This is considered quite a premium hotel in the area. It’s very family friendly - the pool seems popular, though if your window faces the ‘inside’ of the hotel you’ll hear lots of noise from it. The staff are very friendly, the rooms are clean and quite new. A good place overall, if a little loud. In all honesty, if you’re a foreign person reading this who can afford to travel to China, I recommend avoiding Xishuangbanna. It’s a very tacky tourist trap of an area. Mostly populated by northern Chinese who have travelled down to hawk cheap and tasteless tourist experiences. Nothing worth seeing, even in the local parks. And everyone smokes here, it’s a little suffocating. I strongly recommend visiting elsewhere in Yunnan province such as Kunming or Dali - nothing to see here.

Viimeksi kun tulin Yunnaniin, jäin tästä hotellista hyvälle mielelle. Sijainti on alle kymmenen minuutin kävelymatkan päässä asemalle ja lähellä Cuihu-puistoa ja keskustaakaan ei ole kaukana. Our stay was truly wonderful and beyond our expectations. From the beautiful surroundings to the heartfelt service, everything made this a very special experience for our family. What impressed us most was the amazing team behind the hotel. From the front desk, to the activity organisers, to the restaurant staff, everyone was warm, friendly, helpful, and attentive. We felt genuinely welcomed and well taken care of throughout our stay. It is not easy to find a hotel where the service feels so sincere and consistent in every part of the experience. The room arrangement was one of the most unforgettable parts of our stay. Waking up to the breathtaking view of Jade Dragon Snow Mountain was simply amazing. The view received so many compliments from our friends and family, and many of them even asked us more about the hotel because they were so impressed. It truly made our stay feel extra special. A very special thank you to Jennifer, the Front Office Manager, for her prompt replies and thoughtful arrangements before our stay. Her care and attention to detail made us feel reassured even before we arrived, and we really appreciated all the effort she put in to make our stay so well arranged. Another highlight was how kid-friendly the hotel is. There were so many enjoyable activities for children, especially the animal feeding sessions and campfire dancing. Our child enjoyed them so much, and seeing her so happy made the stay even more meaningful for us. The fact that she is already asking to come back says everything. Breakfast was also a wonderful part of our stay. There was a good variety, the food was enjoyable, and the setting was beautiful. Starting each morning with the peaceful view of the lake and mountains made the experience even more special. This hotel truly raised our expectations of what a great and luxurious hotel should be. It is not only a beautiful property, but also a place made special by a team that brings so much warmth, care, and dedication to every guest’s stay. Congratulations to the hotel for having such an outstanding team and such a wonderful place. Thank you for giving our family such beautiful memories. We will remember this stay fondly.

We had a great time staying here, we had a room with the downstairs bath room which is a unique in design in the old house, love the warm floor in the winter time and love the experience that going up and downs when going to washroom, it was fun! The hotel atmosphere are great and making us feeling like home from the very sec the auntie pick up from the ShuHe old town north gate, to the receptionist introduce the hotel and its culture at the reception bar which has a nice set up with free tea, fruit and home made cake provided. Love the “heart” from the Singapore lady owner to establish and own the place, it is a 情怀 instead of a place run for $$$, the room diary is an awesome gem, feeling blessed to know who else in the word had ever stay in the same room and their stories, made me can’t stop to leave something too. the 3 night stay here made me an unique experience in this trip, love it and will come back again. Please continue to share the heart and love in this place till we r back again :)

This place provides excellent service expected from a 4-star hotel. All was satisfactory except one thing: the staff didn't recognize Chinese passport as valid ID for Chinese citizens, which is absurd. Fortunately, after contacting the local police they eventually accepted Chinese passport for ID verification.

