Excellent location next to Namba Parks and the Namba Nankai station, easy walk to nearby shops and great access to shopping and everything you need, with a great view! Very friendly staff, great amenities with Nespresso capsules and teas. Will come back again!

We were just looking for a place to stay after going to the outlet. Came across the super hotel with hot spring. It is nice enough! The front desk staff is very helpful, although we were late to check in, where the few car park spaces were already taken. So if you drive expect the free parking spot to be gone( There is only a few), BUT there are a lot of car park right around the hotel, so we had no issue parking. And the cost of those car park are very reasonable (from 350 to 900 yen a day) The hot spring is very small, but clean and nice enough. The breakfast is also good. Enjoyed our stay esp with the friendly staff.

Hotel is super near to nishikinohama station which is probably 2 mins walk away. Check-in is fast and efficient. Toilet is well provided with shower cream, face wash, shampoo and conditioner, bed and floor are clean and all plugs work well. Facility wise they have onsen and gym, which is good.

The hotel is conveniently located between JR Osaka Station and Umeda subway stations, about a 10–12 minute walk, and can be easily accessed via elevated walkways. In the afternoon, the hotel offers complimentary afternoon tea, and in the evening there is a free lounge with unlimited drinks and light snacks, which is a great bonus. Guests can enjoy the large public bath both in the morning and at night, with the last entry available until 1:00 a.m. The hotel also provides a wide range of skincare products and amenities for guests, which adds extra comfort to the stay. There are two convenience stores and a drugstore right next door, and just one street away is a lively shopping street with a shrine, making the area both convenient and enjoyable to explore. Overall, this hotel offers excellent value for money and exceeded my expectations.

My stay at the Royal Hotel was excellent. The highlight was the complimentary shuttle bus to Osaka city, which ran every 15 minutes and made getting around incredibly convenient. The hotel's location is also great, with a 7-Eleven and restaurants right downstairs on B1 – perfect for snacks and meals. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. I will definitely choose this hotel again on my next visit to Osaka.
