Booked a room with one double bed, but at check in given a long narrow room with three single beds along the walls and little space between, at the reception my claims were dismissed quite indifferently. All the rest about the hotel was OK and even good: central location with comfortable walking distance to the main transport facilities, very tasty sumptious breakfast with friendly staff, good internet and cosy inner courtyard.

酒店位置很好，就在假日酒店對面，離老城很近，又非常安靜。前台服務人員英語非常好，溝通順暢，給提供了很多有用訊息。酒店是那種老建築老式裝修，但是有電梯，房間很大，有燒水壺，提供咖啡茶包，洗髮水，護髮素，浴液，身體乳，香皂一應俱全。洗澡熱水很充足。早餐比較豐盛，有熱菜，適合中國胃。強烈推薦這裏，性價比太高了。

Das Hotel liegt super zwischen Auschwitz und Energylandia. Es ist ein wirklich schönes Hotel. Leider haben sie es nur nicht so mit der Sauberkeit. In den 5 Tagen als wir dort waren haben sie es nicht einmal geschafft das Klopapier am Zimmer nach zu füllen. Wir mussten uns selbst drum kümmern. Unterhalb des Hotels ist ein Restaurant und unser Zimmer war genau darüber. Bis 23 Uhr lief im Gastgarten laut Musik. Man hätte glauben können, dass die Musik bei uns im Zimmer war, so laut war es. Sonst war das Zimmer echt größ. Der Kühlschrank am Zimmer war auch sehr laut so dass man nicht schlafen konnte. Wir haben ihn abgedreht. Das Frühstücksbuffet war in Ordnung. Hab schon bessere gesehen aber auch schon sehr viel schlechtere. Man sieht dass das Hotel schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen ist. Aber in großen und ganzen war es auch für den Preis gut.

B&B hotel located in Nowy Targ, a town close to Zakopane. The room is clean and tidied everyday. With amenities like water boiler, hair dryer, etc. everyday there is 2 bottled water provided. Location is close to Nowy Targ bus station and restaurants. A supermarket right next to the hotel, opened until 2330. I definitely recommend this hotel if you are planning to ski in zakopane.

Really good hotel, location is great close to train and old town. Lovely staff, good wifi and wide choices of breakfast. Would definitely recommend this. Worth every penny! 😊

Brak nawet czajnika w pokoju, pokój mimo ogrzewania bardzo zimny, śniadanie bardzo przeciętne - dość średni stosunek jakości do ceny.

Se on hintaansa nähden kunnollinen hotelli, jossa on herkullinen aamiainen ja kätevä sijainti. Henkilökunta on vieraanvaraista ja ystävällistä. Vastaanotossa on tallelokero, jos tarvitset sitä. Huoneessa on kaikenlaiset ruokailuvälineet, kattilat ja pannut sekä pieni liesi, joka tekee siitä sopivan oman ruoanlaittoon. Mutta huoneessa ei ole hammasharjaa ja hammastahnaa eikä tossuja. Myös shampoo ja suihkugeeli ovat kuin all-in-one, joten muista ottaa omat hygieniatuotteet mukaan. Toinen hyvä asia on, että vettä voi ottaa vastaanotosta tai aamiaishuoneesta, jos tarjottu vesi loppuu. Nautin vierailustani ja voin ehdottomasti suositella tätä hotellia

The location is in a nice location, not far from key attractions and Old Town. The rooms are spacious although the decorations are a bit from previous era and old school. The staff is nice and friendly. Many groceries and restaurants in the area as well as tram for easier transportation.

The room was much better than expected, the only negative it the shower cabin. I am an average built male but even I felt that the cabin is very narrow and since that was half open, the bathroom was always flooded after taking shower. The lobby/breakfast area could be renovated too, because thise sites felt dated and plenty of wear and tear was visible.

The hotel is located 2 stops away from the main train station. The room was very clean and spacious. Cleaning service on request.
