The hotel give us more facilities ( Gym, swimming pool ) for our enjoy. My children & friend have very love the swimming pool , it is very cleanliness, the room is big and comfortable. The customer service staff at front desk are very wiling to help customers. The thing that are a bit worse is that the swimming pool does not provide free towels for guests using and the coridor is a bit creepy. Hope will be imporve this request in the future and thank you.

Lovely hotel, right opposite the castle. Our room was lovely, it was a really good size. The bar and lobby though was vey cold and uninviting, could have done with the air conditioning being turned down, otherwise a very pleasant stay.

Great night at Coppid Beech, nice room with balcony! & breakfast was really good too!

Fabulous place! For the price point I was concerned this would be disappointing but it was the complete opposite and I'd happily recommend it to anyone. Absolutely perfect for our purposes, close to Newbury for dinner and exploring, and a great place to go back to at night (the £15 cost of a cab was well within our budget). Breakfast was very tasty and organised with a well stocked selection and nice atmosphere. We used the pool and sauna in the morning after checkout which was clean and very welcoming. My ONLY gripe was that check-in was a little rushed and felt a little like a conveyor belt, we had been stuck in traffic and a warmer welcome would have been appreciated. Overall though, a great experience. Well done to the whole team!

Horse riding is fabulous, the views and surroundings are amazing and that’s it. Breakfast is very limited. Also we choose quite table far away from people and ended up in the situation that hotel organised a big table for a big noisy family very close to us. Normally when you know that you have a family with 8 more members you have to prepare a table before that allows other guest not to find themselves in this situation. And what is the worst part: check-out. We had international transatlantic flight after check out ant needed only 6 hours more. We were refused to have late check out. EVEN for money. Later I saw that where were a lot of rooms available for this date. They just kicked us out. Have 300+ hotels in my list and the very first time see such inappropriate behaviour.

Nice location, ample parking, easy to find. Disappointing things were no wifi connectivity in the room no network signal either. The leisure facilities were not looked after as jacuzzi was out of order without a mention on website, steam room was not operational one day out of the two days stay. Not enough lights in the room. Double bed was bit too small. Both The reception guys were excellent very polite and helpful.

I would consider staying again, but with slightly lower expectations.

位置在雷丁市中心，離火車站非常近，出行方便，房間在另一棟樓有工作人員幫忙送行李，房間還不錯有陽台，酒店的餐廳餐食也還可以，入住當天去得晚了衹有部分菜品可以點，酒不錯。就是退房時酒店把賬單搞錯了多收了一次錢，找了平台交涉退回了。總體感覺滿意。
