Hotellit mukavuudella Kylpylä maassa Kiina, provinssissa Guangdong

I chose this hotel because Trip.com advertises its a SPA hotel but we asked the front desk and she said this hotel has no SPA.  Finally the manager said the SPA and massage room are not Hotel facilities and are others' property. This hotel is new furbished but not include the stairs and other you may not know portion. The security doors are always open and it can easily access from outside. Attached photos for your reference, you may know the real situation. The hotel pictures are painting and not the really hotel photos. The free breakfast starts from 7:00PM. The drop service request you to take at the right clock such as 5:00, 6:00, 7:00.... If you have flight before 10AM, then it is impossible to have a breakfast. This hotel is not recommended for the international travellers.

Stayed here to catch an early morning flight and it was incredibly convenient. The shuttle bus to Terminal 2 was prompt and easy to use. The rooms are very clean, modern, and quiet. Great value for the price—it takes all the stress out of airport travel. Highly recommended!

Todella hyvä kokemus. Sisäänkirjautuessa saimme ilmaisen päivityksen pieneen sviittiin ja hiljaisen huoneen, joka oli täysin varusteltu ja ylellinen. Lisäksi he laittoivat sohvan kuntoon lapsellemme sopivaksi sängyksi, mikä oli erittäin huomaavaista. Uloskirjautuessa saimme myöhäisen uloskirjautumisen ja pysäköinti- sekä uima-altaan käyttöaikoja pidennettiin. Hotelli vastasi kaikkiin tarpeisiimme, todella tyytyväinen!

I liked it, BUT... First the good: They brought me a heater when the robe wasn't enough. All of the staff is so very kind and attentive. All speak excellent or job appropriate English. It is a great place for these two reasons. But there is more good news. They're connected by a hallway to Luckin and 7/11 which make a nice comfort with inclement weather or when yr in a rush. The pillow menu lavendar pillow has no smell but the herbal Chinese Chrysanthemum is perfect olfactory and texture. There are extra blankets and pillows. Why it was my first and last: Wait til yr downstairs to call your car service. Floors 3-35 are for apartment residents, except for 7 which is the gym, spa, cafes. Ride to 36, change elevators to go to floors 36-50 hotel rooms. It's not that clean. Everything is kinda dusty. Everywhere, random hair which was gross to me: hand soap pump, the tub, breakfast ewww. The wood panel walls have never met Murphys Oil Soap and they look like the years they've been there. Also if yr allergic, be forewarned the French toast has peanut butter in it. I wanted to go to the sauna and steam room but the things I saw in the room made me think I shouldn't. They can and should do better. The people who work there are lovely and it is a decent building but I wouldn't stay again because I need more cleanliness.

I stayed in a three-bed room, and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The beds and pillows were very comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The bathroom was spacious, which added to the comfort. However, one small thing to note—there are two steps to navigate before reaching the beds, so it's important to step carefully. The stay included a buffet breakfast, which was decent but could use some improvement. The selection of fruits and salads was limited, and the cherry tomatoes and cucumbers lacked flavor. On the other hand, if you're a fan of congee, noodles, and wontons, you might find the breakfast more satisfying. The staff was exceptionally nice and helpful throughout my stay. They went above and beyond to assist, especially when explaining how to book a car using a local app—clear instructions made the process seamless.

I have been staying at the White Swan Hotel for around 27 years now, and it continues to be a place I truly enjoy returning to. The riverside location is still outstanding, and the views over the Pearl River are simply beautiful. The overall layout and atmosphere of the hotel remain very pleasant and well thought out. The rooms may not be ultra-modern, but they are well maintained, comfortable, and perfectly adequate for a relaxing stay. What really stands out, however, is the staff – without exception, they are extremely friendly, attentive, and professional, which makes a real difference. There is plenty to do in the surrounding area, with a good selection of restaurants nearby for both daytime and evening dining. Beijing Road is also not too far away, which is very convenient. Even though I had not visited for several years, I was genuinely very satisfied with my recent stay. Of course, there is a certain sense of nostalgia for me personally, but that aside, this is simply a very good hotel. I can wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone spending a few days in Guangzhou. Sitting by the river is a real pleasure, the team is excellent, and the breakfast is generous and of high quality – nothing to complain about at all. We also very much enjoyed the afternoon tea. With several good restaurants within the hotel itself, everything is taken care of. All in all, a top experience.

I absolutely loved my stay at the Royal Garden Hotel. The hotel is clean and beautiful, the service is great and the staff is helpful, kind and friendly. On my first day I ordered food to my room and because it was busy (May holiday rush) my food took a while to arrive but the duty manager Mr King came to assure me that, that's not the kind of service I should expect from them going forward and to apologize for the delay. Needless to say, I enjoyed my full stay there without any problems. The front desk staff was also helpful whenever I needed help with anything. I'll definitely visit again.

Choosing Chimelong Hengqin Bay Hotel was the best decision. Every service staff we encountered greeted us with smiles ans patience. The room was spacious and bright, with soft and comfortable bedding. The dolphin-themed décor delighted our child, making it an ideal choice for families travelling with kids. The room felt warm and cosy, with well-maintained facilities. The air conditioning and Wi-Fi worked very well, and there were thoughtful touches such as children’s toiletries and slippers, showing great attention to detail. The hotel is located within the Chimelong Resort, very close to both the airport and the high-speed rail station. Luggage storage was extremely convenient — easy to drop off and collect at any time, which made travelling stress-free. We had the buffet dinner and OMG I could be eat there 3 days in a row and wouldnt get through all the options. Huge variety of both Chinese and Western cuisine. The butler service was proactive and attentive, sending daily updates on park activities and responding quickly to any questions or needs, resolving issues efficiently. Overall, an amazing experience! both the facilities and service were top-notch. We’re already planning our next trip back!

This hotel is very suitable for families. Rooms are big and extremely clean. You can find a small oven in the room so we were able to prepare food for our baby. Staff is also very attentive and helpful. There is a small playground for kids. Breakfast is a buffet (Chinese and western styles). Location is very central: close to railway station, Macau entry border and the coast. We highly recommend this hotel.
