The hotel is in a great location, very near the train station for access to the airport and Ephesus. My room was on a high floor with a nice view over the city. It was clean, modern, comfortable and well equipped - perfect!

This hotel is faultless, the staff are professional and accommodating in all areas. Sea view is worth it - you can even see the Greek island of Lesvos from afar! There is also a nice restaurant on the 19th floor offering A La Carte Dining. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Mitte Port Konak Hotel's infrastructure is very new and they have a great breakfast, they have a local variety of cheese very good pastries and some roasted mushrooms and potatoes. So big variety of jams and fruits.
Their spa and Turkish bath was closed when we try to visit normally they say it's free to use for every guest.
The room had not enough windows but the AC was working powerful to the cooldown. Only problem beds are a little small. Wi-Fi is working well. There was a mini fridge. They have safe lockers in the room. They have TV. The bathroom is very good, hot water and water pressure was perfect. Except toothbrush they provide everything.
The location of the hotel is good if you travel with your car or take a taxi but walking to public transportation is a little hard. It may cost 50 TL from the Konak Meydan to the hotel by taxi better not talk during the night.
The hotel staff was very nice to us and other guests. There are many local customers and abroad from a variety of countries from France, China, Iran, France etc.

It was perfect place to stay for 1 night for us. It has all you need: parking, breakfast, small kitchen, clean towels, clean bathroom and clean room in general.

Denize girmek isteyenleri servis ile anlaşmalı beach e ulaştırıyorlar. Yada kendi imkanın ile başka plaja gitmek zorundasın. Kara manzaralı odalar yola baktığından pencere açıkken gürültüden durulmuyor. Havuz manzaralı odalar tercih edilmeli. Yemekler yeteri kadar çeşitli ve lezzetli. Personeller güler yüzlü yardımseverdi. Temizlik iyi.

Hotel location is very good. Hotel staffs are very friendly and polite. Meanwhile hotel facility is quite old. I’m living just next to Renaissance hotel in Shanghai, Putuo. I was expecting such a similar experience but disappointed with facilities. I’d recommend you to pay a bit more and stay at Marriott hotel which is at walking distance for a better experience. They’re the same group company.

Always good service always good stuff always good welcome… perfect rooftop restaurant… very good service kind welcome and perfect cocktails and foods…
Air conditioning wasn’t working well unfortunately wasn’t acceptable from 5 stars luxury hotels … maintenance should work more hard !!! And managers!!!

The room was large but had a tiny little window facing out onto a courtyard filled with pipes and ac vents. Dim lighting coupled with muted brown wall colour made it feel like a coffin. Called customer experience number on phone and was hung up on .....most likely a language barrier. The water in the bathroom was lukewarm. Front desk service was very helpful especially when helping one of us who needed medication. It was difficult organizing food when we arrived late at night( phone in room was having issues dialing and electronic ordering system was unable to handle room numbers starting with an M) however when it arrived it was tasty.

I had the most comfortable stay during my trip to Turkey at this hotel. It is conveniently located within a commercial complex, right next to a modern, large shopping mall. The mall’s basement houses a food court with a variety of delicious options. The hotel is just a few minutes’ walk from metro and tram stations, providing direct access to the city center. The rooms are clean, cozy, and equipped with all the necessary amenities. To top it all off, the hotel's breakfast was absolutely delightful. Highly recommended for both convenience and comfort!

EEvgeniia TWe stayed at the hotel in the beginning of May. The weather was a bit chilly so unfortunately we couldn't enjoy the outdoor pool. The hotel is very nice, rooms are spacious, breakfast is lovely. We will definitely visit again next time.

AAlfalfaZ帶學生比賽出差到這裏，位置有一點偏遠在山坡上，但是環境很好，風景也不錯，還能看到一點愛琴海，早餐也是選擇豐富，餐廳環境也好，最後一天被黃蜂咬了酒店的護士非常貼心的照顧上葯冰敷配合翻譯，沒兩天就好了

Hotel is walking distance from the Gatemier city center with a lot shops and restaurant and walking distance from the train station which could bring you to the city center of Izmir. The hotel itself is clean with friendly staff. The hote room was comforatable and the breakfast buffet is a good mixtutre of turkish/continental. In my case, without any problem I could have a late check out.
Negative: it can be noisy at the corridor due guests talking loud.

Following a lengthy day of travel, I was pleasantly surprised to learn that I had been upgraded to a spacious room with a swim-up pool – this was the highlight of my stay. The accommodation was impeccably designed and spotlessly clean, providing a welcoming, home-like atmosphere. Furthermore, the staff's genuine friendliness and outstanding service truly capped off my experience. Will definitely be my preferred place to stay when I’m back in Alacati.

Yes, it is not central but if you like a special place, warm, great view - outstanding service and very comfortable accommodations - this is the place to be. This will be my place to relax and enjoy the life. Food, service and the clean area is perfect and I hope we will have time enough to enjoy this place much more often.
