We really enjoyed our stay in Yokohama. The accommodation was clean, cozy, and well maintained, with a convenient location. It was a comfortable and pleasant experience overall, and we would definitely consider staying here again.

Very close to south gate of kannai station. Very friendly staff. Good air conditioning in room. Strong water pressure and hot shower. Close to at least 3 convenience stores for snacks. Lawson is across the street. 20 minutes to international passenger cruise terminal or chinatown.

The hotel itself is not bad - beds are comfortable and large, and the dinner is okay, but nothing too special. This hotel overwhelmingly caters to families, which is evident when staying there: there are many children, and a lot of the amenities cater to them as well. For example the sauna is not very hot and there’s a lot of candies in the free snack bar. I wish the hotel was better at communicating / marketing this on their website, as I’m not the intended audience and it’s very expensive for a mediocre experience. As well, the breakfast timing is questionable - only available from 7am - 8:30am, along with a 10am checkout time this is quite an early start and not very relaxing.

We had so much fun!!! It is not far from Fujisawa Station and there are many convenient stores, restaurants, karaoke, KFC, McDonald's, Donki and etc.

Central location right beside bus interchange and odawara station for JR ride back to Osaka, shopping centre and food are all nearby in the vicinity. Room is clean, public bath is available and good breakfast spread buffet style. 1800 yen 3pm to 11am next day parking at minaka basement. Can drive to Hakone or southern peninsula shizuoka for sightseeing. View of odawara castle from roof top restaurant.

A beautiful hotel sited beside a nice lake. Very good view and it has a nice public onsen. Service is good, food is good and nice big soft beds. The only bad thing is that it is very far from the major town. You have to drive out for food. Once you buy your snacks and drinks in advance, then it will be all good.

The location is very convenient, near the JR station. The onsen is clean but it is very small. The staff are helpful and help us a lot about our lost item. Free drink provided. Would highly recommend this hotel.

Beautiful resort in the middle of a remote forest area, perfect for relaxation and connecting with nature. The rooms are cosy and clean. The breakfast was absolutely amazing, with chefs preparing freshly made dishes right in front of you! We did find a bug in the room but the hotel is in the middle of the nature so we didn't mind really. The onsen was ok but it was not mixed. Note that if you are not arriving by car and you have luggage, the hotel is uphill so better contact the staff in advance so they can arrange a pick up for you.

Хочу отметить удобное расположение отеля - рядом станция, рестораны и торговые центры. Здесь отличный ДонКихот - небольшой, но чистый и уютный магазин. Также отмечу прекрасное транспортное сообщение и уютные поезда до Эносимы. Номер был небольшой, но чистый. В номере есть чайник, кондиционер, холодильник. Ванная комната меня огорчила. Чисто, но краны старые и сложно регулировать температуру воды. Туалетные принадлежности можно взять в лобби. Ресепнш работает круглосуточно, сотрудники приветливы. Минусы: 1. Питание есть за отдельную плату. К сожалению, я не могу оценить завтрак. Я пришла на завтрак поздно, возможно, это важно. Однако, завтрак был не просто скудный, а практически никакой. Я осталась голодная. Были супы как бульоны, булочки, листья салата. Это всё. Ни риса, ни рыбы, ни мяса, ни овощей- ничего. Я расстроена. 2. Нет герметичности окон. Постоянный сквозняк и шум с улицы. Рядом расположены бары, клубы, так что будьте готовы к тому, что будете слушать песни и крики до утра. 3. Ужасный запах! Сначала я думала, что немного пахнет канализацией из туалета. Но 1 день я осталась в номере, потому что было простужена, и почувствовала всю боль от проживания в этом отеле! Невыносимый запах жареной рыбы с утра и до позднего вечера! Возможно, запахи идут из ресторана на 1 этаже отеля. К слову, я жила на верхнем этаже, а не на 2 или 3. Это было ужасно!.. Возможно кому-то повезёт больше, чем мне, но я не могу рекомендовать этот отель своим знакомым.
