Very clean and very nice people!!!! Love it! The price was also great! Breakfast also was great!

This is a lovely hotel with a superb pool overlooking the lake with spectacular views. It’s popular with tourists groups so breakfast can get busy but the location and pool are hard to beat. We had a superior room with partial lake view which in reality meant we overlooked a building site but we didn’t spend much time in our room anyway. Staff are lovely and very helpful.

I arrived the day all streets where cut for a cyclist event, so I had to park my car 3 km from the Hotel and walk through the forest to reach the Hotel with a 25 KG luggage. They never sent an email or even a call adverting about this. Also the restaurant service was pretty bad, I had dinner and the waiter was visible affected by alcohol compsumption, forgetting orders and even though charging me for a full menu when I just had a course. 30 Euro total. The food was pretty bad also. They also charged me 4.50 Euro for something they called a council tax. So definitely a bad experience, I´´never return to this Hotel

Recensione dell’hotel San Valentino Siamo capitati in questo hotel quasi per caso, ma è stata una piacevolissima sorpresa. Fin da subito abbiamo notato la cura e la pulizia, non solo nella camera ma anche nei corridoi e negli spazi comuni. La nostra stanza era ampia, luminosa e impeccabilmente pulita — davvero confortevole. Un grande merito va al personale, estremamente gentile e competente. In particolare, vogliamo ringraziare la ragazza alla reception che ci ha accolto con un sorriso sincero e grande professionalità, facendoci sentire subito i benvenuti. E al ristorante, il maître Malis è stato eccezionale: ci ha coccolato con attenzioni discrete e ci ha messi completamente a nostro agio, rendendo la cena un momento speciale. Un plauso anche allo chef, che ha saputo conquistarci con piatti semplici ma ricchi di gusto, preparati con cura e ingredienti di qualità. Una cucina che sa essere autentica e sorprendente nella sua semplicità. Un soggiorno che ci ha lasciato un ricordo piacevole e che sicuramente consigliamo. Torneremo volentieri!

While the outside of Hotel Albergo Dell'Agenzia is stunning, the overall experience left much to be desired. After being wowed by the property's beautiful exterior, the rest of our stay was somewhat disappointing, especially considering the hotel's high star rating. The lack of customer service was a major letdown. There was no doorman to assist with our luggage upon arrival, and the young bartender simply watched as I struggled to open the door, rather than offering to help. It was only after I had to explicitly ask him for assistance that he begrudgingly opened one side of the door, still making no effort to help with our bags. The cleanliness of the room was also sub-par. We left our used towels in the bathtub, as the room instructions indicated, but rather than replacing them with fresh towels, the housekeeping staff simply hung the dirty ones back up. This was an appalling oversight. Additionally, the gym and pool area did not have WiFi access, which was an inconvenience when trying to stay connected during our stay. Overall, while the property itself is visually impressive, the lackluster customer service and lack of attention to cleanliness really detracted from our experience at Hotel Albergo Dell'Agenzia. I expected a higher level of quality and care from a hotel of this caliber.

Отличный отель в самом сердце Турина. Отель расположен прямо в центре города. До всех достопримечательностей можно дойти пешком. Также можно дойти до набережной и парка рядом. У нас был просторный номер хорошего качества. Да, он не новый и немного обшарпанный, но в очень хорошем состоянии. Кровать удобная. Завтрак разнообразный и вкусный. Персонал очень отзывчивый. Хотя если будут рекомендовать пойти в ресторан напротив - не ходите ) В отеле нет парковки, но есть договоренность с гаражом в 5 минутах пешком. Нам понравилось наше проживание. Единственный большой минус - в отеле проводят ремонтные работы, которые очень шумные и начинаются в 9 утра. Поэтому, если вы любите поспать, то вам лучше поискать альтернативу.

Such an amazing hotel. The bed was super comfortable and there’s parking! The bathroom was a little weird but i would definitely stay here again!

首先，值得認可的是酒店房間的佈局和舒適性。但作為希爾頓酒店，我認為它不符合條件。 第一點：當我們到達時，酒店門口沒有人幫忙開門和幫忙拿行李。衹有接待員站在遠處等我們，我們不得不把箱子抬過很多台階才能辦理入住手續。當我們完成入住後，接待處不知道從哪裡喊來了一位工作人員幫忙推行李，但那個工作人員彷彿並不願意來幫我推行李，因為他甚至想把所有行李箱都推進我在的電梯裏而他自己轉身離開，但是由於電梯無法容納他沒有成功。 第二點，房間沒有及時打掃。一天早上，我在出去之前掛了需要清洗的卡片。結果，當我們下午回來時，我們發現房間沒有打掃，所以我們不得不去前台説請幫我打掃房間。 第三，當我們退房時，前台系統和工作人員都很困惑。我在預訂時付款了全額房費。當我退房時，工作人員要求我再次付款房價，這讓我很困惑，但她很快就被她的經理攔住了。
