Question 4

How can I cancel or modify my car rental booking?

Accepted Answer

Sorry, you cannot modify any car rental bookings. Once a booking is confirmed, it cannot be changed online. You can try to cancel and rebook for your desired pick-up and drop-off times, or contact the car rental supplier for help.

Question 5

How old do I need to be to rent a car in Malakka?

Accepted Answer

Car rental suppliers in Malakka typically only rent cars to customers aged 18 and over. Some suppliers may charge an additional fee for younger drivers (for example, those aged 25 and under). For detailed age requirements, please refer to the rental supplier's terms and conditions.

Question 6

What ID and information do I need to provide to rent a car in Malakka?

Accepted Answer

Depending on the car rental supplier you book with and the country/region you are traveling in, the rental provider may require certain IDs (a valid driver's license, your passport, credit card, and other IDs with your name and address on them) and a printed booking voucher. We highly recommend consulting your car rental provider and the local embassy or consulate of the destination country/region (or visiting their website) before booking. Remember, all passengers are responsible for preparing the correct IDs before traveling. Important reminder: When picking up the car at the branch, fees for all additional drivers and extra equipment must be paid. Please consider these fees when using a credit card. If a valid credit card cannot be presented, or if there is insufficient available credit on the credit card, or if the credit card is not in the main driver's name, staff may refuse to let you pick up the car. In this case, refunds are not possible.

Question 13

Tarjoatteko lastenistuimia?

Accepted Answer

Question 14

Missä tapaan kuljettajan?

Accepted Answer

Nouto lentokentältä: kun varauksesi on vahvistettu, voit tarkistaa kuljettajan tapaamispisteen varaustietosivulta. Kuljetus lentokentälle: kuljettaja odottaa sinua osoitteessa, jonka annoit varauksen aikana.

Question 15

Miten otan yhteyttä kuljettajaan?

Accepted Answer

Kuljettajan yhteystiedot lähetetään sinulle sähköpostitse vähintään 12 tuntia ennen noutoa. Voit myös löytää nämä tiedot varaustietosivulta. Jos varauksen lähettämisen ja noudon välinen aika on alle 14 tuntia, kuljettajan yhteystiedot lähetetään sinulle sähköpostitse 2 tunnin kuluessa varauksen vahvistuksesta. Jos matkustat ulkomailla, suosittelemme ottamaan kansainvälisen verkkovierailun käyttöön, jotta voit tavoittaa toimittajan. Huomautus: jotkin toimittajat voivat lähettää sinulle kuljettajan yhteystiedot vasta 2 tuntia ennen noutoa. Näihin toimittajiin kuuluvat Holiday Taxis, Intui.Travel Transfer, Talixo, Smart-Ryde, Heycars ja Sixt.

Question 16

Milloin saan hyvitykseni?

Accepted Answer

Question 17

Miten peruutan varauksen? Veloitetaanko minulta maksu?

Accepted Answer

Voit peruuttaa varauksesi ilmaiseksi varaustietosivulla ennen ilmaisen peruutuksen peruutusmääräaikaa.

Question 18

Lasketaanko hinta ajoneuvoa vai matkustajaa kohden?

Accepted Answer

Ajoneuvon käyttömaksut lasketaan ajoneuvoa kohden, ei matkustajaa kohden. Valitsemalla meidät varmistat huolettoman matkan.

Question 19

Miten käytän kampanjakoodia?

Accepted Answer

Question 20

Kuinka monta kappaletta matkatavaroita autoon mahtuu?

Accepted Answer

Ajoneuvon matkustaja- ja matkatavarakapasiteettia koskevat tiedot löytyvät ajoneuvon tietosivulta. Yleensä matkatavarakapasiteettia laskettaessa yksi kappale matkatavaroita viittaa 24 tuuman matkalaukkuun. Tämän koon ylittävät matkatavarat lasketaan kahdeksi kappaleeksi.

Question 21

Kuinka paljon etukäteen minun pitäisi varata?

Accepted Answer
