Stayed 2 nights, visiting families. I would say the rooms are nice and maintained since opening, it is spacious which is surprising for 3 stars hotels. The area is in the downtown as well where different stores, restaurant, hospital is available. I definitely recommend it to others specially those passing the area that would want to have a good place to rest.

the hotel is good but the inclusion in the toiletries like soap, shampoo etc.... but the toothbrush is not included as per staff. But in the booking this was included but anyway nice staff and ambiance, free swimming pool my grandchildren love it. we will book again next year thank you!!!!

Amazing place right at 100 islands. You can see the islands in the distance.

Java hotel is beautiful. Staff were friendly and helpful. Downside was the fact that they did not have any elevators which was difficult for some friends who have difficulties going up several flights.

The staff were very courteous and accommodating. The room was comfortable and worth the price. The food they served was delicious, and we appreciated that they allowed us to check in early, which allowed us to rest properly.

Olemme presidenttisviitin Star Plaza Hotel. Huonepalveluhenkilökunta oli ystävällinen ja apullinen, jota arvosimme todella oleskelun aikana. Sänky oli mukava ja Wi-Fi toimi hyvin tarpeidemme mukaan. Aamiainen oli hyvä paitsi ham. Muita hotellin ravintola ruokavalio oli hyvä. Olimme kuitenkin pettyneitä toteamaan, että suihkussa oleva kuuma vesi ei toiminut, mikä oli odottamaton tämän tason sviitti. Pesupalvelu oli myös puutteellinen, ja kun ensin tulimme huoneeseen, oli vahva viiniköynnös haju, joka kesti jonkin aikaa kadota. Vaikka olikin myönteisiä, kokemukset ovatkin osoittaneet, että presidenttihuoneen odotukset ovat alhaisemmat, ja toivomme, että parannuksia voidaan tehdä.

The Vegan Plaza Hotel is situated in the best location - at the beginning of Calle Chrisilogo street. It is convenient and easy to get around to any place from here. The kalesa (horse and carriage) and the tricycles are located right in front of the hotel. The fountain is a 7 min walk from here and an 8 min ride to the bus station. The hotel is very clean and well maintained. The staff are friendly and helpful. Anything that you requested was seen to immediately and with a smile. Breakfast was ok, there should be more variety. They provide in room massage which was great. They have 2 restaurants which provides a a variety of local dishes. Bathroom is little small in size, however, the shower was awesome. This is a very good hotel and I would certainly stay here again when I come to Vigan. Wonderful stay.

Everything was fine from service to resort itself but the parking experience was terrible. They lack advance planning since we booked on peak days. They lack communication in handling guest to make sure all staying guest have a parking space.
