Saw some negative review from Google or Trip.com, but I still decided to choose for this resort because of the locations. Also, that after spoke with the driver and I know that the view of the beach of this resort is actually the best one in bintan. It’s quite expensive to eat inside the resort, especially the Indian food at night. I went to the Chinese restaurant, but we didn’t order the seafood. The waiter is very helpful and very nice and polite. We order for the medium person, but he advised us not to choose that because the portion is really big.

This is a first time I’m staying here, perfect location as for family can walk to the one Batam mall and opp there’s a lotus supermarket.  Pool and gym just nearby, convenient for parents to workout while kids having good time in the pool. Absolutely incredible hotel experience! Stunning room with balcony overlooking the Singapore Strait. Several activities you can do, from eco golf to fishing and a movie night projected on to the side of the ship. The tour was excellent and all of the staff were great. I hired a motorbike through reception so I could explore the island - all organised very well, although 3x more expensive than say Thailand, Vietnam etc. The restaurant has a limited menu unless you are happy with local, mainly seafood dishes with a couple of western options and pizza. The drinks are expensive already, then they add 21% service and tax, again, significantly higher than what you would pay in similar SE Asian countries but I heard typical for Bintan. Buy your drinks from the convenience store in the ferry terminal - 4x cheaper than the hotel bar restaurant. They did say however that their profits are given to charity. Overall, I had an incredible stay here, excellent value, excellent location if you want to chill or explore the island (not suitable for walking) or just relaxing by the beautiful infinity pool overlooking the ocean. Highly recommended, will 100% return and no need to look at any other hotel on Bintan!

İt were great 4 days stay. We loved everythig. The stuff are amazing the check- in was smooth and light.We went on monsoon season so couldnt swim at the sea but it didnt bothered us, the swimming pools are clean and with nice sorrouding.You can use restaurant and swimming pool next door sister hotel and also book lovely dinners at Banyan tree hotel they will bring you to the restaurant with buggy.On our first evening we join the BBQ dinner and it was absolutely lovely and worth the money, food was great.Alsobook your SPA treatment we went twice with my son and iyit was perfect, the massage is professional and relaxing, the programs are nice variety amd the prices are reasonable.The only disappointing thing its a ferry from Singapore to Bintan during the monsoon season, so dizzy fizzy never felt that bad on a boat. Of course it şs nothing to do with the hotel.

Everything at the resort was incredibly systematic and well-organized, resulting in a completely frustration-free stay. We arrived at 12 PM and were pleasantly surprised to receive our room for an early check-in at 1 PM after a minimal wait! We opted for the 6-activity package—a great value according to my husband—which included a fantastic 2-hour karaoke session and access to the kids' indoor playground. We highly recommend the 6-activity package; it kept us thoroughly engaged throughout our 3-day, 2-night stay. The resort's punctuality was excellent: our in-room couple's massage therapists arrived exactly on time, and the fire for our 6:30 PM outdoor BBQ was already set up by 6 PM. The sound proof is not so good especially when the kids sleep at the teepee materials but when they are tired they still can fall asleep fast just that the next door kids wake up so early. Have to expect sound as it is glamping.

Had a wonderful stay! We were pleasantly surprised with a room upgrade by the friendly front desk staff, Syaiful, which made the experience even more special. The location is super convenient, with plenty of food and massage options just a short walk away. Breakfast offered a good variety and the Indonesian corner was a lovely touch. It would be even better with menu descriptions for guests to explore more easily. We also celebrated my husband’s birthday during the stay, about 6–8 F&B staff went the extra mile, singing birthday songs with such warm hospitality. Loved the hotel’s live band performance in the evening too, as it really added a great vibe to the overall experience. Would definitely come back!

Our 2nd time staying here and we booked a total of 4 rooms. All was good except that your breakfast can be improve with more selection like having a egg live station and a porridge section. Bread toaster as well was not working well, waited for 20mins and still the bread is not well toasted. We decided to go over to Golden View Hotel and pay for our breakfast on the 2nd morning. We had dinner on out first night but was disappointed with your dessert. Both the lava and cheese cake taste like it been kept for weeks, does not taste fresh.

Huone on puhdas ja hyvin ylläpidetty. Daikin ilmastointi on viileä mutta hieman meluisa.. En ole varma, onko se vettä tai lämmitys mutta suihku on melko seikkailu. Olen erityisen tyytyväinen konserttiin ja oveihin - ne ovat fab, ystävällisiä ja miellyttävää. Kaapissa on turvakaapissa. Olisi mukavaa, jos heillä olisi hiilipussi absorboida kaikki hajut vaatteista yö ulos A2 ruokakeskus alle 300 metrin päässä BCH.

From the check in, to our check out the staff around the resort were all very helpful and smiley. They provided us with helpful advice and recommended activities to do in the resort! Rooms were nice and clean as well and spacious. We also visited the massage in the resort and it was a really good experience! Lots of things to do around the resort even for adults, we did archery and the instructors were very encouraging and skilled in guiding first timers!

Everything is good, we went there for 4 days 3 night, they gave us 3 days Starbuck voucher, the location is the best to us as we like Grand Batam Mall alot, just 3 to 5mins to walk there, the food is also quite nice to us
