Hotellit mukavuudella Kylpylä maassa Marokko, provinssissa Souss-Massa

Yövyimme täällä neljä päivää. Hintaansa nähden hyvä, mutta mukavuudet ovat hyvin vaatimattomat. Meille annettiin väärä huonetyyppi saapuessamme, eikä vastaanoton henkilökunta ollut kovin avuliasta, ennen kuin otin Trip.comin mukaan asiaan ja meidät siirrettiin heti toiseen huoneeseen. Kiitos! Huoneessa ei ollut jääkaappia, joten älä odota sitä mennessäsi. Voit lainata viinijäähdyttimen jäällä baarista, ja niin me teimmekin. Luultavasti yöpyisin täällä uudelleen, koska se oli niin halpaa.

The staff members were so nice and helpful. Special thanks to Azedine, who was helping me to organize surf lessons or also trips to Marrakech or finding opportunity to participate on cooking lessons. The location of the hotel is perfect for people, who want to stay just at the hotel, as you are directly at the beach. Most of the guests were either families or older people. If you want to walk to Taghazout it is possible, but it takes around 45 minutes. The pools are not heated, which made them not so enjoyable as the water really gets cold. The breakfast has a lot of variety to offer, but it gets very crowded and at some point the food is not refilled. The rooms were spacious and clean. What I did not like so much is that the live music, which is offered mostly every night is playing either Spanish or Latin American Music. It doesn’t feel authentic to come to Morocco for this. I rather would like to listening to Moroccan Music there. But in general the hotel is nice with nice staff members.

Een warm welkom met Marokkaanse thee, en personeel heel vriendelijk, iedereen die werkt in het Hotel groet je, Het ontbijt buffet was heel uitgebreid verfspuit, Marokkaanse thee, koks zo professionals word je met glimlach gevraagd wat voor gebakken eiren je wil mooi zwembad, alleen de koffie was slecht niet te drinken iedereen liet zijn koffie staat, ook kon je koffie of thee op je kamer drinken, maar er was geen melkpoeder ik drink geen koffie zonder melk, laatste moest ik ik bijna Toeristen belasting betalen terwijl ik dat al aan Trip.com had betaald stond op de voucher including alle belastingen, Later was dat opgelost was echt een leuke dag gehad.

Lovely resort, had a great time at the resort. The staff were very friendly, the food choice was amazing, so much variety. The beach was close by. Would definitely come again.

Tout a été super Pour le côté un peu relou, j’ai trouvé des cheveux sur le lit au moment de dormir, et une araignée morte qui est restée sur le coin du lavabo pendant 4 jours, de l’arrivée jusqu’à mon départ, donc ménage à désirer et dommage vu le prix de ce séjour Mais sinon personnels au top, et endroit très agréable pour se ressourcer

Our experience at the Hyatt Regency Taghazout was superb! What left the best impression was the kindness of the staff members. Everyone was so friendly and was caring so much that we received the best service. Upon request we received even an upgrade on our room, which made our stay even better with an awesome view. The breakfast offered a huge variety. The staff members around Yassine and specially the female staff members like Asma amaray, Chaimae and everbody else really was making sure that we felt welcomed. They also remembered our preferences and took care that the service was excellent. The location of the hotel is also great at it is right at the beach. You have an amazing view from the pools or the break fast area or also from your room. To Taghazout it is an easy walk either on the beach or path, which is even lighted in the dark that takes about 20 minutes. The rooms were very clean and spacious for two people. The bed was also very comfortable. To sum up we can only recommend highly this hotel and it won’t be the last time that we have stayed there. Special thanks also the the hotel manager Hicham Hriouad, who supported us and was available for our questions that made our stay just great.

Beautiful hotel at the seafront promenade, very helpful staff. Food was excellent in the hotel.  The concierge helped us with restaurant reservations outside and We even had a emergency medication delivered by him out of hours during ramadan 👌 Will definitely return 😍

Professional, polite and very caring and willing to help. Need a taxi to get to the main promenade, or it’s about 45-60mins walk along the beach. Exceptionally clean!
