Ensimmäinen kokemukseni kapselihotellista oli hieman hankala; se ei ollutkaan niin kätevä kuin olin kuvitellut. Hotelli oli 10 minuutin kävelymatkan päässä metroasemalta. Aamiainen oli hyvä, ja saimme jopa ilmaisia juomia. Kapselihotelli oli kuitenkin liian pieni, mikä vaikeutti vapaata liikkumista. Se ei ollut sellainen suljettu ovi, jota olin odottanut; paikalla oli vain verho, ja vaikka verho oli vedetty, ilmanvaihto ei ollut kovin hyvä, mikä teki huoneesta hieman tunkkaisen. Ilmastointi tuli päälle vain, kun verho oli auki. Hinta oli kohtuullinen, mutta jos matkustat kahden hengen kanssa, on luultavasti parempi varata tavallinen hotelli.

I could not recommend this wonderful hotel more highly !
I had a single room which was newly renovated and seemed larger then the advertised size. Appreciated the in-room safe and fridge, as well as the strong internet. My room faced into the spacious internal courtyard (see pic) so was very quiet. Enjoyed the guest break-out area with complementary coffee machine and water (see pic). A special shout-out to the excellent staff for their help with information about all things Milano!! Many many dining options within 5 minutes walk of the hotel. My only regret being that I was only there for one night! An excellent hotel in every way!!

Worth staying at this hostel for the price. This was my first solo backpacking trip, and the hostel was amazing. The receptionists were especially friendly. I arrived a bit early before check-in time, but the receptionist kindly let me check in, even though it was his lunch break. He explained all the amenities and showed the must-visit places in Milan on a map. He also offered to store my luggage, and when I felt a bit worried, he kept it safely under his desk. I would definitely recommend this hostel.

Auberge avec un bon rapport qualité-prix. Personnel très accueillant et à l'écoute : le premier soir de mon séjour, j'ai eu un petit souci avec mon lit et une solution a été trouvée dès le lendemain. Le dortoir exclusivement féminin où j'ai logé est peut-être un peu petit pour six personnes et la salle de bains aurait peut-être besoin d'un petit rafraîchissement...
Petit plus : le métro à 30 mètres qui vous emmène en 10-15 min dans le centre.

Absolutely loved my stay here! The location is perfect—just a short walk from the station and super easy to find. The room, bed, bedsheets, and bathroom were all spotlessly clean—truly the cleanest hostel I’ve ever stayed in. The staff at reception were incredibly kind, sweet, and helpful, which made the experience even better. I was welcomed with a coupon for free drink and had the chance to join a fun painting event where I got to take home my own painted tote bag. Everything about this place exceeded my expectations. Highly recommended! 🌟

GGoh Wee SiongAmazing location — just a few minutes’ walk to the Duomo and metro station. The staff were super friendly, cheerful, and always ready to help. The atmosphere was lively and social, with free welcome drinks, shared dinners, and plenty of opportunities to meet other travelers. The common areas and rooftop terrace were cozy and fun, and breakfast was great too!
The room had a slight musty smell and the air circulation wasn’t very good, so it felt a bit stuffy at times. However, everything else was great and the staff made the stay enjoyable.

CCarolinaSousaTHE BEST of all the hostels I stayed so far. I am super happy with all the staffs at the reception and the bar, special thanks to Joana, and 3 other young men who helped me with the check in and check out, and throughout all my 5 days stay.
I was very happy and surprised by all the free toiletries, amenities, coffee, juice, water, snacks, bread and cakes, and I love how in the reading/game room there’s a piano, guitars, ukulele, TV with Nintendo switch, books, games, etc.. I also love the fact that we can rent the powerbanks and wireless internet with our ID document. There were also very nice events going on, e.g. beer pong, family dinner, and more.
I have just a few suggestions: it would be a lot better if the bed side stand be a little bigger so that we can put a little more things other than our phone, also if the room could have some hooks on the wall for us to hang our jackets and towels.
Thank you so much for such a lovely and wonderful stay. I also met a lot of amazing people. I would definitely come back in no time❤️

VVigi il SoloThere should be lockers for each person. There is a cabinet but not a locker that you can safely lock with a key. There are blankets that you use to cover up your own space so you feel some kind of a private area. It's a good idea. Some free daily snacks and drinks would be really good. Other than that, it has a nice location to stay. Close to metro and train station in Lambrate. Cleaning service was good. They informed when to check out etc. Also whenever I asked for a place or anything else. Good guys for some talking as well if they are not busy. I had good talks with other people who booked as well. It has a nice garden. Kitchen/Cafeteria is good. Many chairs & desks to sit where you can charge your phone or laptop. Microwave and water heater available too. I enjoyed my time there. Price performance is nice if you are a solo traveler and have a flyer deal.

Täällä on kaksi aamiaisvaihtoehtoa: 8 € ja 4 €. Valitsin 4 €:n vaihtoehdon, mutta mitään ei tapahtunut hetkeen. Hänen naispuolinen kollegansa, jonka englanti ei ollut kovin sujuvaa, otti maksun ja antoi minulle kahvin. Myöhemmin he antoivat minulle tyhjän paperipussin aamiaiseksi.
Kun aloin käyttää pussia, miesjohtaja kertoi minulle toistuvasti, että aamiainen sisälsi vain ”yhden kahvin ja yhden croissantin”, hän sanoi sen ainakin kolme kertaa. Vastasin myös, että olin saanut tyhjän pussin eikä croissantia ollenkaan. Sen sijaan, että hän olisi selittänyt kohteliaasti tai ratkaissut ongelman, hän vain toisti itseään ja käveli pois tekemättä mitään.

RReduan YusofWe stayed at Central Hostel BG as a family of three adults and two children, and overall we had a very pleasant experience. The location is excellent—very central and convenient for walking to nearby attractions, shops, and restaurants, which made travelling with kids much easier.
The room was clean, comfortable, and suitable for a family stay. The beds were comfortable, and the hostel was generally quiet at night, allowing everyone to rest well. The common areas were tidy and well maintained.
The staff were friendly, helpful, and accommodating, especially when we needed assistance with directions and local information. We felt welcomed throughout our stay.
For families looking for affordable accommodation in a central location, Central Hostel BG is a good option. We would recommend it to families who value location, cleanliness, and friendly service.

Because of my different phone number used, I did not get the check-in procedure from them but lucky enough we arrived during the housekeeping time and met a very nice cleaning lady to help us contact the staffs and sorted everything out. Very nice and clean room with all amenities needed even with free coffee and water in the minibar. It looks just like how the photos displayed on the website. Fast and easy check in and check out. Free luggage locker in the apartment before check in and after check out. Location is pretty good, Metro M4 that goes directly to LIN airport is just around the corner and it takes only 15 min by foot to the city. But the mobile signal in the building is a bit weak, if the cleaning lady did not allow us to use the wifi, it’d be difficult for us to use our own mobile data to open the doors.

As far as getting around the city of Milano, there is a Tram-Bus stop (Bausan) just under 5 minutes walk from hostel (after the round about).
The 4 bedded sharing room comes with en-suite bathroom with timed hot showers. Bath towel available for rent at 2€. Hostel-wide WiFi access available. The in-house bar-bistro offers good selection of Italian and international fairs. For weary travellers the in-house dinning option is most appreciated.
