Perfect Combination of City life and Mountain stay experience. Staff were all advance, they were ready with all my details and contacted me before 1 week of my arrival so that I can have a comfortable stay. Very helpful staff who were all open minded and made us feel comfortable I burn one appliance due to which light went off but the staff fixed everything. Hot water was unlimited as they had instant guizer and they also provided unlimited mineral water. Food was nice, they customized their regular Indian curry menu to continental set menu for me. A beautiful hotel in an amazing location with stunning views of the area. I was here on a group tour and the first night here was my birthday, my amazing guide arranged a cake for me which was so lovely. There is a super cute puppy that seems to live here too and he's full of beans. We returned for a few days at the end of the tour for Paro festival and I was dressed by one of the lovely ladies that works here, she even leant me her broach to close my jacket on the kira. All the staff be it in the bar or restaurant are so happy and smiling all the time. My rooms both times were stunning with lots of plug points not to future travellers get the plug for india. I loved the decor in the rooms especially the bhutaneese curtains in my first room. It's such an easy walk into town for a spot of shopping too. I totally would not hesitate to stay here again. I love this place! it is so quiet and peaceful. The staff and the management are remarkably friendly, helpful, and kind. The meals at the restaurant are fantastic, particularly the curries and other Indian dishes. The rooms and the space are comfortable and inviting. My only complaint is that we couldn't stay longer! Will definitely return on the next trip, though.

Central in Paro.Paro is smaller than Thimbu and acording my oppinion more worth visiting. Depending of time of visit you may need varm clouth because nighttime it can be below 0 degrees celsius. It is amzing there still is a people not destroid by civilisation.They are genuin friendly and you will not see ”white trash” in Bhutan.The fee 100 USD per night is used for free school and healthcare for the local people. I visited Bhutan first time 20 years ago and it is still the same-the new is mobilophone and excelcellent internet.

Very attentive service, clean rooms, airy, quiet。 The air is fresh and airy. In the room, I don't hear any noise or noisy traffic outside. I feel very comfortable and relaxed when I'm alone in the hotel without having to worry about anything.

Nice place, very friendly staff. Simple hotel with a pleasant peaceful area. If you want to get outside the hotel there is basically nothing and you're not too close to any town area, that's the only downside. You need a taxi to all towns, treks and the airport

One of best and most comfortable stays. It was completely worth every penny. The host was responsive and helpful even before we entered Bhutan by informing us the rules and requirements of a driver and guide. The check in was quick and easy. We were welcomed with a welcome drink which was much needed as it was a cold day. The chef(Mr Icha Ram Adhikari ) and the other staff ( Aita Maya) were kind and helpful. The food was amazing and the chef even made pancakes for us on our check out day. Everything was well organised, room was spacious and clean , all amenities were provided and everything was functional. The lodge is fairly close to both the tiger nest( must visit in Bhutan) and the paro market( amazing for shopping and eateries). We ended up extending our stay by a day and would recommended this place to everyone.

Stayed here for 3 nights. Room was clean, good mattress, coffee facilities and a gym which was huge and very well equipped. The restaurant staff were exceptional and even made me special dishes that they thought I might like. Food was usually a set meal, driven by the tastes of the majority of guests, so there was Indian food for at least 2 nights. I have to mention however that the huge issue at this hotel is the *&*&#(*& barking dogs. While it's a feature of most hotels in Bhutan especially around Paro, this place has at least 2 dogs that live next door and they yap constantly all night. Bring earplugs, I'm so glad I did. If I didn't have earplugs I would have given it 2 stars.

The accommodations were better than the photos online. The staff were friendly, the breakfast was good, and the price was reasonable. It was comparable to the hotel next door that cost $268 per night.