告莊，晝夜判若兩城，衹有在晚間才會發現它的真實！悠揚的葫蘆絲、曼妙的凡婻諾、綿延的霓虹、異域的傣迪、熱鬧的趕擺街。因不喜民宿，所以住宿衹選湄公河景瀾酒店。兩年前來過一次告莊，也住景瀾。設施、地理位置、景觀、服務都是上選。此次再來告莊玩，景瀾還是必選！房間內飾、床架甚至外牆等都保養到位。説明酒店運作理想，也將資金用於酒店維護，形成良性循環。這次在告莊停留4天，暫定了兩天江景行政雙床房。到前台辦入住，小姐姐小菊熱情接待，並幫忙安排調度我們需要的高樓層房間。得知更高樓層有內銷套房時（房源低於5間，景觀位置更好，不在平台銷售），小菊也主動開房卡讓我們上樓打樣。經過商議，小菊在自己權限下給出相當實惠的價格。後，果斷再定兩天內銷套房。非常感謝小菊幫忙！ 這次假期不長，沒法停留到傣歷新年潑水節，等有時間一定過來體驗三天的潑水節狂歡！

This historic hotel is very charming, and despite its age has all the modern features you’d expect. Located right next to the Green lake, the atmosphere is peaceful and the decor has a classy 1950s vibe. The rooms and public areas (including the swimming pool and changing rooms) were very clean and well looked after, and there were lots of nice touches that made me feel very welcome. I would definitely recommend staying here.

到曲靖來參觀爨寶子碑和會盟碑，選了官房，作為曲靖最好的酒店，總體來説還是不錯的。 1️⃣位置好，可以在房間裏看到南門，出門很方便，開車打車都不錯，距離爨寶子碑很近，步行可達。 2️⃣房間面積大，兩個人住足夠輾轉騰挪了，全屋智能很方便，尤其是馬桶加熱，還是很舒服的。 3️⃣響應速度快，不知道為什麼，房間裏的空調不熱，冰箱不冷，聯繫了前台，很快就解決了。 4️⃣自帶的餐廳很不錯，雖然春節期間衹開了一家，但是有特色菜，有過橋米線，而且味道不錯，對於遊客來説就足夠了。 再説説缺點，主要是服務水平還得再改進。 1️⃣我入住後遇到的特殊情況特別多，明顯能感覺到服務人員的態度變化，雖然問題解決及時高效，但作為服務行業，有變化就是不專業。 2️⃣房間檢查不仔細，我入住之前，客用品已經用掉沒有補貨，我退房的時候被問到是不是用了，搞得我一臉懵，雖然不是大事，但這個是不應該的。 3️⃣設施維護保養不到位，水龍頭設計有問題，斷水不利，水龍頭開關容易積水，出現了生銹。建議改進。 個人感覺四星半吧，感覺像個商務型酒店，達不到五星標準。但推薦入住，畢竟總體還不錯，而且曲靖好像也沒有更好的酒店了。

We've had an incredible time here! The staff were warm and welcoming from the moment we stepped out of our chartered car, helping us with our luggage and making us feel right at home. The front desk staff were efficient and friendly, making check-in and check-out a breeze. The service staff during breakfast and happy hour were top-notch, attending to our every need and even filling our personal water bottles. We're so grateful to have chosen Hyatt for our first family trip, and we can't wait to come back!

這是我第二次入住雅高集團旗下酒店，本次選擇玉溪鉑爾曼，整體入住體驗十分出色，遠超預期。入住前酒店就主動致電溝通，細緻詢問我的各項需求，服務十分貼心。週末早餐可延遲至11點，對出行安排非常友好。 酒店全體工作人員態度都格外熱情：前台辦理高效順暢，行李房員工主動幫忙搬運行李，還特意幫我到負三 取回快遞。中餐廳服務細緻周到，客房大姐親切熱情，，解決了我的實際難題。 最讓我感動的是西餐廳的暖心細節。昨天我端着一碗滾燙、快要溢出的麪條，服務生沈亞東主動上前，小心翼翼用託盤幫我穩妥送到座位，全程耐心又細心，這個小小的舉動讓我倍感温暖。 從入住到離店，每一處服務都用心到位，真正做到了賓至如歸。玉溪鉑爾曼無論是硬件品質還是軟性服務都十分優秀，是一次非常滿意的入住體驗，強烈推薦給大家！
