Hotellit mukavuudella Kylpylä maassa Malesia, provinssissa Sarawak

Pro: Room is very spacious, comfy beds, strong water pressure, comes with bathtub & toilet amenities, bathrobe & clean towels, diff TV channels available, stable WiFi. Good location with ample car parks available. Swimming pool is great, kids love it! Con: Not sparkly clean, just fine, pillows have stains if covers are removed, car park elevators & hotel room elevators are separated, AC just okay, not that cold, external windows are dirty, kinda run down a little bit, still have rooms for improvement as an “upscale/premium” hotel chain.

I stayed in Grand Palace Hotel with my family over the weekend. This was my first visit and I am really impressed with the service of the hotel . Located in the heart of the town centre , great  service from the staff and  good cleanliness of the rooms.  I will definitely visit next time and recommend to everyone .

The children’s pool with slides requires better maintenance, as insects were present. Parking is located quite far from the main area; however, buggy services are available and helpful. All staff members were very friendly, attentive, and supportive throughout our stay. The room was spacious. Although we did not receive a full sea view—only a partial one—the scenery was still stunning. The ambience of the resort is very refreshing, with high ceilings and a breezy environment that creates a relaxing atmosphere. There are many activities available, and the resort is within walking distance to a beautiful beach. Swimming is not very suitable due to strong tides, but the soft sand makes it ideal for children to play. There are two large pools: one specifically designed for children with slides, and another main pool where mini kayaks and floating flamingos are available for rent. The kids’ activity area is very creative, with games such as dam ular and various board games. The breakfast buffet offered a good range of choices, although I had a better dining experience during a previous visit for work purposes. Unfortunately, room service dining was not satisfactory—the fries were soggy, the fried rice was overly oily, and the carbonara was average. There was also some confusion regarding a 20% insider discount, as we were initially informed it was applicable, but later told that the discount was only valid at Horizon Café not in room service. They should explain better :( Overall, it was a pleasant stay, and with some improvements—particularly in maintenance and food quality—it could be an even better experience.

The overall hotel service experience is good. Moreover, the hotel location is also very ideal. However, the only downside is the air conditioner in our room was too cold. Even after we had adjusted it manually, it was still the same.

Malesiassa ranta on yksityinen ranta, joten se näyttää vähän kalliilta, jos olet rannan vieressä. Vaikka se on vanha rakennus, se on tilava ja siitä on kaunis näköala. Aamiainen ei ole herkullinen. Lähikaupoissa myydään pieni pakkaus Shin Ramyunia 6 ringgitillä, ja voit ostaa välipaloja ja jäätelöä. Tietenkin se on hieman kalliimpi kuin keskustassa. Oluen hinta on kaksi kertaa korkeampi, joten suosittelen ostamaan muutaman... Itse asiassa pysyn vain hotellissa enkä mene ulos... Kansankylä ja Damai Beach ovat 10 minuutin kävelymatkan päässä, joten voit mennä ulos, jos sinulla on tylsää... Kuchingin matkallani. Itse asiassa se oli parasta. Tämä on paikka, jossa haluan yöpyä muutaman yön, kun perheeni tulee... Veden laatu on yleensä punainen Malesiassa, mutta kun laitoin veden kylpyammeeseen, se näytti hieman sameammalta... Yritän piirtämään sen, koska asun täällä, mutta korealaiset saattavat yllättyä. Näin on kaikissa hotelleissa täällä... Suosittelen vain suihkussa käyntiä. Oletko yllättynyt veden väristä?

Traveled to Miri just a short staycation. Loved the resort. They willing do extra miles for our stays. Will come back again Walking distance to the beach and the best sunset Just the room a little strange smell

Se on 5 minuutin ajomatkan päässä Mulun kansallispuistosta, ja se on matka, joka vaatii huomattavaa valmiutta kävellä. Tärkeä siirto on erittäin huono, ja on suositeltavaa varautua 15-30 minuutin odotukseen ja suunnitella sen mukaan. Huone oli kohtuullisen puhdas, mutta oli vaikea sanoa, että jokainen nurkka oli siivottu. Kylpyammeen viemäri oli tukossa ja täyteen vesisäiliöön kului 30 minuuttia. Allasvesi oli haaleaa ja sameaa. Uloskirjautumisen yhteydessä minulta laskutettiin jo maksamani turistivero, ja vaikka näytin tulostamani ja mukanani tuoman kuitin, menettely oli hidasta ja olin myöhässä lennoltani, joten itkin ja maksettu kahdesti.

Not aware that pullman was having some renovation and we need to take staircase to level 2 and get the lift to our room. Also next day after cleaner done the room service noticed she pressed the toilet bowl flush button too hard and never bounced back caused water kept flushing nonstop. Lucky I have returned to hotel room as, forgot to take something and tried to pull that flush button up. I I felt still have room for improvement for quality or cleaner. Overall the counter staffs and others are very friendly and helpful too. Good location of this hotel and look forward again to stay hopefully the renovation done.

Best decision ever..the accommodation is one of the best in kuching i guess The host prepares almost everything for a guest travelling with kids/families. The unit is new and very coz.y. Easy check in and out. No deposits and the host is very attentive.
