We have a great greeting from Lisa who provided us all the information, accommodated us, surprised us by upgrading us with lake view room. I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Foshan Marriott Hotel. The room was spacious, beautifully designed, and spotless. The highlight was definitely the balcony — it offered a stunning view, perfect for enjoying a quiet morning coffee or watching the sunset in the evening. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the attention to detail in the room made it feel luxurious yet cozy. Everything from the lighting to the bathroom amenities was top-notch. The service throughout my stay was excellent as well. The staff were warm, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. I truly appreciated how they made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. Overall, this hotel exceeded all my expectations. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable stay. I can’t wait to return!

BeiBei took care of us during the check-in process. She was attentive and upgraded our room from a city view to a larger one with a scenic lake view. We asked about dining options nearby and she was enthusiastic and helpful, gave many recommendations to help us. The amenities were excellent, and we thoroughly enjoyed using the facilities.

I have been staying at the White Swan Hotel for around 27 years now, and it continues to be a place I truly enjoy returning to. The riverside location is still outstanding, and the views over the Pearl River are simply beautiful. The overall layout and atmosphere of the hotel remain very pleasant and well thought out. The rooms may not be ultra-modern, but they are well maintained, comfortable, and perfectly adequate for a relaxing stay. What really stands out, however, is the staff – without exception, they are extremely friendly, attentive, and professional, which makes a real difference. There is plenty to do in the surrounding area, with a good selection of restaurants nearby for both daytime and evening dining. Beijing Road is also not too far away, which is very convenient. Even though I had not visited for several years, I was genuinely very satisfied with my recent stay. Of course, there is a certain sense of nostalgia for me personally, but that aside, this is simply a very good hotel. I can wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone spending a few days in Guangzhou. Sitting by the river is a real pleasure, the team is excellent, and the breakfast is generous and of high quality – nothing to complain about at all. We also very much enjoyed the afternoon tea. With several good restaurants within the hotel itself, everything is taken care of. All in all, a top experience.

Very beautiful and Christmas atmosphere hotel, very friendly and warm-hearted staff, made me and my family feel warm, I really like and thank Crowne Plaza and its staff, especially the manager Nicole Zhu. She really solved a lot of problems for me and was very helpful .Thanks.

I loved my hotel room , the cleaning stuff and security were very friendly , the front desk need to be a bit more friendly they were too serious but still very helpful . And the food was am . All in all good location great vibes I’d definitely recommend and I’d come back

The hotel is simply amazing! It’s really 5 stars Hotel ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The managers Kelvin and Ivan are a very polite person. At the restaurant, David, May, the manager Leo, and all the staffs are impeccable. The room is clean, new, good smells, perfect cleaning in all the hotel. Our family are so happy with the treatment. Breakfast delicious and also dinner buffet with so fresh meat and all. We extended 2 days more just because of all the things and the people kindness that the Hotel can offer. We gonna be back in this Hotel for sure and indicate all our friends. Thank you all for everything and perfect treatment.

We had a fantastic stay at Le Meridien in PLH. Would we return? Absolutely. The room was huge and perfect for two friends to get space to move around, we both loved the outdoor seating couch, and the bathtub was HUGE! The ONLY downside was the bar/coffee/whatever to call it. I don't want to rate the hotel lower if the ”Illy” coffee area is ru separately, but we were there for the free evening cocktails (which no one at the Illy bar counter could help us understand-one person told us the free drinks were orange juice or martini, and another person told us it was mulled wine, which we did get a TINY pour from the outside person). I think the greater issue is most of the people there were getting the freebie and watching the fire show: they weren't staying in the hotel. We tried to get 2 drinks, and they took FOREVER, and when I finally went back to find out where they were, we were served the (literally) worst two cocktails ever. Like, in the history of mankind. So to stay at such a gorgeous place, yet not be able to order drinks in the evening (free or otherwise) was ridiculous. In the future, we'd save that wasted money and order from ******* and sit on our gorgeous balcony.

Come to foshan on business trip with family and choose sofitel to stay ,and that was an absolutely great decision as the location is perfect to buy furniture. And the rooms are spacious and easy to live.staff is very friendly and cooperative and breakfast is amazing. And especially the handsome guests relations manager ASAD who is a great guy help so many foreigners in breakfast and manage their different things thumbs up to him and good luck
