I recently stayed at Welcome Grand Residency, and it was an excellent experience from start to finish. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-maintained, providing a perfect blend of comfort and luxury. The beds were super comfortable, and the amenities were thoughtfully provided, making my stay even more enjoyable. What truly stood out was the exceptional hospitality. The staff was incredibly warm and welcoming, always ready to assist with a smile. From the smooth check-in process to their prompt service, everything was handled efficiently. Housekeeping was top-notch, ensuring a comfortable and hassle-free stay.

In the first instance, I was thinking is it a mistake - considering the inner lane… but this place gives you positive surprise - super clean, smart interiors and super new washroom makes you feel happy.

A haven of calm and style! We stayed in Puducherry for nearly two weeks and were very thankful that we were booked into Les Hibiscus for the duration. It is extremely comfortable and beautifully decorated with exquisitely curated Chettinad antiques and handicrafts throughout. The rooms are spacious and scrupulously clean with big antique rosewood beds. There are also living spaces on three floors; a picturesque roof garden, a first floor dining room/library and a ground floor sitting room. We were superbly well looked after by Monsieur Bascarane and his lovely staff. He helped us to arrange transport and trips near and far and was always on hand if we needed anything. The hotel is just a couple of blocks back from the beach promenade and in easy strolling distance of all of the White Town goodies. Breakfast was very generous and delicious with different fruits every morning and perfect patisserie. Would highly recommend staying here for excellent value, comfort and hospitality.

property location v good , close to tirunallar temple. The stay was fantastic with amazing ambience , food was great and staffs were v polite. Highly recommend for stay in this place if u visit karaikal

A budget stay with decent room and facilities: The stay was in the middle of street with lot of hustle and bustle. They have a parking which is good but its not attached and have to keep it in a place 200m away. The room was good enough but reception service was pathetic. You have to follow up 10 times. Breakfast is served in a closed room where they are frying poori and entire room is locked with smoke. Pros: 1. Good enough for a 1 day stay with good options for breakfast 2. AC was working 3. 4-bed room was very big with 2 bathrooms Cons: 1. Reception and front-desk service 2. No kitchen present 3. Breakfast area is pathetic

Very ancient nice hotel in the heart of white town.

This resort ranks among the finest I've experienced recently. The rooms are clean, and the staff provides exceptionally friendly service. The complimentary breakfast is a welcome amenity. My two-day stay was thoroughly enjoyable, particularly given the resort's convenient proximity to Thirunallar town, facilitating exploration of the surrounding area.

The Hotel is very nicely located in the middle of white town many attractions and beach is at walking distance. The staff is very supportive and polite.
