Ei suositella. Sisäänkirjautumisen odotus oli liian pitkä, vastaanotto oli hidas ja palvelu oli ajattelematonta. Huone oli pieni. Lomakeskusmaksu oli voimassa, mutta lomakeskuksen päänähtävyys oli kasino. Ruoan toimituksesta huoneeseen veloitettiin 5 dollarin palvelumaksu ja 18 %:n tippi. Tämä hotelli on hintansa arvoinen, enkä yöpyisi siellä uudelleen.

- located in a vantage point that is very close to all conveniences, such as Walmart, supermarkets and restaurants; - nice and comfortable apartment that commands a lovely view of Vancouver downtown; - squeaky clean and spick and span; - very comfortable mattresses and duvets;You are mollycoddled, from the very first moment you hit the sack; - a wonderful indoor pool! The best hotel in Vancouver!

酒店位置景色美，自駕遊泊車方便 ，酒店前台熱情介紹附近景點，也提供了地圖，有很清楚的指示。酒店餐廳食物精美可口，份量也大。開車去附近市中心只需3分鐘，有大超市、麥當勞及日韓餐廳，十分方便。

Location was perfect for me as it is within walking distance to the main attraction which is the wharf. The spacious room which is bright with ample lighting and has a beautiful view overlooking the lake. However the restaurant is not great for the 2 times I visited. The steak was hard and the Artic char was not fresh. When told to the waitress, she simply looked at me and said the fish is frozen. Overall the hotel atmosphere is very pleasant and resort like.

Clean hotel close to ferry terminal. Breakfast basic but okay. Away from downtown. Free car parking. Good size rooms. Excellent bed. Excellent WiFi.

We stayed here for 5 nights. They are in a great, if not the best, location in Vancouver. Next to Waterfront station where they have skytrain, seabus, buses and train. Also literally at Canada Place where they have free shuttle to Grouse Mountain and Capilano bridge. You can see the cruise, seaplane and helicopter from your room too. Minutes of walk to Gastown to see the stream clock. Best thing is, when you buy a fridge magnet of Vancouver, the hotel is part of the iconic building. Staffs are really friendly too, our room is always clean. If I have a complain, I'm just not very used to housekeeper's trolleys being 24/7 on appearance at the corridor of a 5-star hotel. Other than that, it's a near perfect stay. Loving the view from our room too.

The hotel was a bit dated, and the check-in process was slow because there was no internet at the front desk. The pool and amenities were also old.

The hotel's convenient location offers ample parking. Although the room was clean, the pillows emitted a minor odour of sweat. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful.
