Grand Westside Hotel sijaitsee strategisella paikalla Manilan Entertainment Cityssä, vain noin 8 minuutin ajomatkan päässä Ninoy Aquinon kansainväliseltä lentokentältä. Hotellissa on täydelliset palvelut, kuten uima-allas, kuntosali ja useita ruokailumahdollisuuksia. Huoneet ovat tilavia ja hyvin hoidettuja, mikä takaa mukavan oleskelun. Lisäksi henkilökunta oli ystävällistä ja avuliasta, mikä teki oleskelusta kokonaisuutena nautinnollisempaa

The room appeared neat and visually clean; however, the floor itself was not thoroughly cleaned, as we had to wipe our child’s feet several times. Additionally, the room had a storage-like odor, suggesting that the linens may have been stored in the cabinet for an extended period. On a positive note, the staff were courteous, welcoming, and respectful throughout our stay.

Booked a standard queen room,Room is clean and love the garden view. Basic stuff were provided but no bath robe just towels. We had good sleep because it was quiet and ac temperature was great.We had buffet breakfast,had great variety of Pilipino food to enjoy.

Erittäin tyytyväinen, huone on tilava, palvelu erittäin hyvä, ympäristö on suhteellisen hiljainen ja turvallisuus erittäin hyvä. Turvatarkastukset vaaditaan laukkujen tuonnissa ja ulos, myös ajoneuvot ovat turvatarkastuksen kohteena ja takeawayt ovat ei sallittu.

Reception is amazing. Compliments to Nicolle, she is very attentive and gives out amazing vibes ! Lobby area can be improved as it is quite small. Housekeeping needs many improvements. I booked 2 rooms...1 for me and my wife (floor 6) and the other for my parents and siblings (connecting room at floor 3). Floor 3 housekeeping @ Karen is fantastic! My parents loved her and even gave her a tip as she go the extra mile i.e. really clean the room and even arrange the towel into some design! My cleaner on the other hand is not good, my cups did not get cleaned even after I have used it with tea in it. Please take note level 6 housekeeping.

We stayed at The Manila Hotel as a couple with one infant and had a very positive experience. The staff were extremely accommodating and attentive, the facilities felt grand and culturally rich rather than modern, and the location is central, great for nearby parks but challenging due to Manila traffic. The highlight was the breakfast, which was outstanding and easily the best complimentary hotel breakfast I’ve had.

It has such great vibes, and the view is absolutely spectacular—perfect for sunset lovers and those who enjoy infinity pools. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The atmosphere and the food were both amazing! I loved the place—it’s perfect for friends, family, and couples. It’s also a great spot for dating and unwinding. This restaurant is highly recommended—truly, highly recommended! 🫶🏻 I would also like to commend the chef and the staff who assisted us. They provided excellent service and made our experience very satisfying. I forgot to ask their names, but the service crew at the roof deck went the extra mile to find a lighter for my birthday cake candles, which I truly appreciated. Their kindness and dedication to their work were remarkable. It made the whole experience even more wonderful. I would definitely book here again—not only because the place is convenient and accessible, especially for those who prefer the Manila area, but also because the staff are all friendly and fantastic. From the front desk and security guards to the buffet team, everyone is amazing and hardworking. Keep it up! I will definitely recommend and come back again to Lime Resort. Sequoia Hotel, Manila Bay – A Wonderful Stay! I had a fantastic stay at Sequoia Hotel in Manila Bay! The hotel is exceptionally clean and well-maintained, which made it such a comfortable place to relax. The location is perfect — right near the bay area, so it was super easy to get to all the places I wanted to visit. Whether for sightseeing or shopping, I never had any trouble getting around. One of the highlights was definitely the food! The menu was excellent, offering a variety of delicious dishes that we thoroughly enjoyed. Every meal was fresh, flavorful, and satisfying. Overall, I loved my time at Sequoia Hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a convenient, clean, and enjoyable place to stay in Manila Bay.

I had a very satisfying stay at New World Makati Hotel, and I've already made a repeat booking for my next visit.. which says it all!! I arrived earlier than official check-in time, and the staff were incredibly accommodating. He kindly assisted me in using the fitness center first, allowing me to shower and freshen up after my journey. This thoughtful gesture made a big difference and immediately set a positive tone for my stay. Throughout my visit, the team was consistently professional, attentive, and genuinely helpful, always willing to go the extra mile to ensure comfort and convenience. Overall, it was a seamless and pleasant experience, and I truly appreciate the warm hospitality. I would highly recommend this hotel and look forward to returning again this week 😊

First i have to highlight the service of the hotel, especially the room service, polite staff and attends to needs quickly. But i strongly suggest to improve hot water supply, it is very slow if not no flow at all, water is cold when need to take shower early in the morning, bathroom is so-so but improvement of paints and tidying it up could make it better. Overall i will give 4/5 rating, worthy of its price and location. To add i like the Tapsilog too.
