位置在熱鬧的萬達廣場，我們要傍晚才入住，店家下午就主動問了我們到店時間，告之房間號和密碼，給的定位也很準確。我們一家四口，大的孩子已經成年了，因此需2個房間。春節期間，他們這個價格還是很合理的。店家給的是一個帶洗衣機的，一個沒有洗衣機的房間，都是提前微信告知的。春節期間樓下美食店全部都開門，不需要再打車出去吃飯。這個位置到紅嘴鷗遊船或者老街，打車都是方便的。去湛江 北站也衹需要19分鐘。 特別感謝一下，我們早上離開去趕高鐵。孩子的耳機掉在房間裏面，店家很快就幫我們找到了，幫我快遞迴家。 冬天來湛江旅遊是個很好的地方！

The location is very good! Near the Gong Yuan Qian Metro Station. If you cross the road, there is a Ren Min Gong Yuan where at night the locals gather and do activities like ballroom dancing, guang chang wu, and Chinese shuttlecock. It is actually close to Beijing Road, but you can dede there. Downstairs, there are a 7-Eleven, Luckin Coffee, and a pharmacy where you can buy essentials. In the same row but a different building, there are delicious food options like Dian Dian Wang and He Qun Fan Dian. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The room has a washing machine (with detergent provided), a hair dryer, a projector with a white screen, and air conditioning. The bed is comfortable. The entrance is at the back of the building. You use the lift to reach the 18th floor, then walk to their S&L office to register. Negative points: The towels have a musty smell, possibly because they are not dried properly. The futon is a bit smelly. The bathroom glass door does not separate the water properly.

I was unexpectedly stranded at Shenzhen North (Shenzhenbei) during the busy holiday season and urgently needed a place to stay. After comparing several listings on Trip.com, this hostel stood out based on its reviews, and it fully lived up to my expectations. The photos are accurate and reflect the property exactly as it is. The host prepared the bed sheets and pillowcases right in front of me, which immediately reassured me about the cleanliness. Everything was spotless and well maintained. Cleanliness is one of my top priorities when choosing accommodation because I value my health, and I felt completely comfortable staying here. I saw no pests or anything unhygienic, so if you’re concerned about that, you can rest easy. The host speaks basic English and was very welcoming. Since I had just traveled from Hong Kong Airport to Shenzhen North, he even kindly offered to show me around the area. There are plenty of food options nearby, I enjoyed Lanzhou noodles and stinky tofu just steps from the building. For clarification, the hostel is located inside an apartment building and operates in a dorm-style setup. Shoes are removed at the entrance, and guest slippers are provided. There is a comfortable common area with a sofa and dining table, free drinking water, and complimentary toiletries including a toothbrush and disposable towel, which was especially helpful since I had forgotten to pack one. The bathroom is modern and equipped with a Western-style sit-down toilet. Each bed has its own privacy curtain and personal light, which I appreciated. There are also power outlets conveniently located at each bed. Wi-Fi worked smoothly without any issues, and free laundry is available, which is a great bonus for travelers. There are designated quiet hours, so you can sleep comfortably. During my stay, it was peaceful and no one snored. The host even asked whether I snore, which shows he is considerate of all guests. The other guests were polite and respectful. I was the only foreigner staying there, and the rest were Chinese travelers who were likely in the same situation, unable to secure train tickets that night. The property is non-smoking, which I also appreciated. The only minor downside is for taller guests. I am 183 cm (6 ft), and I had to curl up slightly since the bed length appears to be around 180 cm. It was manageable, but something to keep in mind if you’re tall. The location is very convenient. It’s next to the train station, and you can easily take the subway if you have luggage. It only cost me 2 RMB to ride, so there’s really no need to take a taxi. In the morning, I bought pork steamed buns and soy milk from a nearby vendor, he was friendly, and the food was great. For $4, this was outstanding value. If you’re looking for a clean, affordable, and convenient place to stay near Shenzhen North, this is an excellent option. Hopefully this review helps anyone considering staying in the area. 假期高峰期间，我意外滞留在深圳北站，急需找一个地方过夜。在 Trip.com 上对比了几家之后，这家青旅的评价最好，事实证明我的选择是对的。 实物与图片完全一致。老板当着我的面铺床单和枕套，让我对卫生情况非常放心。整体环境非常干净整洁，维护得也很好。因为我很重视健康，选择住宿时卫生是我最看重的因素之一，这里让我住得很安心。没有看到任何虫子或不干净的地方，如果你担心卫生问题，可以放心选择。 老板会说一些基础英语，人也非常热情。我刚从香港机场来到深圳北，他还主动提出可以带我熟悉一下周边环境。楼下和附近有很多吃的，我就在旁边吃了兰州拉面和臭豆腐，非常方便。 这家青旅位于一栋公寓楼内，是宿舍式布局。进门需要脱鞋，店家会提供室内拖鞋。公共区域有沙发和餐桌，提供免费饮用水，还有一次性牙刷和毛巾。我旅行时忘记带毛巾，这点对我来说非常贴心。卫生间是现代化的马桶，不需要蹲厕。 每个床位都有隐私帘和独立照明灯，床位旁边也有插座。Wi-Fi 信号稳定，没有任何问题。另外还提供免费洗衣服务，这对旅行者来说是很大的加分项。 店内有安静时间规定，所以晚上可以安心休息。我入住期间非常安静，也没有人打呼噜。老板还特意问我会不会打呼噜，可见他很照顾每位客人的感受。 其他住客都很礼貌、很安静。我是唯一的外国人，其他客人都是中国旅客，可能和我一样，当晚没买到火车票才临时入住。这里是无烟环境，我很喜欢这一点。 唯一的小缺点是对高个子来说床可能稍短。我身高183厘米（6英尺），需要稍微蜷着睡。床长大概180厘米左右，高个子可以提前考虑一下。不过整体来说还是可以接受的。 地理位置非常方便，就在火车站旁边。如果带行李，可以直接坐地铁到附近，我只花了2元人民币，完全没必要打车。第二天早上，我在附近买了猪肉包子和豆浆，老板也很友善，味道不错。 总的来说，4美元的价格性价比非常高。如果你在深圳北附近寻找一个干净、实惠又方便的住宿地点，这里是非常不错的选择。希望这条评价能帮到有需要的人。

