Talo on hyvin, laaja ja tilava huone. Hyvin huomattava, että ei usein löydy on jätejako huoneessa. Hyvä ja valmiita henkilökunta ja hinta laatu suhde on erinomainen. Kokeilin myös kylpylä ja löysin itseni hyvin. Rakennus sijaitsee Sorianon keskustassa Ciminossa, kaupunki itse on kaunis vierailla mutta hyvin pieni, suosittelen häntä rentouttavaa oleskelua. Paikka sijaitsee lähellä Park del Bomarzo ja ei ole kaukana Viterbo

It’s a bit of hot when I registered, and I have tried to turn on the air conditioner, but it didn’t work. I called the reception desk saying the air conditioner can’t work, she said the temperature was not too high and suggested me open the window if I felt hot. And she still told me the air conditioner would work at night…actually, the air conditioner didn’t work at night also. Meanwhile, the WiFi is terrible in my room. It can’t connect with internet although it looked like have been connected. And it’s funny that the WiFi run well when I was out of my room.

Hotel bello e pulito , personale il top , offrono due piacine , ristorante , bar , non manca nulla. Vicino al centro che si raggiunge ai piedi.

Qualità prezzo di questo hotel, non ha eguali.. cibo di qualità e prodotti a km0 . Le camere sono pulite e curate, la SPA è una piacevole sorpresa, di un livello ben più alto di molti altri alberghi, e la cifra richiesta è  irrisoria. Il personale di servizio è più che disponibile e cortese. A presto

Отличный отель , прекрасный спа , удобное местонахождение. Отдельно хочется отметить работу персонала на завтраке ♥️ это не просто завтрак ( да он буфет ) , но официанты очень стараются со всеми вопросами , что бы вы не попросили они сделают все возможное , нужен салат пожалуйста , какой-то отдельный соус или уксус пожалуйста , тоесть вы как бы на завтраке в в буфет , но и в то же время и как будто в ресторане и вам по заказу постараются угодить , я уже не говорю о принести кофе и прочих мелочах … Сами по себе очень приятные и вежливые … Супер …💯 Весь персонал отеля очень отзывчив и добр , ресепшен отлично говорит на Английском , что редко для Италии и особенно , для не больших городков … Благодарность за такой сервис … Реально за 8 дней ни одного даже намёка на непрофессионализм, это очень похвально 👏👏

I stayed at Victoria Terme do I could visit Villa Este and Villa Adriana both very easy to get to from the hotel. There is a bus stop right outside Ty e hotel and you can buy a ticket from the kiosk next to the bus stop. There is a Terme right next to the hotel that I accessed twice during the stay. It was a real relief after walking around Tivoli as very hot in July. The staff at the hotel were ever helpful and provided everything I needed. There was a fridge in the room. Breakfast was good with a wide range of sweet breakfast choices. The coffee was excellent. I would definitely return at the good value price I got on this occasion. There were trips offered but unfortunately I could not do those as I was checking out. Great stay for Tivoli

Hôtel ou le personnel à l’accueil est très accueillant et serviable. Bon petit déjeuner Par contre pour un hôtel 4 étoiles il y a des axes de progression comme la taxe de séjour pour 2 nuits cher pour un montant de 30€, le temps d’attente au bar pour qu’une personne vienne vous voir, la non présence des peignoirs à notre arrivée dans la chambre et qu’on a du réclamer pour aller au spa, salle de bain petite avec les toilettes à l’intérieur, manque d’isolation on entendait l’eau des douches et quand nous sommes arrivés il y avait une paire de chaussettes des anciens hôtes qui n’avait pas été enlevé .

Beautiful, clean rooms and friendly helpful reception staff. AC is effective and quiet. Small fridge in the room stocked with bottled water and Coke Cola. It is located near Ciampino airport but requires a taxi to and from the airport. We paid €25 for a taxi for 4am pickup to take to the airport. If using public transport Casabianca is nearest train station but was closed due to line maintenance during our visit, alternatively Acqua Acetosa is also nearby direct from Rome Termini, however it is a 30 minute walk through suburban streets some lacking in pavements and street lights.

We had a small double but it was adequate in size. Comfortable bed, clean sheets and a bathtub in the bathroom. The location is excellent close to the central station (termi) and walking distance to the Colleseum. Plenty of restaurants and bars in the area. Would recommend.

Bellissimo hotel, ristorante ottimo e il personale è cortesissimo e ti fa sentire come a casa. Tornerò ben volentieri se avrò l' occasione. Grazie e arrivederci!
