Location: 10mins car ride (20yuan) from hotel to scenic site. Not an issue for us. Nice and quiet. Next door lots of restaurants to have a meal. Service: very good and attentive. We were checked in by Ms 104 and Mr 105 (they go by numbers to identify). Both were lovely and polite and helpful. Staff were always available to help. Used the hotel recommendations for private hire transport from train to hotel return. Very happy as driver was prompt and safe. Food: breakfast was quite basic. But for a 1-2 days stay, it was adequate. Restaurant on site was nice. Room: adequate for a 1 or 2 night stay. Clean and functional. Pillows and bed was very very nice and soft/firm enough. Soap/shampoo came in tiny tubes but adequate for a short stay. And I am sure if U called room service for more, they will bring it promptly.

Good Memorable Stay at Chengdu, Professional Services to Shangri - La's management team and special thanks to Miss Shandy The hotel is conveniently located near the Jiuyan Bridge (九眼桥), offering a truly authentic and historic Chengdu experience. Staying beside such a meaningful landmark gave us a sense of China’s ancient charm and local culture. I sincerely appreciate the management team, especially Ms. Shandy and her team, for being extremely helpful and professional throughout my stay. They truly understand what guests need, and their attentiveness made me feel very welcome. I will definitely recommend this hotel to my family and friends. The management team also went above and beyond by sharing information on nearby attractions and recommending excellent local food spots. I truly appreciate their dedication and warm hospitality. Additional Highlights: The hotel’s location is surrounded by local eateries, allowing me to experience authentic Chengdu flavours and culture. The souvenir prepared by the management team was a thoughtful gesture that created a lasting memory of Chengdu’s warmth and friendliness. Thank you once again to the management team and Ms. Shandy for your outstanding service and care. You made my stay in Chengdu truly enjoyable and memorable.

This is the first I stayed here after it’s new renovation. I will not recommend this hotel. Air conditioning is totally stop functioning starting October because the weather was getting cooler . So we have to open windows and electric fan for fresh air and get cooler. The hotel is located at most busiest traffic conjunction. So it is very noisy and warm in our room. Smoking everywhere. In addition, the breakfast is disappointing. Coffee machine was broken down, here go instant nestle coffee. The black marble floor is very sticky in the restaurant, it seems it has never been cleaned. Sorry, I won’t come again.

Location: Great Cleanliness: Awesome Service: Great Breakfast: Variety good enough for Western Tourists as well. One Way Airport transfer service is a Dedicated Car for you. My Driver was great person who showed me places on the way and also helped me to click photos. The Hotel staff attends to your requirements with enthusiasm. The Rooms are big. Rooms have heated floorings. The Natural Spring area is a Public bath with different types of Pools. Some room too have Pool with water from the Natural Hot Spring. The hotel's Campus is the CITY BUS STOP to the Airport.

Luettuani arvosteluja etukäteen valitsin Dongda Miyahotel-hotellin, koska se on lähellä metrolinjaa 2, mikä tekee liikkumisesta helppoa. Hotellihuone on tilava, ja palvelu on erinomaista. Wangping-kadun herkku- ja välipalakatu on kävelymatkan päässä, ja siellä on paljon ruokapaikkoja – se on todellinen paratiisi ruoan ystäville. Lisäksi Chunxi Road ja Taikoo Li ovat kävelyetäisyydellä, mikä on todella hienoa! Hotellin sisustus on myös mielenkiintoinen, siellä on mahjong-seinä, panda-seinä, panda-jäätelöä ja muuta, mikä varmasti houkuttelee lapsia. Seuraavalla kerralla kun olen Chengdussa, tulen varmasti uudelleen!

Had a pleasant stay at Crowne Plaza Chengdu City Center. The staff were very friendly and professional, with special thanks to the front desk staff, Tia, who was exceptionally helpful and attentive throughout our stay. The hotel’s location is excellent—within walking distance to many restaurants, shopping malls, and souvenir stores. Popular areas like Chunxi Road Pedestrian Street, Taikoo Li, and IFS are all easily accessible, making it very convenient for shopping and dining. The international buffet breakfast was a highlight, offering a good variety of both Western and local Chinese options to suit different preferences. Overall, a comfortable stay with great service and a prime city-center location. Highly recommended for both leisure and business travelers.

This hotel is really good value for money. It’s quite new and the rooms are clean. Location is really good too! Very near Blue Tears, Food Market and the Selfie Panda. The reception is also very helpful despite not being an English speaker. Just a couple of areas for improvement — anyone can enter the hotel through the fire exit. When I ordered food delivery, instead of the delivery robot, I got a knock from the delivery guy himself ☹️ Also, my room was not cleaned, so the water and tissue was not refilled, but just one call to the reception and the robot brought it to my room. Overall, good place to stay in Dujiangyan.

The hotel was situated in a great location, the staff were extremely friendly and helpful and recommended great restaurants. Special thank you to Gina Fu and Zeng who carried our luggage and offered us great food recommendations. They were very friendly. They offered warm water at 49 degrees.

Really satisfied with this hotel. All the staff were very accomodating even though there’s language barrier between us. The staff even offered to bring you snacks at night. The cleaning staff always greeted you in the morning. They also provide free transfer with premium MPV to the national park. The room was clean, all the amenities were there as stated and they even served you with free apples and oranges in the room. All in all, I would definitely come here again in the future and recommend this hotel to my friends and family.

The hotel room is fine, but I think the breakfast is free if free of charge. But I like the lighting of the bathroom, the lighting is very good for make-up!
