The room was clean and overall okay for the price. Service was good and the staff were very helpful. However, the air conditioning wasn't working efficiently and the room didn't cool down enough. This made sleeping a little uncomfortable, especially during the warmer nights. I would suggest getting the AC units serviced.

Hotel is neat and clean. Few issues are water in washroom is sometimes yellow and no restaurant in hotel but they provide food from other hotel and also there are food options near by.

It was a wonderful stay experience! the host, rito, took care of the entire experience and ensured that each moment of the stay was fun, endearing and filled with adventure! his recommendations were bang on! tapas, the restaurant manager was absolutely amazing, fast and quick to understand and apprehend the food cravings! even though i was staying alone, not one of my meals were lonely since the staff, especially tapas would make it a point to converse every-time and fill the dining experience with small gestures like getting my coffee right even before i said, to make me feel at home! the bonfires by rito and the zostellers, followed by the late night jamming sessions are something that i am going to sorely missing till my next trip! zostel munnar had been an incredible choice for the city!

We got allocated to rooms in ”reach hotel” instead of reach inn. They informed us that some electric short circuit was there and ac was not functioning. Location was easy to be found. Since we were using uber we dont know about parking facility. In front of reach hotel, there is no parking space so we have to hurry. There is help to carry your luggage to rooms. We booked two rooms, one of them were really good, both rooms were very clean and spacious; but one room had a weird smell of h2s. They told it started after cleaning ac when we informed them, not the way around, which was kind of off to us. After that we were given another room, it was very clean too. But toilet was emitting again the same smell of h2s as we had in other room but since room was fine though small, (but they informed about size of room prior, which was very kind of them to inform, staff was very supportive and responsive whenever we called, we should say that, no doubt. But since the toilet smell was not extending to room, we didnt mind as our time in hotel was very minimal. I would say this h2s smell cab be very dangerous if someone doesnt recognize it, for eg my mother could not recognize it, only me and my sister could recognize it. What if we all dont realize and smell it whole night? so please take care of it on emergency basis. Other than this, i would give very good marks to them as the rooms were very clean and staff were very supportive. Thank you

This is a really fine homestay hotel. It’s very new and well-designed. There’s a small pool on the roof that offers a great view of the beach while you cool off. There’s an elevator for those of us who can’t handle stairs as well as we once could. The owner and staff are super friendly. Complimentary breakfast was eaten with other guests and usually the owner. A very family-like atmosphere.
