my stay.
One of the best perks was the convenient location—just a short walk to SM Lanang, making it easy to grab meals and shop. I also appreciated the option to add breakfast, which was perfect for someone like me who had a packed schedule during the summit. Starting my day with a hearty meal was a real bonus!
The only minor downside was the absence of an elevator, but honestly, it was a small price to pay for such a great experience, especially considering how budget-friendly this booking was. If you're looking for a secure, clean, and welcoming place to stay in Davao, I highly recommend RedDoorz Plus. It’s an excellent choice for both business and leisure travelers alike. VVieraskäyttäjäAn accommodation that provides basic amenities for business travellers. Got the twin room with queen-sized bed. I booked for a twin room with 2 separate beds since I know that they don’t have cabinets and I’ve got stuff for a week’s stay, I was planning to pit my clothes on the other bed. I was not informed about it unfortunately there are no more available rooms with 2 beds.
My week’s stay is uneventful and peaceful. The bed, pillows and linens were comfy, with hot shower, an earlier model of flat tv, a pair of table and char, and a mirror. I felt safe enough with their keycard-operated locks, a double lock and a safety door lock lever.
Staff were friendly and very helpful, and they talk when you speak to them 😅. Kuya guard is very jolly and helpful. it also has water filter where you may get hot water for morning coffee.
The place is in the center of this business area, with stores such as savemore and 7-11 nearby.
The only thing that disappointed me was the special request which can be made thru Trip.com. Their answers are not definite. It’s always “the hotel will try theor best to provide…” it would be helpful if queries will be given a definite answer to help travelers pack.

JJean NewGreat location and friendly receptionist! Room was much better than expected (there were a few not-so-good reviews online) - big, clean and cold aircon.
Toilet was also just nice size. Overall, great value given the price and location (10 mins walk to Poblacion and Roxas Night Market, but far enough for peace and quiet at night). Would stay here again if I'm in Davao. Only downside is, there is no free bag storage after you check out. If you want to deposit your bag, you will have to book another night with them.

SStevoDODThis is the most UNIQUE stay you will ever have. Definitely coming back. Me and my fiance loved it. But let me tell you- we hired a driver to take us there and didn’t read the check in instructions- you CANNOT access this place or find it unless you do. I’ll spare you the details but once there- amazing. Quiet. Views. Can swim safely in the ocean. Rooms are gorgeous. They have starlink internet. You are really staying on top of a fish farm. And they let you catch you own fish for dinner! No entertainment. But you don’t need it. Food is excellent. If you’re a drinker, they have like 4 beers on property so BYOB. Sitting on the chairs and watching the sunset was amazing. Clean. Unique. Worth it. They are new so they are still working out the kinks but I loved it

BBig BeckerAsk for Nancy! She will make you have the best time here! This hotel exceeded all of my expectations. The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated with modern furnishings. The bed was incredibly comfortable and I had a restful night’s sleep. The hotel’s restaurant served delicious food and the staff were always friendly and accommodating. The location was perfect, with easy access to public transportation and nearby attractions. I would definitely stay at this hotel again and highly recommend it to others. Thanks again Nancy 😀

Breakfasts here are fantastic – don't miss out on the French toast! The place has a chilled-out vibe that's perfect for kicking back after exploring the island. Plus, it's super close to Peñaplata town, making it easy to rent a scooter and go on an adventure.
If you're into art, good food, and friendly faces, La Vida is the spot. It's a simple, welcoming place that's ideal for soaking up the local scene. Definitely worth the stay!

LljhaykimOverall, our stay was okay but there were some issues that need improvement.
We had to request for an extra towel for the floor because it was not provided in the room setup.
Breakfast was good, and we appreciated the variety and taste. However, our booking clearly stated 4 breakfast inclusions, but upon arrival, we were informed that it only covered 2 breakfasts, which was disappointing and felt misleading.
During our stay, there was an earthquake (magnitude 5.5). Surprisingly, no alarm or safety announcement was made by the hotel, which was concerning. Proper safety protocols should be in place during emergencies.
Overall, good breakfast but some service gaps and safety concerns need to be addressed.
