I must say that the best highlights of this hotel would be... Everything! It was walkable distance from the Railway Station, spacious room, convenient access to halal eateries nearby. Clean room & even the pedestrians walkways within the neighborhood. Thank you for hosting us! Definitely recommended hotel!

We only stayed 2 nights with 1 full day there. Location great. We had an easy 15min Didi from Kunming train station. Our full day there we walked to Green Park from the hostel (about 25mins) going via Wenlin Street, and then on to Old Street. Staff very friendly and helpful, helped us book a restaurant on our first night. Good level of English spoken so could have a proper conversation without resorting to translation apps. We didn't make full use of the hostel facilities but all looked good. Our room was as pictured and as expected. Breakfast was a choice of Western (toast, fried egg, fruit) or local (Pork Noodles). They were both OK, though the noodles were better. The hostel is laid out in a courtyard type style with the barand billiards at the bottom so noose does tend to travel to the rooms. It was still rather noisy one evening at 11:30pm (quiet hours supposed to begin at 11pm) with groups chatting loudly, but I did WeChat the staff at reception who did respond very quickly to ask people to keep noise down. This was good service but if you are looking for the quietest night sleep this may not be the best choice for you. Cleanliness was good, but the bin in our bathroom was not emptied as you are asked to put toilet tissue in there I think it is important to be emptied daily. We were supplied with disposable slippers in our room, but even though they are in a plastic bag, one pair was wet when opened. They could also do with a bath mat for outside the shower especially because some water escapes past the curtain when showering. Overall it was a great stay, good location value and staff.

This hotel is quite close from lijiang ancient city and bus stop station. There are so many restaurants around there, including minimarket and pharmacy. The room size is quite large and more than enough for me, even the view offered is really great. The disadvantage is that this hotel has no lift (only the stairs). Overall, this hotel is recommended.

As a solo traveller who likes to explore I was glad I chose this place The tour buses to most recommended attractions are just around the corner, town bus stops, restaurants and food stalls, Shwedagon Pagoda, Starlight Night Market and Mekong River Six States Floating Market are easy to walk to. The boss was also helpful. Checked that my WIFI worked and helped to book a taxi to the train station The standards overall are good.

Huone oli niin puhdas ja täysin kunnostettu. Sijainti oli hyvä. Reception auttoi löytämään vierailevat paikat. Kun varaat hotellin tämän APP, varmista, että tiedot päivitetään! Varasin huoneen kirjoitettiin, että huoneessa on järven näkymä, mutta valitettavasti, kun sain huoneen se oli rakennus näkymä! Otin yhteyttä asiakaspalveluun, ja he antoivat minulle joitakin ”kolikoita” APP:ssä korvauksena. Valitsen hotellin uudelleen, jos matkustaa Daliin.

We stayed here based on a recommendation of a French couple we met during our trip. And we’re glad we did! The host is so friendly, he made us feel very welcome. We loved his tea ceremony! The room and location were great as well. His son was very helpful and friendly when we needed transport to the busstation.

Excellent staff that are extremely helpful, friendly and welcoming. Helped us fix issues with our WeChat by accompanying us to buy a local SIM card, which we are very grateful for. Also helped us plan our day trip to Jade Dragon Snow Mountain, and offered free self-service laundry too. Hotel is well located just outside the ancient town and a 20 minute walk from the main bus station. Lots of local restaurants nearby. Comfortable, clean, spacious hotel room. However, while there was no smoking allowed in the rooms, you could still smell lingering smoke there. Not strong enough for us to complain about it, but noticeable when you first walk in. Free water bottles provided at reception.

We had originally booked for 2 people to stay in the queen budget room but when we arrived the host informed us that it would be too cold to stay in that room because the electric blanket only covered half the bed. We were a bit confused because we had booked a room for two people but were being told it was only suitable for one. She ended up upgrading us for free to a really big bed which was really nice of her and it was very warm, even without the AC heater because the electric blanket was really good. We were also able to do our washing for free which was really nice. We really enjoyed our stay but maybe don't book the budget room in winter for 2 people because it will be too cold.