It was a 1 King bed / 2 double bed apartment for an affordable price with a proper reception service which is rare late at night in the heart of the city. It has a bathroom facility but there seems to be a water leak causing the timber walls to rot and the paint to peel, however it didn't affect the hygiene. The reception was friendly. There were multiple balconies and a large living area so it would be a suitable hotel for families travelling together. It also has a study room/desk for those doing business. The location was very convenient in the centre of Guangzhou near the Guangdong Museum the city library. There are convenience stores nearby and it's a 15 minute walk to larger dining areas. I highly recommend it for the price!

it was great as the room was very clean without a smokey smell. Besides the location is super convenient just a 2 mins walk to mrt and it is really suitable for a female solo traveller like me. The only cons for me is the room does not have well sound proof but overall I can still have a good rest.

I wasn’t at all worried about not having breakfast. There was a self-service coffee and water station available throughout the day, making it super convenient to brew a cup first thing in the morning. Just downstairs is the commercial district, where you can shop and eat as you please. The metro is within walking distance, making travel extremely smooth. The 24-hour front desk responds instantly to any issues, and problems are resolved quickly. Staying here is truly convenient and reliable for solo travelers. Just book it without hesitation – I highly recommend it to everybody visiting Guangzhou!

The apartment is beautifully decorated. Interior is modern and clean. Wifi speed is fast. The view from the apartment is nice. Location is great with easy access to Zhuhai station and Gongbei port. A lot of taxi going around even at 6am where we need to get to HZMB in early morning. Check in is extremely easy after we provided document through Wechat and had a self check-in. Will stay here again in next trip.

We are a group of 7 friends. I made a reservation for all of us together and paid around 8€, which I thought was a very good price. The day we arrived, the owner told us the price was per person and not for the whole booking, which was odd as the reservation already had our 7 names on it, but also reasonable considering the very low price. After our stay I can honestly say that the original price of 8€ for 7 is the maximum I would have paid for this place. The rooms themselves are not too bad and in line with the Chinese standard (quite right, very hard and slim futon mattresses), but also clean sheets and good privacy with curtains. The real issue with this place are the bathrooms. First of all there are only two of them for more than 20 people. Secondly, they are nothing short of disgusting. One of them is a room with a squatting toilet, a sink and a shower that smells like piss worse than a public toilet. The second one has a Western toilet with a broken toilet seat and a shower without a shower head (basically like a garden hose). I normally don't complain about these things as I'm used to traveling on a budget. But as I said, these are things I would have totally accepted if the price I paid was indeed the original one I made a reservation for. Especially because for that price (as a group of 7) you can find cheaper and nicer options in the same area. I would not recommend this place unless you really can't find anything cheaper or better, or if you want to be very close to the civic center. Definitely not a good place to stay more than 1 night.

Newly renovated in March 2026, it is located in an alley, within local residences. Definitely recommend as it is near to the river & Metro station. Convenient & strategic location. It has laundry service, co-working space with plugs at the lobby, self service check in kiosk.
