Great hotel. Great rooms, caring staff. No faults. Very clean. Great breakfast, parking. Will stay again.

The hotel has a great location and easy access to Lima subway station. They helped accommodate an early check-in. 10min walk from Milan Central Station.

Look like a motel but actually is a 4* hotel with all you need.... The parking is very easy and proper. Also the wellness area is super ! The cost is 30€ for two hours but is very good. Breakfast is also very good.

Facilities are good but services are typical Italian... Being an international chain the service quality should be prioritised. English communication is not enough at all, and certain employees/waiters show no politeness so a shame on the overall experience during the stay.

Saapuessamme saimme ilmaisen päivityksen Presidential Suiteen, joka oli kerran elämässä kokemus tyttärelleni ja minulle. Sviitti oli tilava, ylellinen ja hyvin varusteltu. Kaikki sujui loistavasti, mutkaton saapumisesta uloskirjautumiseen. Erityisen huomionarvoista on ystävällinen ja avulias henkilökunta, joka sai meidät tuntemaan olonsa erittäin tervetulleeksi. Voimme vain lämpimästi suositella Hotel Marinoa ja tulemme varmasti takaisin!

This hotel is situated just outside the zone of traffic control of the old part of Milan, so good for those who drive and who also want to walk into the touristy parts of Milan.. Underground carpark is chargeable per 24 hours at eur 25. Driving to it can be tricky especially on weekends as one of the roads leading to the hotel is closed for the day market. Have to turn into a narrow lane (closed to public except for hotel guests). Best to contact the hotel to ask about driving directions if arriving on weekends. Room is reasonably sized and clean. Quiet too despite rowdy crowd in restaurants and bars nearby. Lots of restaurants, bars in the neighbourhood, and a Carrefour opposite.

Hotel was really clean and nice. However, I got stuck a night at a tram/bus stop 15 minutes from the hotel on my way back from the city centre because the bus 99 was out of service. I was unfamiliar with the area and didn't speak italian. I called the hotel to ask if they could help call a taxi to pick me and bring me to the hotel. (I was going to pay the taxi obviously ) but they said they couldn't as they weren't allowed to do this. I ended up finally getting back to the hotel at almost 1am, after been assisted by some locals.

We stayed at this place for 3 nights and used the swimming pool only once. It is an okay place to stay but it needs major upgrades. The door could not open with just one turn of the key. Sometimes we would just turn the key up until the door decided it was open. It is an old hotel and I get the look and feel but it needs some serious maintenance. The shower was so tiny in the corner of auch a big bathroom space…I didn’t like that.

Hotel is located just out of highway near a big shopping area where you can find many restaurants and shops. Fast check in and check out thanks to very efficient staff. Good breakfast with lot of choice, wifi is working well. Rooms are clean, acceptable size, quite silent. But far from being a 4 stars hotel, to me it worth no more than 3 due to missing of many amenities, fridge, closed wardrobe, slippers, complimentary water, etc. Good for 1-2 nights if you have a car ( no public transportation around) and location is convenient.
