WOW!! Can't believe the value for the price we paid!! It was a quiet, nice and spacious room, sparkling clean, excellent staff and service, bathroom super nice, and we also ate breakfast at the buffet, which was delicious, and had great and many choices. One of the best hotels we've ever been to. Will come again and highly recommend it.

Perfect location for those who are going to take a flight at Warsaw Chopin Airport The room is large enough for 4 people And the restaurant at the lobby was tasty but a bit expensive. Overall I recommend this hotel more than other hotels around the airport

Hotel Polonia Palace on historiallinen varsovalainen hotelli, joka on peräisin vuodelta 1913. Siksi se on varsin kaunis rakennus. Sijainti on aivan Varsovan keskustassa, kahden pääkadun risteyksessä. Myös hyvin lähellä päärautatieasemaa ja metroasemaa. Sijainnin haittapuolena on, että se on erittäin ruma alue. Kadun toisella puolella on Kulttuuripalatsi, stalinistinen hirviö, joka pitäisi todella purkaa mahdollisimman pian, jotta Varsovan toista maailmansotaa edeltäneen keskustan jälleenrakentaminen olisi mahdollista. Hotellin tarjoamat palvelut ovat yleisesti ottaen erittäin hyviä. Aamiainen buffet on erinomainen. Ainoa haittapuoli on internet, joka toimii vähemmän täydellisesti. Myös erittäin hyvä vastine rahalle.

I had a great stay here! I requested a high-floor room facing the central station where the Palace of Culture and Science is, and I got a lovely room! The view from my room was GORGEOUS. It was made even better because I could open the windows. The air-conditioning was not as cold as I would have liked, so I opened the windows for the natural air-conditioning at 10°C. The air-conditioning will auto-shut once you open the windows. For that, I would like to thank the staff who attended to my check-in and gave me this lovely room. The location is walkable, a straight walk from the central station. The tram to Stare Miasto stop (Castle Square) is just downstairs at the hotel. Nowy Swiat is within walking distance. There are a lot of restaurants and a few convenience stores around the hotel area. Zlote Tarasy (shopping mall) is where the central station is. Shops are closed on Sundays, though.

Varsovassa oli meneillään iso konsertti, ja hotellien hinnat olivat yllättävän korkeat, mutta varasin tämän hotellin, koska se oli normaalihintainen. Sijainti on hieman kaukana turistikohteista ja ostosalueelta, mutta itse hotelli oli erittäin hyvä. Huone oli tilava, siellä oli kylpyamme ja runsaasti lämmintä vettä. Oli hieman pettymys, että käytävällä kuului paljon keskustelua. En sanoisi, että aamiainen oli ylellinen, mutta henkilökuntaa tuntui olevan tarpeeksi, ja he lisäsivät nopeasti ruokaa ja veivät käytetyt lautaset pois. Kaiken kaikkiaan oleskelu oli tyydyttävä, ja haluaisin käyttää tätä hotellia uudelleen, jos tulen Varsovaan uudelleen.

The temperature in the room was too high and AC didn't work well, we were eventually changed to another room, which was on the top floors. Reception was not always available by phone. Staff was always very friendly. Lobby bar was closed for renovation and the whole lobby was being renovated, so the entrance area did not feel like an InterContinental or 5* hotel at the moment. We ordered room service, which was very nice. Rooms are a big and cozy, big bathrooms, separate shower and bathtub is great. The gym and spa in the top floors is amazing.

The hotel feels a bit dated, especially the carpet on the floor in the rooms, but it is visible that refurbishment is ongoing and some parts of the hotel has been renovated already

Pobyt w hotelu oceniam bardzo pozytywnie. Pokój oraz łazienka były nienagannie czyste, co od razu rzuciło się w oczy. Doceniam też ciszę i ogólny komfort, który pozwolił na pełny relaks. Materac był wygodny i zapewnił świetny sen, choć z mojej perspektywy poduszki mogłyby być nieco wygodniejsze. Mimo tego drobiazgu, hotel zdecydowanie godny polecenia na spokojny odpoczynek. Menu restauracji mogłoby być bardziej ogólnodostępne, np. stronie internetowej bądź Facebooku.

The hotel is clean and conveniently located near a subway station, offering easy access from the airport. The swimming pool is well-maintained and a great feature for relaxation.
