3 different types of onsen , amazing breakfast with huge selection of food, amazing spacious rooms with an amazing view of the river. Only spent 1 night here but would’ve easily stayed another if we had time. The building is well maintained and the onsen was so good I had 3 sessions even though we were only here for 1 night. May not come again. The hotel rate is considered pricey because the service did not meet that price standard. We booked a private onsen and found out there is limit number of times you can use onsen. In fact, only 1 person used once at night and in the morning. When we used in the morning, the water is as low as below knee height. After calling the front desk several times, there is still no onsen water. Food is simple, like those we can find in local food restaurant.

I really liked the Comfort Hotel. Great location, easy access from maebashi train station and quick walk to shopping areas. The room was just what we needed with helpful amenities. Staff are lovely and helpful. Would recommend for a short stay.

A pretty decent Onsen. Just that the staff couldn’t speak much English and we had a hard time trying to understand the dinner flow. And the amenities at the onsen bath are quite limited.

The hotel is very popular among the Japanese traveller. Lots of Japanese with very limited foreign traveller. The communication can be a bit difficult at the hotel. The room were cleaned but there is limitation of daily cleaning of the room. They only take trash out and change towels. The policy is to clean the room every 4 days. When the hotel is fully occupied, there is a problem with the scarcity of hot water. We have to wait for hot water to be reproducing 2 out of 3 nights we stayed. The buffet is very crowded and the food are pretty much the same for all 3 nights we stayed for both breakfast and dinner. Our highlights are the crab and the beef station for dinner and the live onigiri station for breakfast.

地點稍微偏僻，年長男性接待人員非常熱心，房間空間大維持得也不錯，但是感覺得出來建築物的年紀。餐點蠻好吃的，不過有幾道料理偏西式，吃得沒有很習慣，比較想吃到的是當地傳統料理。整體而言是令人放鬆的旅館。

We had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The front desk staff are friendly and helpful. The hotel is a bit out of town since we travelled by car so it wasn't hard for us to get around. We can see Asama mountain from our room. The public bath I used in the morning and no one was there so I had all the big bathtub and enjoyed the view from Asama mountain all myself. It was such a nice experience. ❤️

應該算是伊香保最好住的酒店，四百多年歷史，但不覺得舊，幾個湯都很棒，服務人員專業周到，大堂的小機器人超級可愛。19層去往石階進出口的通道里有一家小餐廳，三個包間，每晚8-11點半營業，煎餃和拉麪都好吃。這個地方的人友善好客，烏冬面是地方特產，每家都好吃；黑船屋的祖傳石鍋咖喱飯特別美味；Sara’s Terrace Arraiya 的套餐很家常；Lungo自家烘培的咖啡最好喝，配一串年糕糰子太香了！階梯旁的抹茶店已經很網紅，但店員好熱心啊，見我摔倒了立刻拿急救箱跑出來給我處理傷口，感動！附近的原美術館也很值得一去，在一個有很多羊的牧場裏。

大浴場もついていますが、写真以上に狭かった。混まない時間帯を狙って入ったので、ほぼ貸切状態でゆっくりできました。 朝食バイキングはたくさんの種類があり、2日間でメニューも一部変わってて美味しく頂きました。宿泊者が多い時は、残りが少なくなってからの補充に時間がかかっていました。 夜のプチケーキ、お菓子、フリードリンクのサービスに癒されました。

服務很好，我們訂的日式套房，房間裏很漂亮，窗外風景很好，但是廁所很臭！！！！還會臭到房間裏來，這點很不好，唯一的大缺點！！早餐吃的一般般，晚餐那頓還行，無功無過。就是房間裏的廁所真的太臭了，下次不會再去了😭
