Hotel is in s nice location within walking distance of Guimarães Castle. Staff are helpful and friendly. As a senior female solo traveller I ceft safe and enjoyed my stay at Hotel B&B Guimarães.

Hotel is brand schoon, personeel is heel aardig en professioneel.
24/7 is de receptie aanwezig en het hele hotel ruikt lekker fris.
Ontbijt is prima er ontbreekt je aan niets.
Locatie is overal een beetje in het midden, tussen het stadion, het centrum en alle mooie culturele uitstapjes.
Het is een 3 sterren hotel, dus een gym, zwembad en een wellness mag niet verwachten.
Ik zou op de luchthaven (voor een prikkie) wel een auto huren want de mooie dingen liggen niet vlak bij elkaar.

A localização do hotel é excelente. Muito central. Mas o quarto precisa de remodelação. Precisa de pintura. Os cortinados precisam de substituição pois aoresentam buracos. Apenas forneceram uma toalha por pessoa que teve de servir de toalha de rosto e de banho.

Magnifique hôtel situé en plein centre. Personnel accueillant. Chambre confortable. Ascenseur pour les étages supérieurs. Parking gratuit en sous sol sur deux étages.
Petit déjeuner buffet très bien garni. Avons testé le restaurant de l’hôtel. Nous avons apprécié la qualité des plats et le prix très honorable. Excellent rapport qualité prix.

The most important thing — this is not really spa hotel. There is spa center across the road, but the only one benefit that you have as a guest of the hotel is 10% discount. In total if you want to have a spa, you must pay extra 30 euros per person per day. I think its not so fare for guests. And the second thing is that you have only scrambled eggs and bacon as a hot dish for the breakfast.
In the rest moments — everything is fine, staff is friendly, room was clean (but there is no fridge or mini-bar, that strange).

The staff are very relaxed and flexible, having to arrive late was no problem, and they were very accommodating of us at breakfast as were vegetarian and there aren’t many vegetarians in Portugal! They were also very accommodating when we requested a fridge for our wine. The building and surrounding estate is beautiful, with lots of animals around – geese, horses, dogs, swallows, fish in the ponds – and lots of lemon trees bursting with fruit and beautiful flower bushes everywhere. A dreamy place, would love to stay here again. Will miss the bright morning song of the canary in their office which you can hear from the breakfast room!

- breakfast had much variety, though not much fruit and it offered very sugar-rich products.
Negatives:
- even with the AC on, the room was really hot.
- the location is good because it's near the center, however, it was very loud at night and we struggled to fall asleep.
- you pay too much for what you get.

VVieraskäyttäjäWhat a beautiful place -- more of a resort than a hotel. Lovely pool area with brilliant blooming plants, and just across the street from the beach. We enjoyed (and over-ate) the breakfast buffet. Our room was comfortable with a spacious bathroom, plenty of closet space, and a private balcony overlooking the pool. We wish our plans allowed a longer stay.
