El hotel está en pleno centro de Horta,bajas por una calle y estás en el puerto.Es antiguo pero todo muy limpio y con unas vistas espectaculares. El desayuno es sencillo pero muy rico.LLevaros bañador y gorro ya que tiene gratuitos piscinas exterior e interior,sauna,jacuzzi y gimnasio.Los trabajadores te ayudan todo lo que pueden y hablan español muchos.Hay cerca aparcamiento gratuito

Passamos uma noite para descontrair do dia a dia e ficamos muito satisfeitos com a nossa estadia. Desde a piscina interior ao parque Terra Nostra (acesso 24 horas para hóspedes), tivemos uns bons momentos de relaxamento. Todo o atendimento do pessoal foi excelente.

Incrível!!!! Atendimento extremamente simpático e prestativo, ambiente acolhedor limpo, pequeno almoço INCRÍVEL com quatro mesas cheias de produtos, realmente representantes o peaueno almoço de hotel que todos idealizamos! A vista do quarto era perfeita para o jardim, privativo, com acesso á sauna jaccuzy e piscina. Esta estadia superou TODAS as minhas expectativas, staff Incrível mesmo!!!

Pequeno almoço bom tinha de tudo um pouco....
Os funcionários muitos prestáveis, vieram nos trazem ao quarto roupões e chinelos para usarmos no jacuzzi.

Nuestra experiencia en este hotel ha sido maravillosa. Destacamos especialmente la atención del personal, siempre amable y dispuesto a ayudar en todo momento. El desayuno fue de alta calidad, con una amplia variedad de opciones para todos los gustos, servido en un salón precioso con grandes cristaleras y unas vistas espectaculares a las montañas.
La habitación estaba perfectamente equipada, limpia y muy cómoda, cumpliendo con todas nuestras expectativas. El spa fue, sin duda, uno de los puntos fuertes de nuestra estancia: las piscinas interiores y exteriores de aguas termales ofrecen una experiencia relajante única. Sin duda, un lugar para repetir.

A great resort on the North Coast of Azores. The trail along the coast from the hotel is very nice. There are a few restaurants around and the hotel has good breakfast and a restaurant on site opening for lunch and dinner. Good for family, the hotel staff are extremely friendly and helpful. They can help you book tours and call taxis.

Well worth the drive as this place is amazing. The view, amenities and service are beyond my expectations. Everything they offer was great except internet. Beds were comfy, hot shower and bathroom amenities, pool, Juccuzi, steam room and breakfast no complaints. Even the price is reasonable for what you get.

Hotel Top 10 ,parfait en tout,de l’emplacement en passant par les commodités jusqu’à à l’accueil.
Que dire de l’accueil sinon qu’il était excellent,le personnel sont d’une simplicité et sympathie rarement vu à laquelle je joint leur compétence à tous les niveaux (de l’accueil à la femme de chambre,et surtout je n’oublie la restam qui a été un vrai moment de bonheur,continuez comme ça vous êtes top top top)

We travelled with a baby and the hotel provided a high chair and crib which made a huge difference for us. They even upgraded our room. The staff is very responsive and would respond to my queries prior to arriving. They would help me with any questions at the front desk. Bernardo, Joal, and Claudio were excellent help. They had great recommendations for tourist things to do that met the needs of our family. The hotel and apartment were immaculately clean and staff were so friendly and thorough. We enjoyed the continental breakfast everyday. Some people complained in previous reviews its the same items each day but we found there was a new item each day. I also appreciated the consistency because I knew what to eat the next morning. The woman who does the breakfast has a wonderful spread. The fruit, coffee, eggs and everything were fantastic.

HHao.pengThe hotel has great facilities, especially the indoor swimming pool which is a huge bonus for children. From the hotel, it's about 10 minutes walk to the town centre where you can find many restaurants. The room furniture is slightly out of date but the hotel offers great breakfast, I have to say the coffee machine is the best.

Завтрак был ограниченный, за всю неделю ничего нового из еды не появилось.
В комнате: наличие розеток ограничено, расположение неудобное, некоторые из них находятся в нерабочее состоянии.
Уборка в номере: убрали в комнате один раз за всю неделю, что очень странно, есть возможность вместо уборки получать ваучеры, что нам было не интересно, так как без ваучера, лочески, персонал должен был убирать в комнате, чего не было сделано. Только после прямого обращения на стойке регистрации и личной просьбе на следующий день мы наконец-то получили новые полотенца и убраную комнату.

VVieraskäyttäjäThis place was really fantastic! The check-in is a bit late, but has a large waiting area on the 1st floor with plenty of sofas. The pool bar is just around the corner where you can grab a bite and refreshment. Great place. I ll definitely stay there again.

На завтрак был большой выбор, интересная система заказа дополнительного завтрака.
Очень хороший спортзал, были там каждый вечер.
Наличие сауны тоже отличное решение, чтобы расслабиться после ежедневных походов в горы.
Порадовало наличие парковочных мест рядом с отелем.
При выселении была какая-то системная ошибка, надеюсь, что персонал её решил. Так как мы спешили в аэропорт и не смогли ждать обновление их информации, а просто отдали ключи от номера.
