Staff were very helpful, and room is very nice. Don’t know if it’s the app, hotel, or the booking site but the communication is horrendous. I could not speak to anyone in regards to the passcode for the door, thankfully the security let me in as it was late at night but the AI messaging service is completely useless. Couldn’t message hotel and phone number didn’t work.

El hotel como tal es increíblemente limpio que el personal es muy amable, el desayuno podría mejorar y tener un poquito más de variedad, la atención de la personal si es de primera. Pero tengo que hacer unas anotaciones frente al lugar esto queda en un lugar llamado zona franca, que es una conglomerado de bodegas aduaneras, por esta razón a la entrada de este lugar hay un servicio de seguridad que es atendido por unos porteros muy groseros, es un fastidio tener que registrar cédula pasaporte cada vez que entras y sales y que los servicios de Taxi Uber no puedan entrar y tengan que registrarse también y uno no puede entrar con el transporte poniendo su seguridad en riesgo. Además son supremamente atrevidos retuvieron mi documento mientras verificaban que yo estaba en el hotel sabiendo que yo había acabado de salir y ya me habían recibido hacía menos de dos horas. Yo les recomendaría avisarle de estos inconvenientes a los huéspedes.

El hotel esta muy cerca del aeropuerto en bogota, el personal es muy amable, cene en el restaurant y es bastante bueno y barato.
es un hotel simple, pero limpio y bien ubicado, perfecto para dormir mientras esperas una conexion.

My mom and my son stayed at this hotel they love it!! Is right next to the airport they have free transportation for the airport every 40 minutes the driver is very friendly and helpful. I rebooked the hotel again i recommended 100%

Very nice clean budget hotel as per prices.
Staff very helpful. Eventhough there was language barrier but some of them do speak else translator is always there.
Bit noisy i believe as its a budget hotel that suffice.
Close to Airport for a budget hotel highly recommeded.

KKamibellaOur experience was really disappointing, I paid in this platform the full price including taxes and the receptionist charged a double taxes saying was not hee Douro and hotel’s fault just law, here I’ll be adding the capture I took when I bought my service here and it said including taxes, she was so rude and also blaming me for don’t “understand”, read good , don’t understand I had to know they will be charging it , so unprofessional and gross with a client, I’ve been travelling for more than 10 years so try this platform and never had a bad experience till now, I recommend the hotel change their administrative staff they are not the people to treat with other humans. But I have to say the service staff I mean maids and the people in charge of breakfast were awesome, they would fix better in the reception they are so polite and clean, they k it how to respect other people. Gym is so basic but useful, breakfast so delicious, the fudge in the room was broken and no useful and nobody did nothing… last thing they referred my sisters iD, promised to deliver in the room and never did it so we had to go to claim it, this details from the receptionist, that rude woman and the unuseful manager too who said would be reviewing the reservation and who also said we have to claim to the website trip because was trip fault

MMileKruminaI stayed at this hotel with my mom. It’s really close to the airport and a few blocks from “El campin stadium” transmilenio station. Also a shopping mall is a few meters away. I stayed on a Wednesday so there wasn’t much music but I can see how it can be quite loud during the weekends as there are many clubs near by. The breakfast was good and the room was okay. I must say that this hotel feels more like a motel or bed and breakfast as it is extremely basic. No decorations or any living areas that are inviting so it’s good just for a night or two but not for a holiday. There isn’t any elevator and no men that can carry your luggage so my mom carried my suitcase up to the third floor and the receptionist and I carried the big luggage up to the room. The water pressure is great and the hotel has hot water. Also there is satellite tv with options in English and Spanish. I have no idea if the hotel staff speaks English or not as I speak spanish. Overall it was good as the area is safe and close to most places I wanted to go like Monserrate.

KKamibellaSiempre me había sentido muy bien en este hotel, todo el mundo había sido tan gentil y respetuoso hasta hoy 3 de diciembre 2023 en la salida, cuando la vulgar y desagradable recepcionista ante un error que no cometimos nosotros, pues según ella el pago no se había hecho previamente al check in iba a llamar a la policía, el día que ingresamos preguntamos si el pago se había hecho y nos dijeron que sí. Nosotros entonces propusimos que nos enviaran un link de pago pero no lo hicieron para realizarlo y no lo hicieron, en cambio esta tipa se portó cual verdulera, gritándonos y amenizándonos delante de los otros huéspedes que hacían su check out, definitivamente no es una persona apta para tratar con humanos, no conoce de decencia menos de atención al cliente. Se supone que en una recepción debe estar una persona eficiente y respetuosa, pero esta señora no tiene un ápice de decencia ni de educación. Bueno por otro lado quiero hacer un reconocimiento especial a la chica encargada del restaurante Dyana quien si debería estar en un cargo como recepción ya que es la persona más decente y amable, siempre pendiente de todo y con todo su carisma se lleva mi 10/10, este si es personal de calidad, igual para Carlos él botones quien está colmado de amabilidad y eficiencia. Les recomiendo ser más eficientes en proporcionar. A sus clientes varias alternativas de pago, en un domingo no había nadie que habilitara un link de pago ni quien vigilara l seguridad del hotel

RRafael Osorio5Q House Quinta Camacho hotel is a great option for travelers seeking a laid-back and budget-friendly hotel in Bogotá. The hotel offers spacious clean rooms, providing a comfortable place to rest after a day of exploring the city. It is located at Chapinero neighborhood not far from downtown, there are many restaurants, bars, coffees and discos at a walking distance. The staff are warm and accommodating, always ready to assist with a smile.
The hotel has all the basic amenities such a rosy wash, shampoo, hair dryer, towels and breakfast included. The breakfast should be ordered ten minutes in advance for them to prepare and bring to your table. Everyday there is a different set breakfast that it is good considering the low cost of this hotel.
It is definitely a good value for money.

TThomasBGAmazing new studio, with excellent design and quality minimalistic furniture. Has everything one could feel in comfort - including a kitchenette and a washing machine, which I didn't need for my short stay, but for a longer stay would be great. Nice minimalistic bathroom with all that matters (a big shower head and nice toiletries). Modern lighting and controls, more than enough plugs around the room, great wifi too. Super comfortable bed, everything is sparkling clean (and quite new). This area of Bogota is very nice, clean and close to a park, not too crowded either. The only thing I didn't like was the slow check in and the little extra bureaucracy there, but I guess it's the government that sets those rules and the owners just need to follow them.
