Service: Erg afhankelijk van wie er aan de balie staat. De jonge dame is een topper!
Wanneer we een nacht willen bijboeken; wordt er bij het voorstel geen rekening gehouden met korting. Integendeel; de upgrade die we kregen bij het inchecken werd volledig aangerekend bij een eventuele verlenging. Online bijboeken zou 30€ goedkoper geweest zijn dan verlengen aan de balie! Problemen met airco: die werkt niet. Het is snel erg warm op de kamer. Hoewel meerdere keren gemeld; niet opgelost geraakt. Verder perfecte lokatie!

Otel merkezi konumda ve odaları geniş, ferah. Bu açıdan konaklama oldukça rahattı. Kahvaltısı da ***et başarılıydı. Ancak fiyat performans açısından değerlendirildiğinde, diğer otellerle arasındaki fiyat farkına gerçekten değip değmediği tartışılır.
Personel konusunda ise karışık bir deneyim yaşadık. Resepsiyondaki bazı çalışanlar oldukça nazik ve yardımcıydı, fakat bazıları gereksiz şekilde kaba davrandı. Özellikle barmenler bu konuda olumsuz bir izlenim bıraktı. Akşam saatlerinde resepsiyon ve barla aynı kişinin ilgilenmesi de hizmet kalitesini biraz düşürüyor.
Bahçesini kullanabileceğimiz söylenmiş olmasına rağmen, akşam orada oturmak istediğimizde sorun çıkarılması hoş değildi. Ayrıca bahçedeki aynı kül tablasının 3 gün boyunca masada boşaltılmadan durması temizlik açısından kötü bir görüntü oluşturdu. Ne yazık ki genel temizlik konusunda da memnun kalmadım.

Beautiful hotel in the centre of Bruges. Our room was immaculate, the bed so comfortable. Breakfast was very good with a good time range
Service in the bar was quick and friendly. The Xmas decorations were lovely. We would/will go back to this hotel.

The hotel itself is stunning, and the staff couldn't be more welcoming and helpful. However, the room had a couple of minor issues. The shower head wouldn’t stay centered, causing water to spill onto the bathroom floor. Additionally, the hair dryer malfunctioned, turning on and off randomly. Since I was only staying one night, I didn’t request a room change, but it was inconvenient. Despite these issues, I would stay here again because the main hotel facilities and staff were excellent.

SSmt-010Hotel is part of the Van der valk hotel chain in the Netherlands. This is one of the better branch I’ve visited. Stylish modern hotel. Big rooms. Excellent facilities. Welness and fitness available. Excellent choice for people travelling by car. Free parking.
Outside Bruges centre. Thats the reason for 4 instead of 5 stars.
